Very modern and clean rooms located on the main road in Baan Tai. The room is well-designed and includes large bed (not too hard), fridge, kettle and one of the best shower I used in Thailand (hot water and good pressure). Enough power point to charge items. There was a small side room I didn't use with a kitchen sink as well. Overall very good value for what you get.

The noise. Unfortunately the traffic is very loud and continues until after midnight. It didn't disturb my sleep too much except when loud bikes are coming past. But there is no loud music or guests, otherwise it is very quiet. It is quite far from any restaurants. You need to walk about 5-10mins back into town or go into the beach resorts.

Stayed in a double room and for the price we were so happy with what we got. Seriously comfy bed, great sized room and bathroom (waterfall shower is always a luxurious surprise) and good amenities. Super clean and the staff were on hand to help (but only during shop hours so be mindful of this if you need to check in early or late!). Right next door to 7-11. The lady at reception helped us organise a taxi to the pier at a great price and overall we had a great stay.

- Addition of a hair dryer in the room would be beneficial. - The room is directly on the main road so you will constantly hear traffic all day and night, but we were in room 1 which was closest to the road so this may be less if you are in the other rooms. Take earplugs just incase :) - Taxis need to be shown on the map where the hostel is because the hotel name isn’t so helpful. - The property doesn’t do scooter rental, so I would recommend taking a 15 min walk to ‘KP Bike Rental’ who have a great selection of motorbikes and the kindest owner and son who are always happy to help without needing to keep passport as a deposit.

WAY BETTER than you think (we booked a private room). the price for the time we got was amazing so book way ahead of time it may be located at some random pool building but the rooms are so clean. it is away from the partying hostels (wanderlust is down the street) 7/11 is right beside which is a treasure on koh panang rooms were insanely clean we stayed here but would go to other events around the island

nothing! the host and the front desk were helpful (we checked out at 4 am so we had the room checked the night before for the deposit and the front desk ordered us a taxi too) only issue is telling taxis which hostel we were because the name is @Hostel and there are multiple 7/11 in the area

The rooms were exactly like the photos-nice, clean spacious and comfortable. Great value for money and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

As expected it was quite noisy during full moon party time as there are a couple of dorm rooms at the end of the hall. But apart from that it was generally quiet.

Booked a double room. Was spacious, clean, and cosy. Wi-fi was strong, which is great if you're planning to do some work. You even have your own smoking room. The hotel is located in between Thong Sala and Haad Rin so you can flag a taxi anytime on the main road. It's near a 7-11, 24h laundromat, weed shop, tattoo parlour, and bike rental place.

There's only one charging point and it's beside the bed. The hotel is also right next to the main road, so light sleepers might have a hard time.

The room was very big and comfortable. Everything new. The toilet was good and the air conditioning also. The staff was very friendly. The 7-11 right next door.

The location is a little bit far from everything and the best beaches. The hostel is located above a swimming pool shop, just keep this in mind for you don’t get lost. When you get there, you have to talk to the lady at the reception at the shop.

Girlfriend and I stayed for the full moon party and no complaints. Room was big and clean, nice 7/11 next door and staff were super friendly! As for getting to the FMP there’s plenty of taxis going past. Also don’t expect this to be a social hostel, it’s more of a hotel than anything.

Good, clean and cheap accommodation. We stayed for a week. Everything you need is near by. Check-In is in the pool shop near the accommodation.

There is a deduction for the noise. for someone with light sleep, I would recommend earplugs.

Its location and the people!! Very informative and will help if anything arises. Definitely will be back!!

The only thing I can think of and was very minor that it is on a busy street so there was a little bit of traffic noise in the morning.

The Hotel is very very clean. It looks like a brand new room. Staffs are friendly, location is in the city center and the best of all is that there’s a 7-11 right next to it. They provide shower gel and shampoo. Bed is very comfortable my husband really had a good sleep. We were there one day before Sonkan festival. You can see people celebrating outside just standing on their balcony.

You can hear the sound of traffic （only a little bit, not a problem for my sleep )
