I loved the staff's hospitality... especially Kyle, who took great care of us. If you just want to relax on the beach, with a restaurant/bar right next door and your bungalow just a few meters away... this is the perfect place! It's far from the party part of the island, so it's quieter and not a crowded beach. You can rent a scooter on site to get around the island. It's an aging bungalow, and the bathroom isn't the latest, but it's perfectly acceptable for the price. It's clean and functional (air conditioning + fan), which is all we ask for.

Some insects inside the bungalow (ants, cockroaches, mosquitoes...) which are totally "normal" if you live outdoors on an island.

The staff is excellent – kind, helpful, and always smiling. A special thanks to one of the receptionists (if I remember correctly, his name is Khim or Khun), who went above and beyond to help me rent a motorbike. He even took me to the rental shop, which was quite far from the hotel. Thank you so much! The hotel is perfectly located, right by the beach, with an amazing view and a wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

They charged me extra 300 bath for late check out, I was late not even one hour, but I understand because other guest waited for the room :)

Staying at the Blue Lotus Hotel was a truly lovely experience, and we had a wonderful time. For the price we paid, it was absolutely worth it. While the property seems to have been renovated some time ago, everything worked perfectly and had its own unique charm. The location was excellent, and the on-site restaurant offered fantastic food. The staff were incredible – so welcoming, open, and warm, which we deeply appreciated. A heartfelt thank you to the owner, the team, and everyone involved in creating such beautiful oases in such amazing locations!

Amazing place to stay, right at the beach ❤️ realy quiet place, very frendly people, amazing food!!! The room is everything you kneed but basic. My room had a quiet airconditioning and a fan, wich was perfect. WiFi coverage in the room wasnt great at all times, but in the lounge at the beach it was faster and stable ❤️ so if you want to work and stay in an affordable place with a view to die for, this is the place 4 u. ... oh and the food is soooooo good, try the Tom yum... thank me later 😂❤️

This was one of our favourite places we have stayed in Thailand. The location was amazing - the beach and the sunset every night was incredible! The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There is also a restaurant on site and the food was incredible!!! Kai on reception was so welcoming and helped us with sorting out a bike to rent and also a taxi to the pier the day we left. Best stay ever!!!

Super nice place with big comfy cabins. Had a full equipt kitchen also and a big refrigerator and freezer. Nice porch to sit on, comfortable beds. Everything was super clean. Location was good, right at the beach and quiet. Do need a scooter though to get around.

The scooter was a bit outdated. Location very quiet, nice if you are looking for that but not a lot of places you can walk to.

The bungalows were perfect for us, compact but had everything we needed. Aircon was great! Food was very good from the restaurant. Can rent mopeds from here directly which is handy :) There is a resort next door that lets you use the sunbeds if you buy drinks / food which is good as blue lotus has no sunbeds. The location was perfect also, so close to the full moon party !!

Nothing but if there was some sunbeds it would make the place 10/10

Very pleasant bungolows, maybe not the highest standard on the island but still great value, and definitley not the worst ones. Amizng, friendly owner, made me feel like home in there. Free coffe, and the option to rent a scooter from the owner, if you don't like the idea of leaving your passport as a deposit in any of the bike rental placeses around Thong Sala Pier . Good spot as a base for exploration of south, west and north-east shores of the island.

Nothing to complaint, but if you are looking to make the most of your night-life buzz, you may wish choose a place a couple of kilometers closer to Thong Sala.

Cute little bungalows right on the beach. Staff were really friendly and a few really sweet dogs that live on the resort. Also the food at the restaurant was very nice, their Massaman curry is to die for!

Room was pretty basic and we did have a few ants in the room during our stay.

Awesome huts that give you a lot of privacy and a cozy feel. Just metres away from the water. Scooters to hire (you’ll need to hire them to get to the main parts of the island - we walked once and it wasn’t worth it with the steep hills and lack of paths)

No food items were available at the same of stay because of low season but this was unfortunate for us as it was torrential downpour most days of our stay and we couldn’t go many places for food in that weather
