The location is great. Situated very close to Thongsala Pier and lots of local bars restaurants and areas to explore. The beachfront bungalow option with A/C was really worthwhile. You can walk out onto the beach and take a swim in the sea with really warm shallow waters, being able to walk out hundreds of meters at low tide. The staff were helpful and friendly. We rented mopeds from reception to get around for 250baht per day (£5.84), and had none of the usual Thailand issues of being told youve damaged it and being conned for money which is really a releif. The beds were one of the most comfortable we’ve had in Thailand even after staying in 5* hotels in Bangkok. We will happily stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the island. Also fantastic for dog lovers as they are very friendly and hang out around the beach and huts.

The bathrooms are exposed to the elements so beware of mosquitos as so close to water. Make sure you keep the bathroom door and front door shut at all times to stop them getting in.

Absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, cozy, and perfectly located. What made the experience truly special was the hospitality of the owner—she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. I accidentally forgot my bag when checking out, and she thoughtfully arranged for one of the staff members to bring it to me at the pier, knowing I was departing from there. That level of care and consideration is rare and truly appreciated. Highly recommend this place for a memorable and worry-free stay!

Nothing at all & I am coming back again

It's really nice when you just arriving the island since it's just a few minutes walk from the pier and you got an amazing beach. the place is very nice and close to anything in the center.

There's nothing much to eat in the bar, so you always need to walk outside of the resort to get food. but that's fine since there is everything close by

Amazing value for money, we had a super charming hut almost directly on the beach, we could just roll out of bed and into the sea. Staff was friendly and helpful!

The cabin was wonderful fully equipped with air conditioning and a great shower. But the mattress could be a bit softer.

I really liked the small minimalistic hut. You can literally only sleep there and you have an own bathroom which is nice. Just 1 minute to the beach but there was a lot of algae when I was around. I only stayed one night so I can not say a lot about an exciting kitchen to cook for yourself or something similar.

A water-heater and some coffee would be nice but not entirely necessary. Overall you get what they offer. My girlfriend disliked the hard mattress but as someone who is sleeping on his belly I did enjoy it a lot. Also it can get really loud because of motor scooters if you get a hut in the back which is near a street or something.

Close to the beach, amazing location. Just a walk away from everything you need, night market, amazing bars. Very chilled place. It’s very basic but great value. Just a bed and aircon with a bathroom. If you’re looking for a little escape it’s exactly what you need.

The bungalow was in a great place, near the beach. Nice and simple bungalow. Feels great to be close to nature in a nice garden.

Small room but it is what to expect when you choose a bungalow. We met a small snake in front of our bungalow and a few ants inside, it didn't bother us though. Bed a little bit hard.
