The hotel is located on an excellent beach. The breakfast is excellent and most of the staff are very friendly and attentive. For the younger children, they make pancakes in the shape of monkeys, Mickeys, cats and rabbits, which made my daughters very happy. Regarding the pools, the hotel has 2 but we only used the pool next to the beach, which, although beautiful for photos, is dangerous due to its covering. It would be best to go in with sea shoes because they hurt your feet a lot. This hotel has a lot of potential to be an excellent hotel, but the services and infrastructure need to be improved.

The rooms are spacious but the furniture is old. The air conditioning in the room is very noisy. The service is not as excellent as you would expect from the Sheraton brand. The kids club, despite having a huge space and great potential for doing wonderful things, is abandoned and everything is closed and broken. The photos are very misleading!

very good selection of food for breakfast. lost of vegetables, fruits, asia food. food at beach bar and restaurant also amasing and not expensive. At pool bar always nice happy hours 2 drinks for just 7 euro. set of seafood for 2 person just for 15 euro and very high quality. Amazing territory of hotel , super green jungles. beach is very calm, clean, not much people exactly as wanted for nice holiday. everything was so good that was no reason to go out. always enough water and coffee in room. Nice terrasses in rooms, incredible sea view. real paradise.

rooms a bit old although not completely done. Music in the bar... OMG ! set of songs for 1 hours running all days on circle. After 10 days vacation you will be king of karooke "love me like you do, love love like me do, what are you waiting for... " . I asked to change music. But another set of songs was so "depressive lounge that i felt I am in prison" that I asked to back first set.

The private beach

The receptionist had mistaken and charge of room rate about triple time 150,000 baht (seem they try to cheat us because we stay there 2 night but they didn’t inform us suddenly, they inform us when we check out and just say sorry only). For cancelled process need to lock our money for 15 days. How come for 5 star hotel? Another thing that my italian husband has take a walk and falling down in waterspout in front of hotel during walk back from dinner and he got hurt and get some wound because in front of hotel near the main road is too dark, I was really upset for all the thing that happened.

They pick you up From the room by golfcar, because the hotel is quite big, but still to Walk From the beachview rooms to the reception its a 4 Minute walk. The hotel is very Green with some waterfalls on the way to the reception. The Beach is really nice with chrystal clear water and Good for swimming. The breakfast was the best we had in 7 weeks southeastasia. They have enough sunchairs for everybody directly on the beach. The stuff is very friendly and helpful. The Food and the Drinks in the hotel are overprized but its a 5 Star Hotel. Outside you can find some Restaurants, but Unfortunately More Western than thai Food. The rooms were very nice, much space, balcony with ociean view was really nice, very clean and stylish. We would come back!

Should specify the different rooms clearly and not interchange the words “sea facing” with “sea view” as few rooms are located quite far from ocean

Stayed at this amazing hotel for 3 nights! 😍 The staff were incredibly nice and always smiling, they really took great care of us. The hotel is placed good 👍 but needs renovation 🛠️ to make the hotel luxury 🏰 once it was.

The staff, the food, the drinks, the services, the massage - everything was great. Also, the location is very good.

The noise from the air conditioning was disturbing during sleeping hours (maybe other rooms didn't had this problem).

The rooms are immaculate. I had a deluxe room which included a sofa area. Really nice. The beach itself is lovely and the surrounding hotel area is beautifully landscaped with two pool areas. The staff are beyond helpful and work hard to make sure you enjoy your stay. Minimal to zero bugs and critters in the room for Thailand which I appreciated! They also spray stuff once a day on the grounds to kill mosquitoes which was really helpful. There's a helpful 7/11 just opposite the hotel as well as a few restaurants, chemists and cheaper massage parlours. The breakfast is amazing as was the WiFi. Lots of free activities like morning Thai chi, kayaking, beach football, art, cooking classes and activities for kids.

The rest of the food menu wasn't to the standard I thought it would be. Not the worst but expected it to be out of this world for the Sheraton. Minibar was empty. If you are mobility challenged this isn't the place for you as it's on a hill and getting from A to B requires you to be able to manage inclines and lots of stairs (they do have carts to help with luggage etc ..) The location is beautiful and quiet but you need a moped or taxi to get anywhere else so bear this in mind when deciding what kind of holiday you want. Dont recommend it for solo travellers - hard to make friends and not feel like a paraiah when surrounded by couples and families. No other solo travellers or even single people in groups. Wives weren't friendly as a result!

Spacious room, was a great fit for our family. Large balcony too. Staff was excellent, very friendly and always helpful. The location is slightly isolated but it maybe something you're looking for. Still convenient to get around by walk or a cab. Walking however is tricky along the busy road where you can find a 711, a pharmacy and plenty of small shops and restaurants. It's just doesn't feel safe to walk there due to a traffic.

Breakfast buffet selection could be wider but the food overall was good with healthy options. Only two types of red wine to buy by glass (at least during dinner buffet). The wines were just average but not bad. Cocktails are tasty but too light with alcohol, like drinking mocktailes. The beach isn't great, small stones big rocks just in the middle. Always had to go to another sandy beach which is really nice and only two min of walk from the hotel, so it wasn't a big concern in total.

Everything about this hotel was perfection. Breakfast was varied and of good quality, the rooms were meticulously cleaned, access to staff for requests was instant, the beach and pool area were clean and well attended by staff and the restaurants and beach bar were of a very high standard. However, the highlight of this hotel is the quality of the staff. They seem to go out of their way to make your stay memorable. From the executive chef to the cleaning staff, you were always met with a smile and them asking you if there was anything you needed. They made you feel special.

There was nothing that I could find to fault this hotel. I would recommend it to anyone that wants a hotel where everything is excellent and where you feel that they treat you as a person and not as just another resident.
