Beachfront location was incredible. We had the most beautiful sunsets! Lots of good eating options along the beach. Quiet, relaxing and calm. Bungalow was spacious, clean and provided everything you could need. We loved it here.

Whilst the bungalow and location were great, it is set upon a former larger resort which requires redevelopment. This is due to it being shutdown during the covid pandemic. You drive past the empty resort before getting to the beach bungalows. This means that former bar, restaurant and pool facilities are not part of the current setup. It felt a bit empty at times. However, this did not detract from our stay with the options nearby.

Very nice staff, rooms are great value for money (spacious, clean, well equipped). It’s right on the beach which is a big plus.

The hotel is completely abandoned, as great as the rooms are, the hotel was awful. The pool didn’t have water in it (!!), the facilities seemed to have been unused for 10 years.

This was very clean and the staff are great. You can rent motorbikes for them. It’s located right on the beach.

Ideally need a bike to get to 7/11 or restaurants etc. we turned up with the idea they was a pool as one of the photos showed this but it was attached to a private room so there wasn’t one.

Excellent location. Clean spacious rooms. Gardens are well-maintained.

Wi-Fi wasn’t great but that is the same for most places in Thailand that I’ve visited. A laundry service would have been useful but there are ones close by.

The location was beautiful, on a lovely quiet spot of long beach. The snorkelling was brilliant and the beach seemed to be relatively untouched by the onslaught of jelly fish the area was seeing. Lots or restaurants, bars and massage spots along the beach. Bungalows lovely and spacious and clean. Absolutely loved our time here and wish we had longer there. Can’t wait to return.

Breakfast did not have much choice but for the amazing price it did the job all the same and lots of restaurants near by.

The location is perfect. The beach it’s located on has the most activity out of the beaches on Ko Lanta but the property is located at the very end of the beach where there are fewer people, so it was a nice spot to relax and easy to walk down the beach where there are more bars and restaurants. A lot of the better restaurants on the island and bars and businesses like spas are very close to the resort as well. Some reviews mentioned there was no pool but there was one open when we were there. I saw some reviews mention the staff didn’t speak English well but that wasn’t the case when we were there. The staff we interacted with spoke English well and were very friendly. Overall we were very happy with the resort. It was great value for the price

It wasn’t a big issue but the property is a bit odd. It used to be a much bigger resort and a lot of buildings are sitting empty and they seem to be renovating things maybe. There wasn’t noise though and it’s probably why it’s fairly cheap. The bungalows are a bit of a walk from the front desk and main road. We rented a motorbike so this was no problem for us and I appreciated it because it was quiet there. It could be a bit annoying if you don’t have a motorbike but there was a shuttle to take you from the bungalows to the front of the resort. At the beach there weren’t umbrellas and there’s a limited amount of area with shade. Adding some umbrellas would be nice, and some more beach lounge chairs as well because some times we went it was hard to get one as most were being used.

The bungalow was extremely spacious and very clean. Being 20 steps off the beach was amazing. There was plenty non sleazy bars and restaurants on the beach, 1 with live guitar duo. Great to watch sunsets. Great coffee shop nearby. We would return for the room and location and eat every meal elsewhere.

We tried breakfast 1 morning; very ordinary. We opted for coffee elsewhere as they only had filter coffee although we could see an expensive machine not in use. The restaurant staff appeared very uninterested in business or customers. The resort appears to have been closed for an extended period of time but are gradually refurbishing in stages. Hopefully the restaurant will get some attention soon.

The accomodation is right on the beach, which is a luxury! The island has some beautiful beaches! The resort is a huge park and it seemed mostly groups of elder or couples with babies. Personally we prefer more local family accommodations and connection to local culture. This was definitely missing here. Perhaps it is the same across the island though. After check in there was a water leak in our bathroom. We had to ask to change bungalows and were a bit surprised this was not offered to us immediately as the bathroom was flooded with smelly water. At least once we asked, we could immediately change to another bungalow.

What a wonderful place to be for 5 days! Our bungalow was a stones throw away from the beach and we loved morning and evening walks there! It was such a convenient location with lots of bars and restaurants to choose from along the beach. Large spacious rooms and bathrooms. Clean and neat. There is also a shuttle to brings you back and fourth to lobby if necessary. The staff were all really friendly and professional and we really enjoyed the quiet and calm atmosphere at breakfast every morning. It was a great way to start our day. Everything was perfect! Thank you!

The rooms were spacious and well air conditioned. Lots of lights with a nice ambiance. The bathroom was big and the small bath was an added bonus. The staff though are the real gems at this place. So helpful. My friend locked himself out of his room. Within 20 minutes the problem was resolved without us having to move at all. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Location is very close to the beach, with decent food options available. The price you pay for what you get is incredible. Beds are comfortable. Bottles of quality water are available as well. The room also has hair dryer, robe, slippers etc.

The properties exterior is looking a bit tired, however this is a small thing. Could do with some tea bags in the room.
