We got what we expected. If you are looking for a very simple place right at the beach this is for you. Do not expect super new furniture or absolute cleanness. The owner is very friendy and helpful. The beach is clean and relaxed.

Came to koh phangan to join the fullmoon party. There was only 1 room around this location. For the price you pay, the room is fine, very basic that stile cottage

Need to walk 10mn to get to the main road to find taxi and shop

amazing little bungalow right on the beach. literally 10 second walk to the sea front, with amazing views of the sunset and perfect location to relax in. really great host too despite a language barrier!

water heat and pressure wasn’t amazing but as expected in a bungalow so remote and close to the beach. still an amazing experience staying.

Was honestly better then expected considering there was no air-conditioning, it does get cold at night

The room is a little basic but it’s definitely worth it for the views and the location. Hammock on the balcony is amazing!

Only 1 plug socket in the room, but we asked for an extension cord with more plugs so it was fine.

location is great- really close to ferry harbor and city center by motorbike and beach is in front of the doorsteps

the room is very simple. the mattress is quite old and you could feel every single spiral in it. that was really the only but quite intense downside

the host was really nice and helpful. Our room was right at the beach and was one of the best spots we had.

not alot going on around there, so a scooter is necessary
