Great location, nice and quiet and enough privacy from other visitors. The guy at reception was so lovely and helpful throughout our whole trip- helped us with our bags to check in as well as helping us hire a scooter with him for only 250 baht. Air con takes a while to kick in but we also had a fan in our room as well which was definitely needed! Free bottles of water was also a plus and the pool was well kept and clean. Great value for money!

The drain in the bathroom had quite a strong smell towards the end of the trip. The wifi was off for a couple of hours due to maintenance work taking place however the guy came to our room to let us know when it was back on😊

Rooms are big and clean the shower is really good location is perfect close to the port and lots of restaurants walking distance from the hotel the beach is basically attached to the hotel grounds and has a really nice restaurant/bar on the beach entrance to the hotel also lots of beach front restaurants/bars along the beach the staff are super friendly and really helpful

The pool area could do with updating for people who like to sit at pools but for us not a problem when you have a beautiful beach on the hotel

The pool is big and clean. The beach is a few minutes walk away with nice restaurants. There's a really nice calm vibe. The cottages are really cute and it feels like a unique experience. You can also pay for scuba lessons in the pool. The staff are really helpful and the room is really clean. Air con was also really good. You can also do laundry and buy drinks at reception.

There's a slight crack in between the doors so make sure to spray deet to avoid mosquito bites. We didn't get any so this wasn't a big problem for us. There's also a lack of lighting on the walk to the beach at night but it is completely safe and it's only for one minute or so. The gym is also quite small and is in the laundry room (didn't bother us).

The location close by to all amenities including beach and pool. Loved the sounds of the birds life every day. Chilled place. Also loved all the windows in the room for the light airy feel.

Don't want to sound petty but not enough space around the pool to sit, however, as we were out and about it didn't effect us. However, if you a 'sunbed by the pool person' not really for you as not many beds/chairs at all and also Divers use the pool for training (not all day but odd hours in the day) not a problem but this may put you off if you are a pool person.

Excellent location, a one minute path to the beach!! Cute cabins, clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Glad to have the pool as there were jellyfish stinging in the ocean. Beautiful green trees and gardens. Lovely staff.

Our bathroom sink did not drain - at all. Fortunately there was a kitchen sink also so we had a functioning sink. Some ants. Pool needed more attention to cleaning inside the pool and the surrounding area.

The location was lovely, right beside the beach. The Majestic Beach Bar was to the front of the accommodation and was a lovely spot to have a sun downer and watch the sunset. Our room was a garden pool room and was a decent size for our group of 3, air conditioner worked really well. Lanta cottage was very chilled and very quite, just what we were looking for. Saladan was only a few minutes by Tuk Tuk and well worth a visit for the night market. Tuk Tuks plentiful outside lanta Cottage and in Saladan. Supermarket/shops within walking distance.

The pool water could have been cleaner and more sun beds by the pool would have been good. And awing or sun shade would have been nice for the balcony.

We came to stay for two days, but at the end stayed there for almost 3 weeks… i think this is a best description of this hotel. In short 1. Location is great - 3 minutes walk to sea 2. Beach is great - wide, not deep, sometimes you get waves, no stones - just great sandy beach 3. Great bar right on exit to the beach 4. Territory of hotel is very green 5. Cleaning is good and everyday 6. Receptionist Anda is very great, friendly housekeeping. 7. Bikes rental on-site. 8. Comfortable big balcony 9. Good big pool We took family room. Basically in is two rooms apartment with little kitchen. Cooker can be requested. It has some dishes for family of 4. Great for long stay! Very comfortable just to chill and forget about anything! On main street right on exit there is a good choice of reasonably priced restaurants. Highly recommended for long and short stay!!

Pathways inside of hotel could be muddy during the rain, you need either more dense grass or stoned pave walks.

Owners were very nice and friendly, not always around/ at reception as I think there’s only two of them, so this can’t be helped. Very clean, nice pool and very close to bars and restaurants. An incredibly pleasant stay!

Only downside would be sharing the pool with divers.

Good proximity to beach. Nice bed. Nice shower. Room right on the pool deck. Quiet air conditioning!

Decor is a bit dated, and first impression at entrance and reception is a bit scary. Pool deck area could use some love, and they really need a non slip mat under the pool shower. It’s very slippery !

Location

That the pool is not private and is subject to daily commercial use by a dive centre. Their regular presence often results in significant noise and activity around the pool area, which may detract from the otherwise tranquil setting. Additionally, their use of the surrounding space can obstruct access and limit the ability of other guests to fully enjoy the pool facilities.
