Everything was perfect... Stayed in a beachfront room (Coco 6). Check-in was smooth, welcoming, and all the staff was very very friendly and helpfull. Restaurant quality 10/10, bar vibe great at sunset time! And if you want a good massage, you got it!! Rent a bike?? Got it!! My room had everything you could need for an easy laid-back, relaxing holiday. Super comfy double bed, Mini Bar 🙏, enough power points to charge your equipment. Wifi excellent. Hot water (working 🙏😂). A kettle. Coco made my holiday exceptional! Thank you, guys. See you next year!

The location is truly perfect. You can enjoy a peaceful beach without any crowds, and the food and drinks are quite affordable so you can stay there sometimes the whole day. The area is quiet, making it easy to work on my computer without any issues (though it can get quite hot outside at times). The bungalows are modest, but that’s expected given the price and prime location. We opted for an air-conditioned room because it would have been too hot to sleep otherwise, though we had to hang a sheet above the bed to keep the AC from blowing directly on our heads while we slept. We also rented a good scooter there for 800baht for 4 days, but be really carefull when driving as we've seen many tourists on the island with with bandaged elbows and knees from scooter falls -> better to drive slow. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay because the excellent location far outweighs these minor inconveniences.

There were a few minor downsides durring our stay: low water pressure, cracks in the floors and walls where an occasional insect might sneak in, though nothing harmful or scary. Additionally, the trees above the bungalows drop small hard fruits, which often fall on the roof at night. This startled us a few times during our first nights, but we quickly got used to it.

The location is perfection and the staff is really nice. For the price, Compared to other hotels in the area it is a good value. It feels like the beach is literally the chill spot for this hotel. There’s a bar and restaurants on site with good food and reasonable prices. I thought despite it needing some TLC, it was actually very clean. Clean and new are two different things. Knew it was not. Clean it was for sure.

Yes it’s a bit run down and toilet smelled weird ever time I flushed it. The A/C was actually too cold and they don’t give you enough linens so I had to use the towels as extra blankets, but I was fine in the end. And yes there is pretty loud music until at least midnight but hey, it’s a party town so to be expected. I also loved the hammock on the balcony.

The bar and the beach, with always chill music at sunset, it was just gorgeous and awesome 😎 we enjoyed the time there every evening. The staff was super friendly especially with the little one, I really appreciated it. The restaurant is good. The bungalows are nice but not all equal in terms of comfort I think. We had a great time there!

My bungalow was super dark and wet. Nothing could dry during the night. Also, the neighbors behind the residence woke us up every morning between 6:00 and 7:00 which was a bit harsh sometimes. Finally the cleaning ladies never removed our dirty dishes (essentially coffee mugs) which was a bit weird to us.

Staff is very friendly, professional and helpful! I felt myself very welcomed there🥰 Delicious and affordable food. Jungle vibe🌴 Possible to pay by Visa for everything except massage). Super fast Internet 🛜 Cat at reception 😺 Close to supermarkets (Makrofood (only cash) and Big C (Visa payment allowed), bars, food places, massage (I do reccomend Lavella SPA in 20 minutes walk. Super clean, professional and you can pay by card).

Mosquitos… a lot 🦟😅 You can hear the noise from your neighbors as walls are really thin. Sea isn’t very clean, I walked by the beach and I found out “smelly” brown “river” flowing into the sea🙈

My bungalow was right on the beach and had the BEST view, the hammock on the porch was a lovely touch, very quiet beach compared to others on the island so it felt almost private most of the time. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, food and coffee was lovely. Location was good too, 7/11 a 2 minute walk so never stuck for water or snacks, good local Thai food near by also. They can rent you a scooter or call you a taxi for when you want to explore more of the island, No complaints

The bathroom had little air slots that didn’t have mosquito nets or glass in and the bathroom door didn’t stay closed so I got bitten at night time but might have just been my specific bungalow, after 1st night I just wore long pjs and I was fine

Excellent sea front position. detached cabin so very quiet and private. beautiful view. superb position. Excellent and convenient location - close to amenities/shops etc. local return taxi/bus service to full moon party provided in resort down the road - safe and reliable return service. Super bar/restaurant. good food - able to order and accommodated for me to eat on my sea front balcony able to put on my 'tab' for final payment when checking out. Aircon worked well. comfortable beds for sleeping. luxurious towels. friendly and helpful staff.

bathroom could do with a little makeover - wet room which wet all the floor/toilet. awful bright green paint - would recommend more neutral colour for relaxation and style.

very nice basic bungalows, beach, beach bar, it’s located a bit off the city so it is quiet, but still has great restaurants nearby. good AC. fantastic for chillout. great value for money.

Wifi connection is very bad (impossible to work or watch movies), they should prioritize investing in making the signal stronger. the beach is nice but the ocean is a bit muddy so you need to go to other beaches for snorkeling or swimming.

I spent 4 nights here and had a wonderful experience. The guesthouse is very well-maintained, and the staff are warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. It’s an ideal spot to relax and enjoy being close to the ocean. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully cared for. The peaceful surroundings and friendly atmosphere made my stay unforgettable. If you’re looking for a cozy place to unwind and recharge, I highly recommend this guesthouse!

I absolutely adore this resort I booked it as it features in the lonely planet guide as being one of the top places to stay and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The value for money is exceptional you are right on the beach which yes it's not the most beautiful beach in the world but it's lovely to take a dip in and to sit on and have some drinks . The food is great and the room for the price is an absolute steal. The fan is excellent and I could even sleep in the room during the day. I can't wait to come back
