We got upgraded to a pool view room which felt so luxurious!! For the price you are paying it’s so nice and the room is so comfortable. The facilities are top quality (including the AC) and the pool is a generous size and great temperature. Lots of food options nearby also. Staff super helpful for booking transport and leave you new water each day.

Great little hotel, this one. Large double room ensuite, with big balcony and mini kitchen (no cooking facilities, but fridge, kettle and sink). Super clean, two pools and a lift. Fresh water (2 bottles), coffee, sugar and creamer provided every day. Really lovely staff. One of the ladies gave us 2 bananas as a present one evening, how nice is that! A 7/11 is around the corner, as are many eateries. The beach is 200 m. I also recommend their travel agency. We booked our onward tickets with them and not only were they 20 baht cheaper than the competition, but the van was brand new, super comfy, loads of space and the very friendly driver delivered us to our hotel, at no extra charge, which he did not have to. This is not a 5 star hotel, but for the money, I really don't think you can do any better. Highly recommended.

There is only one thing I would critisize, and that is the pool ladder in the rooftop pool. I had real difficulties getting out. The first rang is very high up and if you are older or, like me, have had a hip replacement, you are having a serious problem. I did eventually get out, but it was an effort and I did panic a bit.

Room spacious. Bed comfortable. Floor-to-ceiling windows with privacy blind as well as curtains. Nice view of jungle/hills and I could see across to the hotel's other pool. Rooftop pool nice (didn't try the other one, it was surrounded by bungalows, so less secluded). TV was quite small but had Amazon Prime etc. Took a few minutes to figure out how to sign in etc as TV settings etc all in Thai.

I think they describe it as beachfront, it's not. It's only around 7 mins walk though. Note the beach has no shade and no sunbeds/parasols, unless you stay in a beachfront resort that has its own beds. Its the same on the whole island I think.

A nice and clean hotel just a short walk from both the beach and the main street, making it an excellent location for enjoying the sea or exploring the island. The rooms were clean and matched the photos on the website, and the pool area was lovely as well. I would also like to highlight the exceptional kindness of the owner and the staff. Their support was outstanding, both in accommodating changes to the number of rooms and in assisting with the needs of my friend who required medical care. A heartfelt thank you to everyone!

Honestly I would not recommend bungalows to people without children, cause there are a lot of them, with all that noise and plenty of swimming toys everywhere. But if you do have it's a fine place: big pool for kids, good size bungalows with some kitchenware and terrace, wonderful beach is near with a variety of restaurants and, of course, amazing sunsets.

Would be nice to put some plants on the territory around pools, I saw the places for them but they were mostly empty.

So close to the beach and restaurants! It was easy to walk down for the beautiful sunset each day. Our kids loved the pool so much that it was hard to get them to go to the beach! Breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us book day trips and a transfer to the airport. We stayed in the poolside bungalow. It was clean and comfy and daily housekeeping was available if needed.

It was a spacious room that had nice and clean facilities. We were comfortable with 3 people, which is hard to find.

The location is nice, but you should decide where to stay in koh lanta according to what you want to do. We had to rent a car in order to go around the island and to experience it to its fullest.

Beach was close and very good - big and wide, no rocks in the water, several restaurants at the beach. We stayed at the hotel part, not the bangalos. Our room was quite big, with nice balcony with chairs and table. There was no need to draw the curtains! Lighting was good and bed comfy. Pool on the roof was also ok, with big deck chairs, toilets and shower. Warm water! Staff was excellent! Everybody so helpful and friendly! :)

The shower installation could have been better, but there were no problems with hot and cold water.

Nice bungalow god pool area

We had to ask for 2 days to get our room cleaned then they said we did not put sign out we did not get told to on check in we thought they would do it daily when we went to reception the first day they did not tell us to put sign out just made an excuse

the staff here are absolutely fantastic, they let us check in early and check out 2 hours later with no cost. The also helped us rent a moped for the day. The room we huge and very comfortable and the location was perfect and lots of things were walkable if your not confident on a scooter. Also we loved the pool :)
