A proper Thai resort. Ing and her team are the kindest and most helpful staff, and nothing is too much for them. It was Songkran (water festival) when we were there and they lent us water pistols, set water buckets up by the road and took us on the tuk tuk. They sorted a hire car, booked taxis, made recommendations of where to go. Hire a car/ moped... Go to Old Town, explore the other island over the bridge find the view point and Tae Lang Cafe. The accommodation is good, it's more basic but it's great value. Room has air con which was main thing for us. The pool is small but cools you down. The food in the restaurant was top notch, very tasty. Breakfast was great too. A nice quiet resort.

Terrific kitchen, especially the Pad Thai, but also all curries were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful staff, who helped also reserve tours. Great place to start tours to Phi Phi islands and other destinations. It's a quiet and rather small resort; the rooms/cabins are spaced in a pretty garden with enough space for privacy for everyone. Pretty cabins with nice bathrooms. The restaurant area can serve also as a living room to enjoy the evenings. Many shops and restaurants are nearby on the main street. The beach is in walking distance with some trees for shadow.

Great clean room, great air conditioning with a fan in the room and mosquito net. The staff were lovely, breakfast was really good. The hoist arranged for us to hire a moped at a great price. One thing, don’t go to the beach from the back entrance, use front entrance and go through next door hotel area.

Couldn’t really use the pool for swimming, it looked a lot bigger in the pictures. Great for families with kids though. We thought the price was a bit higher than other places offering more facilities wise. But I would recommend Papillon, still had a nice stay.

The staff. The customer service. Fulfillment of extra need with a smile( e.g. Cooking of FULL breakfast on the day of checkout so that I could be with full stomach while riding the boat; a ride to exchange money etc etc.) The staff. The location i.e. the beach. The property i.e. the palm/coconut trees; pools; the sounds of water falling in the pool giving an impression of a waterfall, the dog etc etc). The restaurant/ the food. Value for the money.

I wish I had more time to stay here. I wish I had stayed here the first time I visited the Koh Lanta, a week before.

Bungalow was spacious for one person and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was nice but would have been nice to have a Thai dish rather than just Western food. Location was on, not a lot in the area, but it was a simple walk to the "busy" area of long beach. Bungalows are not on the beach but it is an easy 400m walk to the beach. Great to have an option to refill your water! Staff were friendly and welcoming, easy to arrange taxi to pier

Short walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Family bungalow with connecting door perfect for families with children. It was clean and the beds were confortable. Very good breakfast and nice ladies at the reception and breakfast. At night you can only hear birds. The garden is very nice with all its palm trees and plants.

No hairdreyer. Reservation was almost cancelled due to overbooking. Check in time not respected (we had to wait until 1.40 pm instead of 1 pm)

A totally charming, authentic Thai resort. Lovely clean, and well equipped bungalows with plenty of space in them, a large bathroom and great covered veranda. The Bungalows are well spaced out in the garden, so you feel you have all the space and privacy you want. The pool was lovely and larger than the pictures suggest. The restaurant served a great breakfast selection and fantastic Thai food. Just a short walk to the beach. All the staff are extremely friendly & helpful and will help arrange anything to make your stay a happy and enjoyable one. A totally fantastic stay. Thank you.

Great bungalows clean great breakfast.also evening menu was fantastic.the staff were great really friendly and helpful,the cleaners even plated my wife's hair for her.the owner was also a really nice approachable guy.they also supplied a flask for keeping the free cold water in 👌

The only downside was no private beach.but it was only a short walk away

Good location 5 minutes from the beach, lovely small pool, have 4 options for breakfast to select from all good & friendly helpful staff.

No hairdryer in room, when asked said they only have 1 & it was in use in another room. Not sure what was dancing on my bungalow roof each night & a really noisy bird calling in evening all added to the ambiance.

Very friendly staff. Good value for money. Great breakfast. Good location, very close to the main road with restaurants etc and only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Good basic accommodation for a good price.

It was a little tired around the edges. Nothing to put me off staying again but it could benefit from a little tlc.
