Very friendly staff, easy check-in. Nice room. 2 pools. Pool by the sea is nice to relax and listen to the waves, try a hammock and a drink from the pool bar. There is a small shop across from reception for water etc. two massage shops (I liked the ladies in pink). You can rent mopeds here (I don't recommend using moped, too many accidents, a sober man lost his finger while I was there!) Just use the local communal red bus/vans (about 100bht to Chewang) or rent a jeep if there are a few of you ! Next to the bike rental you can get Laundry done at 50bht per kilo of clothes, great value. There are a couple of places to eat on site, all are good food and good value. Plus just on the main road you have more food options and a large Chemist. Just past the chemist on the left is a nice family bar with great value drinks and a good atmosphere with friendly staff, the rotti man will pull up so you can buy a 🥞 pancake! And you can have a drink while you flag down a van to town. Really good tattoo artist right by the entrance to the hotel, if that's your thing. There is also a taxi hire next to the hotel, an option for going back to the airport without hassle. Entry direct onto the beach by the pool after 20 meter walk to the left you can swim, or you can walk along the sand for miles.. enjoy 👍🏼👍🏼

Note, only one tide per day here ! So when the tide is in it is in for 12 hours. A quiet location right at the end of the beach, great if you like quiet !

We stayed in Bungalow # 1419 which was right next to the pool and ocean. I was a little concerned that it might be too noisy but it wasn’t. The bar closed early, maybe 6 pm? (can’t remember) and nobody used the pool after that. The room was large and the staff were great. The massage parlor across from the reception was great. Be advised, most of the rooms in this property are away from the beach. I would not want to stay there unless the price was really low. I paid $120US per night in Jan 2025.

It was a bit older property and the beach and pool in front of the room are both small. Downtown was about 1.5 miles away but manageable.

The beach and pool area were very good as was the included breakfast. The location is excellent as you are right next to the beach. The hotel is very close to a lot of different restaurants and bars. Lots of tour operators and scooter rental places close as well. The room was a decent size but a little tired and there were some issues with the shower hot water that many of the guests experienced as well. The staff were great.

Only major issue were non guests of the hotel using the beach pool area including the pool despite signage that clearly indicated that it was for resort guests only. Even worse was bringing young children with them and allowing them to use pool unsupervised.

Nice big rooms, really nice pool, close to the beach and restaurants, quiet nights.

Some electrical à were a bit temperamental, but honestly everything else was good.

The hotel / room was lovely, the style was really cool and it was tucked away in a corner spot of Chaweng beach that created a lovely ambience. We booked the room with the pool swim up and glad we did this was a great part of our mornings! The staff were incredibly helpful.

The wear and tear of the room was beginning to become quite obvious (paint splatters in the taps, wood chips coming over the edge of the bath), and the shower head holder was too small for the shower head and too high up for the length of it too so I guess it was installed incorrectly and left? But it made washing my hair incredibly difficult (my other half had to hold it while I sat in the tub) and tedious. More hooks in the bathroom to hold the hand and bath towels would be handy too, just a suggestion!

We liked the pool on the beach. It was a little bit cold but very beautiful view and in a quiet zone. Also we liked big windows. The hotel is situated not far from the noisy part of Chaweng but it's still possible to sleep. When the shower holder broke they replaced it in 1 day.

The bed was weird. There was something on the bed but under the bedsheets, like a blanket. Maybe they use it as a mattress cover but it was very uncomfortable to sleep on it. Almost all the restaurants around hotel are russian owned:(((( the breakfast in a hotel restaurant is not good.

We stayed in a sea view bungalow and it was fantastic, the most outrageous view of the sea and pool, stunning. Resort was great, near to the town, the room was comfortable and the breakfast great , loved this place in our 8 weeks of travelling , right on the beech, loads of sun beds Go see the Elephant sanctuary, all about protection and welfare, no riding , brilliant, can be organised from tour operators next to hotel. Previous responders have complained about the lumpy bed, well it did look lumpy but was so comfortable , best nights sleep ever. Nothing to complain about at all, for the price, if you want five star, book five star, don’t complain about what isn’t advertised .

They may consider buying new mattresses that were not comfortable.

2 pools. One at the hotel side and one at the bungalow side. We got a bungalow what i can recommend. The location is a little bit remote of the center but thats what we wanted, its a quiet chilled place and you can just go with a motorbike (3 min.) Or walk (20 min.) To a more busy area. Anyway there is everything you need next to the resort like restaurants, massage saloons and a bar.

Unfortunately the restaurant/bar at the pool was closed all the time. Would have been nice to get refreshing drinks there during chilling at the pool or beach, but you can just go over the beach to the resort straight next to bhundhari for that

Needs upgrade, working space with broken AC, swimming pool needs more cleaning
