The location and staff were outstanding. Everything for a comfortable and relaxing holiday is just a stroll away.

The a/c over the beds made for a very uncomfortable sleep. The breakfast is very limited so try once and then go elsewhere as infinitely better offerings available on the beach. Our hot water & TV didn’t work so we were moved to another room. Our 2nd room TV was stuck on a live feed of the Vatican for the entire week long stay.It didn’t bother us too much as we have other devices but would be hellish if you actually wanted to watch TV. However we didn’t stay in room much due to the activities nearby.

The hotel is in a quiet location right on the beautiful beach. The water is shallow and the tides are not too significant. The pool is well maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly and service-oriented and the food and drinks in the restaurant are delicious. All purchases are charged to the room so you don't have to carry cash. The hotel accommodates a lot of families, so the children can be a bit loud at times. But we didn't find that a problem at all. We extended our stay by several days after arriving because we liked it so much.

More places to sit and lie in the shade by the pool and on the beach would be desirable. But we always found a nice spot.

We loved the location right on the beach Kong Dao.Beautiful pool nice bright room on the 1st floor.Staff were very friendly.Great beachbar called the Majestic great music.The beach is mostly flat and long great for a walk/run.Minimarts and a good choice of restaurants. On and off the beach.We booked for 3 nights ended up staying 7.Very relaxed place no hawkers no beds on the beach no loud music.It might be too quiet for some people we loved it.

We initially stayed on the 1st floor in an A frame room was quite dark.

After about 2 weeks travelling in Thailand, this place was like a paradise to chill, relax, recharge. The resort is beautiful, just next to the sea! *We staying in a first floor room in a bungalow, we had a small cute balcony. Around there is lots of greenery, plants and trees. *Room was so clean and comfortable! Although it's in nature, we didn't see any bugs around and not many mosquitos in the resort area! *Staff was lovely! *Restaurant all day open, lots of options! *The massage area is on the beach I had a massage everyday with the beautiful ladies, there were all so good! Thank you for everything!!

We loved Koh Lanta soooo much. Our stay was amazing. The beach is beautiful and so qiet!! The room was spacious, the air conditioner was possible to set up in a way that it would not blow directly at us. So that is a huge plus. The staff was super nice. We were able to book a day trip through the reception as well as the transfer to Ao Nang. We were also allowed to have a late check out. I hope we will come back some day ❤️

The food seemed to be too “European” style - e.g. the Thai food was lacking the spices and the actual taste - probably done in a way that Europeans would like it more. The breakfast could be also of better quality and less quantity.

Excellent location directly on the beach and well located in a lovely quiet area of the town. Plenty of good restaurants and bars within walking distance. Beautiful beach with calm waves. Lady on reception was always very helpful in supporting us with scooters,transfers and advice we required. Our room was to a very good standard,good A/C,very comfortable beds,Good shower and housekeeping everyday.

Family hotel with the pool busy with children and a little noisy.As we were four adults travelling we couldn’t get the best out of the hotel but absolutely great place for families.

The property is located at a nice beach which was not busy. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and friendly. The food at the restaurant was good, but would have preferred a buffet for breakfast. There were other restaurants at the same beach and nearby. This is a great hotel for a peaceful holiday, I enjoyed some quiet time reading and having a drink on the bean bags in the evening whilst enjoying the sea breeze.

Perfect place if you are traveling with kids. Swimming pool and a good safe beach on your doorstep. Staf is also very friendly, dinner is good. Would come back!

The house could use some renovation. It's a bit outdated. But when the weather is this good you're only in your room for shower/sleep. The breakfast gets repetitive after a few days. We went to a nice bakery next to the mosque for breakfast/lunch

It was a perfect location. Right on the beach front with lots of restaurants and bars. The rooms were lovely and fresh water given everyday. It was nice to have youre own space in the bungalows and balcony. Great to have a fridge and kettle too. The hotel also did a laundry service which was very helpful.

The AC wasn’t the best and the bathroom didn’t get much air so was very hot. There was a couple stains on the sheets and pillows.

Location is perfect, the staff were amazing and very helpful, food is good, soft bed, daily cleaning, very family friendly. The place exceeded our expectations and we want to come again!

The AC is installed right in front of the bed so it’s pretty cold even on a warm setting. But it’s a minor thing and it didn’t affect our stay, which was fantastic!
