This is a little slice of paradise on Koh Phangan. Where do I start…? We were picked up for free and welcomed by the owner and shown our spacious bungalow (where you get two bottles of water free every day). Good bed, good airco. Great TV with plenty of English programmes and Netflix. Good Wifi. Bungalows are cleaned daily upon request and are absolutely spotless. Little safe to store your belongings. The resort is small in size, with only about 10 bungalows. All the pathways are very clean and well-kept. The beach is clean, sunbeds are plenty (only - the water is NOT deep, only about waist level). The pool area is great, again with plenty of beds to relax on. Very clean swimming pool. There are two massage places right next to the resort, both of which are very good. The restaurant is fantastic. Small menu, but of great taste and very good value. Everything is made to order. Special shoutout to Henry and Paul from the restaurant - they always serve you with a smile and make you feel right at home. Two amazing guys!! The resort is a little far away from the main places, so you will definitely need a scooter to go to places. We have been to so many places in Thailand and this resort will always have a special place in our hearts. We stayed here for 7 days and we really felt like we were taken care of (umbrellas in the rain, games to play when it rained all day, free shuttle from and to the pier).

Just a few ideas that would it even better: - the bar area would really benefit from an upgrade, especially behind the bar. - make the restaurant a smoke free zone! It can be pretty annoying when guests smoke their weed or cigarettes while I’m having my breakfast. - maybe have a little station where you can get some nuts and nibbles

20 meters to restaurant og 25 meter to the beach restaurant. We was eating all our breakfasts here with a big selections. We were very happy staying at Cheeva Beach Resort. We were a couple, but there were all kind of people: singles, friends, familys, young and old. Everybody were happy here. The place was very quit and calm and we used the sea every day

It was our second stay in this relaxing resort. The family that runs the property are one of the best people we met in the island. They are always so polite, helpful and happy. The resort is calm and clean. They picked us up from the pier and dropped us off at the pier when we checked-out. Everything you need will be offered from tours to laundry. They also have a restaurant with delicious menu. They offer a room cleaning everyday and bottled water. They also have a water faucet near every entrance to wash our feet so the sand or dirt wont be scattered in the room.

This was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in! Everything about it was perfect - from the beautiful setting to the outstanding service. The room was spotless and comfortable, with fresh bottles of water supplied daily. The entrance to the rooms led through a stunning garden, full of colorful flowers and lush greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Each room had its own chill-out terrace with a hammock and chairs, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The beachfront location was unbeatable! The on-site restaurant served delicious food with a great selection of dishes, and you could enjoy your meal right by the shore. There were also sunbeds on the beach and right next to them, two massage stations where you could enjoy a relaxing massage while feeling the gentle sea breeze. What truly made this stay exceptional was the incredible staff. They arranged a free transfer to and from the pier and went above and beyond when I accidentally left my belongings at the hotel. Without hesitation, they sent my things via ferry to my next destination the very next day, completely free of charge! Their kindness and professionalism made me feel completely taken care of. I only wish I could have stayed longer! I will definitely be coming back for an extended holiday. If you’re looking for a perfect beachfront escape with top-notch service, look no further. Highly recommended!

We stayed at CheeVa Beach resort for 5 days and had the most wonderful time. The place looks way nicer than shown on the pictures and really exceeded our expectations. We booked the Double Room ( and stayed in room number R4). What we loved: - Right outside a beautiful and clean beach with sun loungers and a beach bar/ restaurant - Free taxi collection from the ferry pier by the hotel - Beach towels and water provided daily - Lovely staff members - Nice pool - Big balcony with table, chairs and a hammock - Very cozy and big bed (King size) - Scooter rental place beside the hotel for 250 baht a day (~€7 a day, which is the standard rate in Koh Phangan) - Although the room seems basic (which seems to be the norm in Thailand) it has everything you need, including a safe, fridge, air conditioner, desk, chair, table, sofa and a small wardrobe. - 10-15 min walk to restaurants, bars and supermarkets

