When you enter the hostel you are confronted with this "come as a guest,leave as a friend" sign, and you have no idea how true that is. The hostel in addition to being very cheap, has a ton of amenities and you can really do a lot of things, but more important is the staff, super nice, easygoing and friendly . The facility can accommodate a considerable number of guests so it is impossible to feel lonely. I really enjoyed my weeks here, go met beautiful people, especially of the staff. If you are passing through koh phangan stay here, you will not regret it.❤️

We booked 3 private double rooms with en suites, the hostel was over booked so moved us to a villa 5 minutes up the road. There were four rooms at the villa so me and my 2 friend had 3 of the rooms and another couple were in the fourth room so we pretty much had a private villa which was right on the beach with its own pool.

Only thing i would say the downstairs bedroom that i was in was just off the living room so did not have any windows other than off the communal living area, the toilet for some reason has not been put in the en suite but instead off the main living room so meant you had to leave your room and others could also use your toilet. Although i was not too fussed as this was an upgrade had we paid full price for the villa room i would not have been too happy to have got that room.

good party hostel, I spend there the new year time. 5 minutes walk from bantay beach, have some restaurants, 7/11, and bars next to it and cheap food in the hostel bar. I slept in the 6 bed dorm and it was quite good. there's a crossfit gym as part of the hostel facility and football field

as I said it a party hostel, the music in the lobby start around 1 pm or so and it's very loud. not for people who looks for a quiet place, my room was far enough from the lobby but some of the rooms are closer and need to deal with the loud music through the night

The price was amazing. Location good for seeing whole island. It's a social hostel so music and laughter is normal late at night so bring earplugs if that bothers you but overall awesome pool and food and music overall a great experience. Ended up moving here my second day and stayed here almost 2 weeks. Stayed in a shared dorm and met some awesome people, everyone was respectful and the room was nice and clean🤙🏼

One day I went in to renew my room and they charged me more than what booking.com showed and would not charge my normal rate so make sure to book online or you'll pay more in person. Every other staff person was amazing to work with except for that one girl. Some of thw showers needed to be fixed but over all amazing stay and would recommend to anyone wanting a social fun experience. Felt more like a resort than hostel.

Exceeded my expectations. 10/10, 5 star. I like how spacious everything is. I really like the room set-up even with mixed dormitory there was a bunch of us but the room felt spacious and the bathroom being in the room instead of having to leave down a hallway was super great to me. Excellent organization overall, both physically structurally and also with management. I had positive experiences with employees during the week I was there, their responses to when I needed something. There was always cleaners cleaning. This hostel is not just a place to sleep it is an experience, some people come to hang out and have fun for the night even though they don't live/stay there. The music is played loud throughout the entire day every day but fortunately the music is good and sometimes great. This hostel is combined with a sports arena and it is all co-existing very well. Depending on which room you get you may not notice the sports area but it is cool to have around. I never went in the pool but it seemed lovely. 10/10 real emphasis on spaciousness both at the hostel and in the room, and physical organization of the entire place. The way couches are set up, etc.

It was my second time in this hostel 🤸🏾 . They were really kind and let me keep my bicycle in the storage room for a couple of months 🙌🙌🙌. I got a different room this time 8 bed dorm, the bed was really comfortable, the cleaning ladies are doing a really good job . For me it's the perfect place to party, work out , play some sports or just chill at the pool 🌞. The prices are one of lowest in the whole island 🙏. There are 3 supermarkets walking distance and a lot of nice local restaurants 🕺. Def If you are a social person, this is the place for you 💪🌟🌞.

Great value for money! Lots going on and good drinks deals and tickets for event available from reception. Also help to book taxis upon leaving back to the pier. You can walk into Thong Sala in around 30 minutes but we found some good breakfast spots in the other direction and an outside gym (didn’t use it but looked great!)

There is a lot to do at the hostel but they don’t advertise you have to pay to use facilities such as pool and ping pong tables. It wasn’t expensive but think it should be advertised rather than it looking like a free perk. The location is also ok, it’s not really close to a big beach but is it a good location for full and half moon.

Amazing value considering a swimming, work out area. And a sociable fun beer pong tournament daily. Good party atmosphere. Hard not to drink at the bar everyday! Most staff very friendly. Leandro was very courteous and kind in reception. Giving me a vip pass for a future stay as I stayed for almost 3 weeks. He was very helpful and professional.

The ladyboy behind the bar refused to give me boiling water unless I laid 70 bht. luckily the other staff weren't so tight. I managed to have my hot chocolate in bed a couple times

Cleaned everyday, we stayed in a private room, nice balcony, good air con, great value, loads of space and an open plan kitchen. Residence are quiet would 100% stay again. We stayed in the LE CLUB part across the road. We paid around £10 a night this is because we stayed after the full moon party when it becomes cheaper.

The bathroom was a little smelly but this is due to plumbing and heat. It's close to the road so is abit noisy. Toaster doesn't work.

so, this was my first time traveling solo, and staying at phangan arena made the whole experience unforgettable. from the moment i walked in, i felt like i was part of a big, friendly family. the staff and volunteers are some of the nicest people you’ll meet, especially jay jay—he’s super chill and always makes sure everyone’s having a good time. the rooms? super clean and comfy. and the best part? there’s so much to do here! whether you’re into sports or just want to hang out and meet new people, this place has you covered. the evening parties are a blast too, with a great vibe that makes it easy to connect with fellow travelers. location-wise, it couldn’t be better. you’re close to all the main piers and just minutes from haad rin beach. if you’re in town for the full moon, half moon, or oxa parties, this is hands down the best place to stay. i’m definitely coming back for christmas and new year’s—can’t wait to relive it all. if you’re traveling solo, do yourself a favor and stay here. you won’t regret it! hope this is what you’re looking for!

for the private room with a shared bathroom, the water pressure in the shower is really low. the water comes out slowly and only a little bit at a time. it would be great if this could be fixed. thanks!
