Super friendly staff, pretty location. My room was a large family room, overlooking the pool and the sea. Patio to sit out on by the poolside. Fridge, hairdryer, shower gel, kettle, safe, microwave, tv. (I have not used a single thing of these, just the fridge, but it was working as should and it was always staked with complimentary water :)

It’s a 5mins walk on the dirt road to get to the property. It looks sketchy but nothing ever happend. There isn’t anything remotely dangerous, I am just not a lover of abandoned looking roads. It’s 30seconds on a scooter, so it’s really not even an issue, and also lights are installed too.

Location - great feet from the crystal clear sea. You can walk into for ages and just chill! Some bars/restaurants and supermarkets within 10 mins walk but a scooter is a must. Bungalow - lovely, clean and everything you need. The only negative for us is that it is a king bed. The room is small so I would prefer a normal double. The balcony was great to relax on too. Staff - helpful and easy to get along with good food too.

Pool, lovely size and, they are having issues with cleaning and trying a temporary system. Fingers crossed it works, was cloudy at times. General areas, are a little unkempt, we thought added to the charm, but others may not.

Lovely place to staff! Great pool, great location right on the beach! Staff are also so lovely. We had a few problems with our air conditioning, but staff were straight out trying to solve it. Luckily it wasn’t too hot in bedroom so we were able to switch it off- as the air conditioning was very loud and unpredictable. Other than that there was no complaints- would recommend.

Beach view was wonderful. Property was nice and quiet, the restaurant on site was a nice touch and was of excellent quality. All of the staff were kind, friendly and helpful.

This may not be in all rooms, but the shower head in the washroom was about the height of my chest (I’m 6’2”) which made showering particularly challenging. This was overall, a non issue in the overall positives of the property!

Best hotel/villa experience I've had!!! Amazing villa with an awesome view! Countless dinner options available for quick delivery to your room! They ran a free shuttle service for any of your day trips around koh tao! Staff were super kind includibg the lovely cleaning ladies who would clean our villa daily and restock our fridge! I WILL BE BACK FOR SURE!

I really liked the vibe of this property. Also the staff is super nice and helpful. the restaurant was open and had very good meals! it is beachfront and with nice swimming pool. It is not a luxury resort but i liked it very much and would return there if i am around again.

The bed was not the most comfortable. Also i never had warm water - it is solar powered so you should expect some delays in receiving it but even after long shower i still had cold one. but other bungalows in front row had warm water. also some of the furniture and sun beds are a bit vintage.

Excellent location a short drive from the ferry terminal and backing straight onto the beach. A wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants in the local area. The staff were incredibly helpful and organised scooter rental and a taxi to our return ferry at reasonable prices. The restaurant on site has a large choice of Thai and western dishes.

The shower in our room was not the best in terms of water pressure

Staff very friendly and accommodating. The pool and setting were very nice. Staff arranged a bus to bring us to the full moon party 15 mins far enough away to be quite without feeling isolated.

The rooms are definitely tired and in need of some tlc but they were clean and private

lovely resort right on the beach, the view from the resort is really stunning. We stayed in a beach view bungalow on the front and it was great - clean, hot water etc. Restaurant is really good too, nice food & reasonable prices. Location is good, nice & quiet area of the beach in between thong Sala & baan tai, we only stayed one night so not sure about restaurants etc in surrounding area but 7/11 is less than 10 min walk

only complaint is that the pool isn’t very clean so we didn’t use it. Wasn’t an issue as you have the sea right in front but if the pool was cleaner would give 10/10

I like this place very much. I have been there before and now received an nice upgrade. Staff is extramely nice and helpful. Maybe toilet in villa is not the best (a little mold around the bathtub) but its worth money. View from the garden is georgous, swimming pool is clean. Meals are sooo good. A motorbike is needed there because is quite far from the city. I will come back there for sure.
