Very clean rooms, with the basics. Friendly and helpful staff, very short distance (3 min) to a lovely beach with a bunch of chill bars and restaurants. Big room, good shower pressure. Mini fridge in the room. Felt safe with double lock on the room door and a locked entry door at night.

I was not prepared (because I did not read enough before booking) that they had no restaurant, no pool and no outside area. Basically it’s a complex with a few apartments/rooms and a lobby at the bottom with a receptionist. The house is right by a very busy road so if you get the room facing the street it will be LOUD. The rooms facing the mountain is much better, I tried both. You also have to cross the same busy road to get to the beach, which was scary. I missed an outside area which they could have easily fit in the backyard of the property. Did not like to have breakfast outside facing the busy road.

So great!! Spent a week here - best shower in our travels such good pressure and hot. Owner is really nice & rooms are super spacious and clean. Location is a little far out but only a 10 min drive on tuk tuk to walking street. Also 2 mins away from the outdoor cinema which is cool. Overall very good value for money & surrounded by very good restaurants - if you stay here please do yourself a favour and eat at “The Kitchen” for great Thai food.

Breakfast was good. My room was big and very comfortable & spotlessly clean & it was quiet. Good bathroom and shower & decent towels. The beach is just across the road and it’s not far to any restaurants etc. There is an excellent Thai restaurant just next door. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here & would stay again.

The only bad thing I can say is about other guests slamming their doors. This is not the hotel’s fault but maybe guests could be made aware and asked to take care when closing the doors. I wore earplugs every night but was still woken by people coming in at 2am and slamming the doors.

Staff went out of their way to make us comfortable during our stay. Spacious room. Provided ample water, some fruit and local sweets. Helped us manage an illness and accident (not caused by them). Beach just a short walk away. Awesome eateries nearby for dinner.

Considering our room rate cost, breakfast was extra and a bit expensive compared to other nearby eateries.Other hotels in Thailand were cheaper for us and included breakfast.

Just on the road, so kind of noisy ( even if soundproof windows). Not on the sea at all. ( its not far, but i felt like the description and the photos can induce to think that we are on the beach)

Super clean and comfortable accommodation. Room was big. Shower was great. Bed was very comfy. I was very happy here. It’s a short walk to the beach, and in close proximity to some great restaurants - try Family next door. The owner was very helpful and arranged a very reasonable priced tour of the island. I’d be happy to stay again.

There’s no pool, and you do have to cross the main road and head down a little path to the beach, but it was pretty easy to pop back and forth. And of course, this is reflected in the price, which is why it’s a good and affordable option.

The Hotel is in a very nice location, close to the beach, to 7 Eleven, and many cute cafes and restaurants. We loved staying there :D The seaview rooms allow you to watch the sunset from your room which was really nice!

The rooms with seaview are next to the street and it can get a bit noisy, but at night the street is more quiet so it didn't bother us while sleeping.

The staff were lovely and helpful which goes to show the language barrier doesn’t matter! The hotel was super clean - one of, if not the most clean hotel we have stayed in on our trip (over 5 hotels so far, all 3+ stars). Shower is the best shower we have had to-date! Lovely big comfy bed. The location was ideal for us: 10 min drive from dock, 5 min walk from the beach

There is nothing that we didn’t like, but if you are looking for a hotel that lots of facilities (pool, gym etc) then look elsewhere. We didn’t want or need facilities, just a nice, clean, hospitable hotel in a good location for beaches and exploring - this was perfect

We have stayed here 2 times now & loved it both times! The staff are lovely & the lady at the front desk is always helpful & polite. This is the cleanest place I have stayed in Thailand it’s immaculate. If you have a back facing room you can sometimes see monkeys

Everything was 10/10 nothing to complain about

We had a great stay in Lanta Marmaid Boutique! The room was very big, spacious, well presented. Compared to other accommodations in Lanta the quality was higher. Our room was facing the mountain, therefore no noise from the main road and felt very private. The hotel is very quiet. The lobby team was always friendly and helpful

Would suggest to have 2 sets of pillows per guest to make the bed more comfortable, for example when watching TV or reading.
