Fantastic budget accommodation option just around the corner from Kohub Coworking! The host, Ree, is lovely, warm, and super helpful. I stayed for six weeks in November / December, so Ree gave me the best room in my price category, large enough to lay out my yoga mat, towards the back of the house without any traffic noise, and it even came with its own little balcony. The beach is 5 minutes across the road. Ree also helped me rent a reliable scooter and organized my transportation back to Krabi airport at the end of my stay. Thank you for a wonderful stay and making me feel at home, Ree! See you again next season. 😃

No complaints whatsoever; considering the price, Grand House by far exceeded my expectations.

We booked this room last minute to extend our stay in Koh Lanta by 1 day and they were very quick to confirm our reservation and allowed us to check in early <3 The owners are really friendly and nice, the room was clean and comfortable, with access to a balcony. For such a price it was fantastic. The AC was working well and the shower had hot water. There are many nice local restaurants around, as well as mini markets (not 7/11). The beach is around 10 mins walk.

Many small bugs/ants inside the room but understandable since it's an island.

- lovely and helpful owners :) - spacious and clean room, there is small fridge, basic cutlery, glasses and bowl, small table, desk with big mirror and big wardrobe - king size bed :) - motorbike rental possible which is very convenient - few restaurants around and short distance walk to the beach - hairdryer at the reception, just ask for it - two small water bottles every day delivered to the room I stayed there one week and I highly recommend the place :)

Ree is an absolute delight, she made us giggle every time we saw her. The accommodation is spotless and such amazingly good value. We had new bottles of water, toiletries and room cleaned everyday plus there were always clean beach towels and mats available. It’s on a busy road (where we enjoyed sitting watching the world go by) and only 5 minutes from Long Beach. We loved LYM bar there for sunset drinks at the start of our evenings. It was the perfect base for renting a moped from Ree and exploring the island!

The host Ree was an absolute delight, always friendly & smiling and making us laugh and smile. She helped us book tours/transport and is knowledgeable about the area. Room is clean, AC works well, even a fridge and some cups etc! Also free drinkable water from a dispenser (no extra plastic bottles is a plus for me) is a very nice touch. Some nice restaurants within walking distance. Location is handy. We did not hear the road from our room. Thank you for our wonderful stay!

I hav stayed here before and would stay again. Very sweet host, rooms look nice and with new furniture, good location about 5 mins walking to amazing Long Beach, plenty of restaurants nearby. In deluxe room there is a fan that was very quiet and aircon. I don’t like to sleep with aircon, so with fan on it was perfect. Also it was very clean.

The guesthouse is located near the main road, which can be noisy. If you are sensitive to noise, bring earplugs. Good value and would definetely stay again.

-My bed was supposed to be a double bed but instead it was 2 mattress put together. When there are 2 people sleeping, that ia inconvenient. -I had an ant invasion, I couldn't keep any food in the room. -The rooms don't have much natural light.

Really friendly staff, nice location. Quite many restaurants nearby. Room is a good size and it's clean. You can book trips and rides/ferries to different cities/islands trough the hotel. You can also rent a scooter from the hotel or next door. The island's traffic is minimal so it's super easy to explore the island by driving yourself. You can access the beach by walking trough the resort opposite the hotel.

Payment is cash only, they used to have card option but not anymore (maybe someday again). Bed was a bit hard for my taste.

The hostess was super friendly and helpful! We didn't encounter a more pleasant person during our time in Lanta, and the locals are all really nice. She assisted us with everything we needed help with: scooter rental, a rash caused by mysterious seaweed(?), and ATMs. The other residents staying with us at the same time were also really friendly. It was peaceful to stay in the house, and nothing disturbed our sleep. The room was cleaned every day and we got fresh towels. Big plus for air conditioning. Lanta Grand House pleasantly surprised us in every aspect, and we regret only staying for four nights and not longer.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely fantastic, they are soo cute and happy people! A couple of the ladies have zero English but they are such happy ladies an will do there best to help you with your questions! The wife and husband who run the hotel are so helpful! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
