We picked this specific hotel to stay near Lamai beach for a couple of weeks and we loved everything about this place. • The villa is spacious and very comfortable, with facilities in perfect condition; it felt new. We really enjoyed the comfort the villa provided. • The staff is super friendly. They helped us rent the exact bike we wanted, and the renting process was the easiest we ever had—no paperwork (since they had our details already), no deposit, and no upfront payments. We just picked the one we wanted, and it "spawned" in front of the hotel in about 20 minutes. We paid the entire two-week rent at the end of our stay. Arranging a transfer to the airport was also super easy. The only issue we had was the shower drain clogging and it was resolved in minutes. • Breakfast is good, but don't expect too much—just good enough to start the day. • The hotel pool is nice, but the water gets hot by the end of a sunny day. It was vacant most of the time, so we enjoyed it almost every evening. • There are a ton of places to eat around the area, and 7-Eleven is just around the corner, which was super handy. • An open-air gym is just a 5-minute walk away. • The beach is not far from the hotel and can be reached on foot, but I'd highly suggest renting a bike and exploring the coastline and other beaches along it. We loved our stay at CHUZ Villas; everything was perfect except for breakfast, which was good but lacked variety. We definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay around the Lamai Beach area.

Breakfast could have used more options. Over the course of two weeks, we started to feel that breakfast was getting old and lacking variety. It's not a big deal, but it could be improved.

Absolutely exceptional in every way. The “villa” was perfect: beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were outstanding – warm, professional, and always ready to help. I truly felt taken care of. The location in Lamai was peaceful and relaxing. It’s about a 15-minute walk to the night market and the center, so not right in the middle of the action, but still convenient. You can hear a bit of traffic from the road, but it was never a real issue. The value for money was incredible – I honestly felt like I got much more than I paid for. I didn’t want to leave and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

The staff, especially Kay, were friendly, helpful, and amazing. Kay was so sweet to us, especially to my daughter, and made her feel special every day. The villas were quiet, very comfortable and felt like home away from home. The pool was perfect. 7-11, restaurants, laundry, and massages were a very short walk away.

Nothing negative to report regarding the property. Beach access is only about 5 min walk, however It was about a 15 walk down to center of Lamai beach where beach chair rentals and better swimming areas could be found. Although no issue for my partner and I, it was a bit too long for my 5 year old to walk frequently as she is not used to the heat. A taxi via grab was approx 7-8$ USD which was a bit steep. Regardless, would stay here again and again.

Breakfast was great with x3 options. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. The x8 boutique villas are very spacious, clean, well built and maintained. A very relaxing place with nice landscaping and pool. Located about 4 min. drive to Lamai central, 2 min. drive to Crystal Bay and 15 min. to Chaweng. Suggest hiring a bike or car. The staff arranged bikes for us.

The two 2 bed room villas with pool are very nice but have many steep steps with no hand rail. This maybe a challenge to some. The other villas are on the flat.

This villa is even more beautiful in real life than the photos! Spotlessly clean with gorgeous high ceilings and beautiful pool which is big enough for some swimming and didn’t feel crowded with 4 of us in it. Plenty of outside seats in sun or shade. The rooms were made up immaculate every day and lots of water provided and a big fridge freezer. Great for both Lamai and Crystal Bay beaches as well as 7-Eleven and restaurants, elephant sanctuary. Lovely small group of villas with well maintained gardens full of butterflies.

The road to the side of one of the villas can be a little noisy but it didn’t upset us at all and the view was breathtaking from the pool.

Our stay was amazing! The villa is modern, comfortable and spotless, we felt at home. The manager is on top of everything and she always greeted us with a beautiful smile for breakfast (3 set menus, with lots of choice, fresh and delicious, much better than a buffet style and no food waste). Housekeeping is doing a great job. We appreciated the complimentary water bottles. Is there a way to change from plastic bottles to glass or a refill system?

Absolutely loved our stay at CHUZ Villas. It’s like a little oasis of serenity in Koh Samui. Villas are stunning, facilities and cleanliness are outstanding, staff are so attentive too. It’s about 20 mins walk from the main strip of Lamai but honestly it’s not even an issue. If you don’t feel like walking taxis are always readily available. Our stay was just perfect there, if we are ever back in Koh Samui we will be 100% coming back to CHUZ Villas.

The villa was spacious and the pool was bigger than we thought, all the staff were great and the location is just right, pretty quiet at night and relatively close to the beach

It didn’t affect our stay in the slightest but the outside cushions are a little old and stained, would look better if these were replaced……not a negative for us though, just minor detail

We booked the 2 bedroom villa with private pool for 4 nights and it exceeded our expectations when looking at value for money. Upon arrival, check-in was facilitated by Kay who, for the rest of our stay, did everything to make us feel at home. She's really a great host who makes the whole experience an A+++.

Location is 7 kms. away from Chawang beach or other beach area. Day time we can easily get local taxi, transport for less than a dollar. After sunset, transportation will be lots more. Anyway, it was the right choice for us. Quite and comfortable with the pool. Not a big deal for party so yes......we enjoyed our stays.