- Could have more storage/ wardrobe space in the room - A shower curtain would be good but was not an issue

I had an amazing stay at CheeVa Beach Resort! The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and incredibly clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff here are truly exceptional – super friendly and always available to assist. One thing I particularly appreciated was how they set up the lounge chairs on the beach and bring toppers for extra comfort without you even having to ask – such thoughtful service! The resort’s restaurant offers delicious food at very affordable prices, making dining a pleasure without breaking the bank. The pool is lovely and a great place to unwind, but the real gem is the stunning beach just steps away. We originally booked a shorter stay but loved it so much that we decided to extend our visit! I highly recommend CheeVa Beach Resort for anyone looking for great service, beautiful surroundings, and excellent value.

The staff were amazing and the owner takes pride in keeping this place clean. It’s also just an awesome vibe. It is tucked away from the busy loud streets. It felt like a sanctuary. The bed in my room was extremely comfortable and the room was spotless. There is a massage place on the beach and the women there are amazing!! It’s clean, they are professional and do a wonderful job.

Only thing would be the lighting on the road at night to get to the Main Street. But, lots of people walk and drive around there so it’s safe. It’s also not this property’s fault about the road.

insane value property. very relaxing beach resort. you have everything you could want (like in 4-5 stars resorts) - free water at reception to refill bottles, beach towels, sunloungers , a cool vibe beach area which they clean everyday , good restaurant (one of the best pad thai we had in Thailand) with affordable prices where you can eat breakfast and other meals (we ate there most of the time), the staff is amazing and caring. also there is massage on the beach at normal price and it was very good. they even provide scooters for rental and offered us a free pick up from the ferry when we arrived and drop off when we leave (normally they provide only one way for free but as they were picking other guests anyway when we left they were kind and did not charge for it). at walking distance there is a muay thai trading ground (on the way to main street) . we also liked the night market cafe in the town where you can find good western food, live music and nice hippie vibe (i recommend trying pulled pork sandwich from there) . as for the rooms, you have everything you need - good and silent Daikin AC, safebox , nice shower , even hair conditioner. also house keeping was very good (kudos to them for towels arrangemenr).

The MOST FRIENDLIEST resort I have ever stayed in thailand and definitely the best in the area - and trust me they are really amazing, its very rare to come across people who are GENUINELY taking care of their guests without any commercial aspect in mind - Cheeva owned by a family took care of everything right from my check-in to check-out, the rooms are cosy individual bungalows covered by very beautiful trees, plants, offering an individual balcony with a hammock - perfect if you wanna relax, sleep listening to the birds while raining, chill with yourself or family or have your work-acation. The almost private beach is just literally a few steps away from your room offering STUNNING sunsets, pampered with massage from the resort, a pool and delicious food. Summary of services: Very good AC, Cosy bed, Free drinking water every day, with kettle in room, cleaning, laundry and the most important - FRIENDLY AND SMILING PEOPLE. :) They offered FREE pick up from the pier and also transfer of my luggage to another place - really appreciated. Ask for scooter rental - they connect you with trusted people nearby! Definitely next time! Until then :)

The staff were very eager to please. They would bring your food to either your room, or the beach, if you wanted them too. The massage women were great, too. The pool table on the beach is a lovely touch,as well as the ice cream freezer. They also let you pay by card the entire time, which was great for us as we use Revolut travel card, which is great for currency rates etc. They also do great oat milk and Soy lattes. The beauty of the sea front, especially after a storm, if beautiful. 7 Eleven just down the road and such a cute puppy at the top of the main road in a laundry place 🐶 😍 wifi is great, too. We are both teachers and were able to work fine. Lovely beach beds with parasols too.

Nothing really. The bungalows on the left (as you come in) have no tvs. The bungalows also have four small windows by the wardrobe and let in light early in the morning. I put pillows and a towel over it to keep it dark. It was more the area and the sea being quite shallow. If you want somewhere that's deep and has waves, not for you. But this place is so great if you can get past all this.
