The photos of the accommodation do not do it justice, it was beautifully designed and was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the fridge was packed with goodies. The infinity pool was also an added bonus & the accommodation, just a ten min taxi journey away to the centre of town.

There was an occasion when we visited the pool bar & no one was serving, when my son tried to locate the barman, he told him he was eating quite rudely. I appreciate that there maybe can’t be staff there all the time but if he had said politely, he will come & take our order when he was done, this would have left a very different impression.

Well after staying in 2 different hotels on our way to Ko Phangan that weren’t very pleasing we didn’t have much hope but when we arrived at Le Comedie we were over the moon - the location was gorgeous, the pool is over looking the sea over to Ko Samui!! Our room was upgraded for free and we were also able to check in early which was a big help - the hotel was so lovely we actually changed our plans to stay there an extra night!! The staff were so helpful and friendly, me and my friend have actually discussed returning that’s how much we loved it!

Extremely clean, friendly staff and good location. We recommend Mama’s Thai Food which is a couple minutes walk away and all dishes are delicious and only 50 Baht. Also there is wild wood gym right next door and a food court close by too. The maids cleaned our room, changed our towels and sheets even though we only stayed 2 nights and the staff at the hotel helped us with booking excursions and taxis. We had a great stay.

Nothing. I would suggest leaving more room in the mini fridge for guests to add their own drinks and food.

The room was spacious even for a family of 4. The decor is unusual, but works quite well (better than expected based on the photos we saw). The infinity pool is beautiful Lovely location overlooking the beach. (Not the most beautiful beach on the island, but still good for a long morning swim.) Very helpful, friendly staff, terrific housekeeping. Peaceful and pretty quiet (except for the music from the gym nearby), thankfully secluded from the Koh Phangan party scene.

The food at the restaurant was disappointing (we only ate one meal there; after that, we opted to eat elsewhere) — very bland, no spice at all. Perhaps they’re catering to a certain tourist sub-population, but for us it was a let-down.

Pool was amazing! Always warm water, close to the bar and almost touching the sea front with an amazing sunset view at clear days. Room was big enough for us 4. Owner can add extra Hangers and also a little stand to dry wet swim suits and other hangs since we were traveling with kids. Beach was lovely and location in general was perfect. Food at the Bar restaurant of the hotel is amazing and highly recommended! only 1 little tip to the owner; pls consider to replace pool area plastic chairs with lovely local wood designed ones as it will make the entire place look PERFECT!

The owner was kind enough to upgrade us to the Villa, which was wonderful and we were really grateful . The pool is great it’s right on the beach.the room is big and the bed is comfortable. There is a great water pressure in the shower.

The design of the hotel is really weird and not so comfortable the whole area of the shower and the toilet, you actually get lost while walking to take a shower or to use the toilet. The room needs a little bit of a renovation and the sheets and the Towels need to be replaced because they are very old. There is no place to wash your feet before going into the room, and there is a lot of sand from the pole to the room which makes your room really dirty in a small amount of time.

The pool and beach view, with one of the best sunsets from the pool and roof top area, you don't have to leave the hotel for a sunset.. the TV in the room was very good. Wide screen and had Netflix and Prime. Overall, good hotel and large rooms. Loved that they let us change our dates and offered refund in cash for the one night's.that we had to miss.

Location itself didn't have too much around. You need a bike to get around.. close cafe nearby and night market was close.. Staff were ok but not as friendly as other islands.. the room was somewhat dated, and the sliding door didn't slide well.. overall it was fine..

Everything. The deluxe room is absolutely next level stylish, comfortable and a real treat. The pool is beautiful overlooking the sea. The staff in restaurant were sometimes not there or looking a bit put out, but it was low season, so... I didn't eat so can't comment on the food. Area is great too. I stayed twice during my trip and would definosfau again!!

Lovely, quiet resort with really friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are small bungalows with a private roof terrace above where you can sit and enjoy gorgeous sea views. The decor inside is really quirky and the rooms are super spacious. The pool is really nice and has a swim-up bar - and it was always pretty peaceful during the day as this is quite a small boutique resort. It was also very clean: I saw them cleaning the pool every day! The hotel is in a quieter neighbourhood but only 15 minutes drive from the busier town at Thong Sala or the famous Full Moon Party beach at Haad Rin. It's a good area to stay if you want the option of partying without hearing them at night!

My room felt a little tired inside - but I could see that they are currently renovating them all, mine just hadn't been done yet. The beach in Ban Tai isn't really for swimming (the water is super shallow) but you can rent a moped for around 250 bhat (£5) a day to get around, or a taxi to one of the nicer beaches.

absolutely stunning hotel, gorgeous rooms & grounds in general. I had booked a standard room but they kindly upgraded me for free to a bungalow. insane room & beautiful roof top terrace with a hammock. the pool and view over the sea are gorgeous, such a great place to relax. the restaurant serves a good English breakfast for 200 baht including a drink, very cheap. would definitely return here when I’m back in Koh Phagnan next time.
