The rooms, price, pool and location is perfect. Close to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops, 7/11 and gyms. The bed was SO comfy! I rented a bike from the hotel and used the laundry services which was great. I would definitely come back :)

The only thing that was disappointing was the service - the man behind the front desk was very unfriendly. I had three very heavy bags and he didn’t offer to help me carry them to the room - he just watched me struggle. Every time I asked for something / some information, he seemed like he was inconvenienced. Improve upon the service and it would be a perfect stay!

Stunning property and hotel grounds. Pool area was great. The room was very spacious and light. Nice location near the beach and some restaurants but the area itself is not too busy. Very close to 7-11. Staff are very helpful and friendly. For the price we paid we think the room we had was amazing!

Paying for a room and not being able to use the air con as you please is not ideal. The key is welded to the electricity key so you cannot leave your air con on. Coming home to a boiling room isn’t great but this was the only downside

Lovely room, got free upgrade as in low season. Nice balcony and pool looked lovely but didn’t use it. Nice facilities in room with fridge, and mini kitchen.

If staying in low season, there really is not much around the property that is open. The hotel is really lovely and shame that it was so quiet as it really deserves more people to stay.

The swimming pool was great for cooling down. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were very close to the beach, food options and message!! We could’ve have asked for more. We purchased our onward ticket to Georgetown, Malaysia from the family who owed a restaurante next door to the hotel. Everything worked out perfectly!!!

Can not believe the price we paid for the value of this property! Amazing location, just 2 minutes walk to Khlong Dao beach. Surrounded by many restaurant, tour providers, taxis everywhere and a 7-Eleven 1 minute walk away. The room is well equipped with crockery and utensils as well as a fridge, TV, air conditioning, huge wardrobe etc. not to mention to lovely pool and gardens around the property. The staff are lovely and very kind. We used the fast and efficient laundry service too. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Nothing! We told the staff that the price should actually be increased slightly because very cheap compared to nearby hotels and this hotel has better amenities and facilities.

The room was amazing, we were giving a complementary upgrade, brilliant pool facilities, on-site bike rental, staff were lovely, air con in room, location only a short walk to the beach which was great.

I was upgraded on arrival further to the back of the hotel which was much quieter! The room was lovely, big and comfy! Modern bathroom with toiletries provided Very short walk to the beach There is only 4 sun beds by the pool however I didn’t see a single other person use them or the pool while I was there! Very peaceful in the day time with lots of wildlife if you look for it

The cafe wasn’t open so no coffee and no breakfast even though it’s listed as being open! It was very hard to find somewhere to eat in the morning in this area. Other guests were very loud at night. The WiFi didn’t work AT ALL, I used my whole data package in one day there.
