I read some negative reviews before arriving so I didn't know what to expect. Check in was fast and efficient, staff was absolutely nice and helpful. The building and the area around the hotel is a bit chaotic and it does look old - personally I didn't find this a problem. I think this place of perfect for people with families who want to save some money on accommodation. It was safe and had everything I needed. Clean room, nice AC, clean towels, bottled water and coffee in my room every day. If you are looking for a magical holiday resort with luxurious rooms and sea view for your honeymoon, than this is not the place for you. If you want affordable accommodation for a couple of days close to the downtown you will like it.

I liked this vacation more than vacation a year ago in the First Bungalow. Firstly, the rooms are very quiet, I didn't hear my neighbors at all. In the First Bungalows it's louder. Secondly, I liked the breakfasts and coffee more here. And the coffee mugs are not small! The staff is excellent and friendly. The cleaning in the rooms was perfect. Check-in was quick. Thank you, it was a very nice vacation.

1. Mattress is very very very hard! 2. Here is not enough sunbeds on the beach and it’s a real problem.

Think some of the reviews are unjust, booked 2 rooms for a family and both were fine, if you are used to a thai style hotel then you will have no problems staying here.

It does need a new lick of paint, but all cosmetic things, bed was hard for me but fine for the rest of family.

The private beach is gorgeous. Easy access to pretty much everything you'd want, only a short walk to Chaweng. There are several lovely pools on the compound that you can use.

The bed was a little old and not as comfortable.

The bed sheets were a little weird texture and I wish we had a window in the bedroom so fresh air can come in

Beautiful beach just over a bridge. Nice pool. Building looks a little tired . Our aircon wouldn't work they moved us rooms and put a new one on our old room straight away!! Staff very helpful.
