Very green/lush and quite resort, sufficient distance from the buzzing street. Attractive accommodations with a wide variety of choices. Nice pool and direct acces to a nice beach. Great for families with young kids, especially because of the pool with multiple water slides.

The breakfast was not really tasteful and lacked some quality. A specific annoyance was the amount of guests “reserving” all best sun beds early in the morning by putting a towel on it, while using it hours later. And a piece of advice to the resort, please make the kids pool less slippery (especially at the water slides). Many kids slipped very badly.

I love that I felt like I was in a tropical forest. The grounds are beautiful with loads of trees. The sounds of the birds and insects was amazing. The room was neat and very clean. Breakfast had a variety of foods to choose from and great coffee. The swim up beach bar was perfect, overlooking the ocean and beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants Friendly, helpful staff. Loved it there!

Restaurant/cafe prices not really competitive with prices in cafes/restaurants in the adjoining streets. A shame, because all of the restaurant/bar staff are very attentive and service minded….

Excellent staff and customer service! The staff is wonderful (very professional) and the Hotel itself is pretty impressive and HUGE. It is massive. 8/10 for 3 reasons: Reason #1: The king bed was just two-single beds put together to make 1 bed, and while the beds were comfortable, we did not like that 2 beds had to be pushed together to make 1. Maybe they did this to help us get a room faster (we were there very early and they accommodated us immediately, huge props for that!), but we did not ask or complain as we were staying there just 1 night. Reason #2: I don't understand the real prices for this hotel. I'll say this: We got our room at an amazing discount deal, but, had we payed the original full prices for the rooms, well... I honestly would have been very upset. I don't think it should be that expensive when I compare it to way-less luxury hotels. Reason #3: Overall location (too far & secluded). The hotel and rooms are huge, clean, very pretty, surrounded by nature, and fun to walk around. The pools are also interesting and can be fun. The staff and service was exceptional. They behaved above and beyond to assist. Overall, if you want a private beach in a more secluded and discreet area not close to center of the town nor with a lot of people around to interact with, this place is for you. Personally, I felt isolated and like everything was too far for us. It did not help that the weather was a little aggressive this day making the ocean extremely dangerous and impossible to enjoy. We could not swim in the beach because the waves were extremely powerful and violent. This is not the hotel's fault as I hear this private beach was beautiful with crystal clear water, but unfortunately the weather did not let us see any of that. Overall, I recommend this hotel if you are looking for an isolated, private, discreet, quiet, and more of a "mature-vibe" and family oriented place.

The hotel is great but it all comes down to personal preferences. In my experience, this Hotel felt to me too quiet, isolated, and the guests were all mostly mature or for families and "mature vibes". The area/location is not easy at all to walk around, and there's not much to do or see here close to the hotel. I don't like this for myself, as nice as quiet and private sound, I prefer more activity, more people to enjoy the vacation with, and more comfortable/closer places to visit and not just stay inside the hotel. The location is just too isolated, far, and not surrounded by fun places that are easy to visit. Car transport is always needed. I would have been disappointment to stay more days mostly because of this. No complaints at all about the staff, rooms, cleanliness, etc.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel for five nights, and we were absolutely blown away by the overall experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Their warmth and kindness were unparalleled, and every interaction, no matter how small, was filled with genuine care. The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff – they invited us to learn about the local culture by participating in a traditional Kratongs Festival. We had such a fun and educational time (like making Krathongs from scratch), and it’s moments like these that really made our stay memorable. Incredible Staff: The staff were an absolute joy – welcoming, friendly, and always ready to offer assistance. Their hospitality was a major highlight of our stay. It’s rare to encounter such a warm and attentive team, and they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Transport Convenience: The hotel is quite large, and to make it easier to get around, they offer cart services that take guests from reception to their rooms. Even if you decide to walk, the carts will stop and ask if you'd like a ride, which is a really nice touch. It made moving around the hotel much more convenient. Stunning Walkways: The hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped with statues, palm trees, and elegant lamps, making a simple walk around the property a peaceful and pleasant experience. Beach Access and Dining: The hotel has a beautiful beach right next to the restaurant and pool area, allowing guests to enjoy stunning views of the ocean while having breakfast. The variety and quality of breakfast options were also impressive, and we always found clean and available tables regardless of the time we arrived. Luxurious Accommodations: The luxury of the hotel was exactly as expected – high-level standards all around. Our room was spacious, with a beautifully designed bathroom that was a real standout.

We couldn't name any negatives from our side. However, here are a couple of things to keep in mind for future guests, just in case they could be a concern: The hotel is not located in a bustling central area, so if you're looking for quick access to nightlife or shopping, you may need to take a taxi. For us, the peaceful atmosphere was a big plus, but it's something to consider if you prefer a more central location. Like many places in Southeast Asia, ants can be found in the rooms, especially if food is left out. We didn't find this to be an issue, but it’s something to be aware of during your stay.

the view is incredible -sunsets in the morning and private beach with massages is an amazing perk. The rooms are really clean and lovely baths work perfectly I enjoyed my entire stay here. The breakfast buffet is what you would expect it to be but all of the food is lovely and wonderful and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Big shot out to Mause and all of the stuff that helped me locate my lost luggage after a particularly long time in transit.

The only thing I didn't like and it's a very small thing is that the conditioner is mixed in with the shampoo which is fine but it just says shampoo on the bottle so I spent a little bit of time looking for conditioner and asking for it before finding this out.

Loved the beach,bar and pool area, along with happy hour. Room was lovely and staff were very friendly.

The breakfast was okay, food was a bit cold at times and not replenished as frequently as required. Location was also a bit far from Chaweng beach road and just generally out of the way (Good for chilling out, maybe not so good for adventure etc).

Great calm beach, quiet at night, excellent service, beautiful jungle-garden. Bee, the boss of the breakfast made our mornings feel like at home. Nothing was impossible, everything went quick in this hotel.

Hardly to say we disliked anything, as we truly had a great time. If we could suggest some improvement, we would have loved less of the western and more of the Thai. That goes for the evening music or the restaurant menu. But this is just our preference and the opposite may be good for some other guests...

They must upgrade the linen, and consistency. Same type rooms, one will have Netflix etc and the next only limited cable or live tv. But minor things. Little bit overpriced on food and drink.
