Few and some broken sunbeds by the pool. No space for adults around the main pool.

I was a bit apprehensive about staying at this hotel as we have previously stayed in a very similar hotel very close and had a terrible time and some of the reviews weren’t that great. I have to say the hotel was fantastic. Yes there’s a lot of kids round the pool. Breakfast was pretty much the same every day, got good options. Hotel very clean as are the rooms. Had a couple of issues the 1st night, but staff resolved them. The beds are very firm. We had to get a mattress topper which made them a little bit better. We will definitely consider this hotel again if we come back to Koh Lanta

Mattress too firm

We liked it from the first moment as it's soo difficult to find a beach, which is clean and not full of rubbish. Also water was clean, nothing was floating in it even though there were several rains during our stay. We will come back for sure because it's almost impossible to find such a nice clean place here

I didn't meet such grumpy stuff for several years here in Thailand as usually everyone is always smiling 🤣 they still did they job and were very helpful so I would say everything was perfect. We were in an old building but the room was sparkling clean only there was a lot of mosquitoes but we bought zapper in 7/11 which solved the issue pretty fast ;)

The location is great. Beautiful beach with fantastic sunsets. Lots of nice restaurants/ bars along the beach front. The family bungalow was fantastic, really big & modern. Perfect for our family of 5. The restaurant was also lovely with a great variety of food all cooked to a great standard. We really enjoyed our time here. The reception team are also extremely friendly & helpful

It is a shame that they only have plastic garden chairs in the grounds & near the beach. If this could be upgraded it would be more comfortable for guests. The main pool was also quite small, ideal for younger families but not so much for teenagers. Breakfast was also quite repetitive & they didn’t top up the food stations towards the end of the setting.

I loved the deluxe bungalow. It was spacious, clean and almost right on the beach. It’s also nice that the deluxe bungalows has a private pool (used it for training as it’s 25m m). The property was kept well maintained and the breakfast was amazing. The guy who was in charge of the egg station, cooked the eggs to perfection each day! The location is right on the beach and super close to Saladan walking street/night marked.

I wish they had some sunbeds on the beach. The plastic chairs are not that comfortable the whole day. It’s not allowed with sunbeds on the beach in Koh Lanta, but women hotels had it in the beach at their property. Southern Lanta did not. We purchased sunbeds from a place called The Plastic shop. On the Main Street.

Our Superior Bungalow was perfect. The bed was huge, there was a sofa, fridge, dressing area, loads of hanging space for clothes, excellent air conditioning, a lovely spacious bathroom and a big balcony… and everything was spotlessly clean. The location of the bungalow was lovely too, literally less than a minute to the beach, overlooking the garden and the pool… The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The resort itself is very central on Klong Dao beach so an easy stroll to either end of the beach, and also is close to other amenities along the main road. Will definitely be back…. Just perfect…

There wasn’t anything to not like.

Location was perfect, daily cleaning of the room was great, breakfast was delicious, staff was very helpful with everything!

Too many families with children, couldn't enjoy the pool area at all due to it🫤

The bungalow is cleaned every day and bottles of water are offered daily as well. The resort is well located on the west coast, not too far from Saladan town and the pier, around 4 min in motorcycle or 25 min by walk. Breakfast buffet is correct with many choices, like bread, eggs, jam, fruits, croissant, fruit juices (not fresh), tea, coffee, sausage, bacon, but also 2 thaï dishes that change every day. The service at the front desk is very friendly and helpful, like booking taxi for a ride to the pier for instance.

Most of the guests are families with young children that can be very noisy sometimes.

Great location! Beach is awesome (!), no rocks during low tide, great sand. Also infrastructure with some shops & restaurants at the beach and main road. By tuk tuk close to Saladan Pier and night market. Location for us one of the best on the island. Staff super nice and friendly. Deluxe Bungalow, in which we stayed, was nice.

Unfortunately the water of the (new) deluxe pool had turned green and was not clear - pool was closed few days for maintenance. (mid Jan 2023) Breakfast was rather simple when compared to other hotels during our trip. We missed more Asian and vegetarian options.

Great location. The price for the room was good.

Cleaning left something to be desired but other than that we where very happy with our stay. That was until we found out we basically hot scammed on the transfer we booked at the reception to Krabi Airport. We paid 2500 thb for a private cab, see med expensive but whatever. Then we noticed we could book it just a short walk from the hotel for 700 thb. Left a sour taste for our stay and means we will book something else next time. The transfer itself was good however so nothing negative about that.
