My friend and I had the best experience at Moon Travel Phangan! 🌙✨ The place has a relaxed and cozy atmosphere, perfect for enjoying island life on Koh Phangan. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location made it easy to get around. A huge thank you to John, who truly made our stay extra special! He was always smiling, helpful, and ready to give the best recommendations – from the most beautiful beaches to the best places to eat. His hospitality made us feel at home from day one. If you’re looking for a wonderful place to stay with a warm and friendly atmosphere, we can’t recommend Moon Travel Phangan enough! We’ll definitely be back. 💙🌴

Great place to stay. John the owner is a legend, has great info and tips about the island and is very friendly. Bed was clean, shower had good pressure and the airco was not loud (as in most places). Near a 7-11, night market and scooter rental store. Definitely recommend.

The hotel is modern, the hosts were very accommodating and helped us to solve our problems. The view from the top floor is very nice! There's a convenient bike parking space. No need to navigate dirt roads (as it is often the case on Phangan).

Economy rooms tend to be very small - plan accordingly if you have lots of stuff or need a work space. The main is nearby, so you will have to get used to motorbike noises :) There are no beaches immediately nearby (although, if you need a really good beach, you're better off jorneying to Haad Yao or Malibu anyway).

The vibe of the place was amazing, loved it from the first minute we walked in, the owners were so helpful for the entirety of our stay and by the end they felt like close friends. 10/10

Everything was great

Jonny and his wife are absolutely gorgeous and sweet. I had such an easy-going, uncomplicated and nice stay at Moon Travel. They make you feel at home and help you with anything that you might need. Good restaurant tips nearby, weekly cleaning, very helpful with just everything. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. Very good value for money during Phangan's busiest time. The Wifi was a bit shaky during my stay, so Jonny connected a cable to the second floor, so I could do some work on my computer, which was amazing. This is a great stay in the South of Phangan! I will come again.

The building is right next to a busy road so it can be a bit noisy from traffic sometimes. If you are a sensitive sleeper, bring earplugs. There is less traffic at night, so in the end it's ok ;)

I had a great time at Moon Travel Phangan. Jon the owner was super friendly and helpful the entire time..he gave advice on what to go see on Koh Phangan, recommended bars and a place to rent a scooter. He let me switch to a nicer room right on arrival He gave me a great deal when I extended my stay and even drove me to the taxi station when I left. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a little balcony to hang out in the evening. I slept really well (my room was towards the road, so people motorbikes could be heard quite well, but with earplugs this was no problem). The room had a fridge and a shower with hot water. When I come back to Koh Phangan, I will stay here again for sure!

Maybe the loud motorbikes driving past, but that isn't the fault of the accommodation.

The host Jon was so helpful. He even got me a gift for my birthday. Absolute saint. I was at the top and so I got a roof top terrace mainly to myself. Bathroom is accessible and clean. The location is Brilliant. Shops nearby.

The stairs loool I am not the fittest person regardless of how fit I may look haha.

the location is absolutely amazing, all of the good parties are around the corner, the place is very clean and welcoming and John the owner is one of the most lovely people you'd meet in the island. you can always use his help and knowledge for anything you need, don't hesitate would very recommend!!!

a little bit far from the touristic beaches but if you have a bike it's not a problem

Room was big clean and spacious with balcony and good location with bike rental next door. Host couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. We got a puncture on bike and he spoke to rental place for us I also left my watch behind and had moved on to another island and John kindly brought it to the pier to meet me with it off Ferry.

This place is just perfect we didn't want to leave, it was so easy to access so many places and beaches, we hires a scooter right next door to the hotel, John the owner and his wife were so helpful and gave us loads of information on where to go , especially Tom's Kitchen , the best food we have had in thailand ,
