The room is absolutely beautiful and the hotel staff are just amazing! My partner had a dental emergency, and the receptionist helped us book an appointment with a local dentist! The pool area is nice, we did not eat in the restaurant, so we can't comment on that but there are loads of restaurants nearby.

I'll be honest, we stayed for 4 nights, and i didn't sleep at all. It's completely out of the hotels control, but there is a lovely Asian Koel who loves to shout all day and ALL NIGHT! The location was lovely but very dead, with no atmosphere in the hotel despite it being busy during the day. I agree with previous comments about the toilet and shower being extremely close, but we are travelling in thailand, and this seems to be a common thing. Also, watch out for the step in the bathroom! Sunbeds are also very limited, but there is not enough room around the pool to add more. All in all, we did enjoy our stay 😊

Beautiful location, right on the beach near the fishing boats. Lamai beach is stunning! Staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Food was excellent! It’s a health and wellbeing type of resort so there were people fasting but I don’t know how they resisted the temptation of the delicious food! The lady opposite the building is a lovely travel agent who hires out mopeds and arrange airport taxis etc offering decent prices (200 baht cheaper airport taxi than the hotel)

Not much! Maybe the pool could have a rail to get in and out easier. I wouldn’t recommend families stay here, The pool is a bit small for large groups of people. But it’s perfect for couples, friends or solo travellers

Dear The Spa Resort team, I had lovely and peaceful stay here! I got a very warm welcome by Khun Min. Khun Min, the receptionist really has service mind. I was on vacation for my birthday, the team surprised me with cute birthday setup and little fruit cake. There were two reception ladies who took the cake for me, I can’t remember their name but I appreciate it! Thank you so much for making my birthday special and thank you for your hospitality guys! Very tranquil hotel. Had a gorgeous hut style room around the pool area. Lovely interior with a huge bathtub! Very clean resort.

The beach front of Lamai is beautiful, however the front of the hotel has an obstruction central and an outdoor gym to the right of it which both were slight eyesores (when you compare to views from the rest of the beach). Food was expensive and average. Staff were lovely although feel a thorough introduction was not provided, no information given about spa services or the shuttle between hotels. Asked if we could book in a day in advance for a massage to be told fully booked both days, however when we walked past on multiple occasions at different times there was staff free in the area. They could’ve not been masseuses or waiting between clients but was disappointing when only a 3 night stay and couldn’t take advantage of the facilities which was the purpose of booking the hotel.

The architecture , the atmosphere, the location and the restaurant were all really good. We stayed in one of the small detached houses by the pool and it was super cozy! The beach next to the hotel is quite boring(sometimes boring = relaxing, isn't it) but in 10 minutes you can walk to Llamai beach, which has nice waves and good cafes along the coast.

Half of the staff were really warm and great, while the other half were a bit unpleasant to talk to. This might be due to a language barrier though. The restaurant makes you wait (sometimes quite a bit), not just for food but for the menu as well. Checkout time on Booking.com is inaccurate - it's actually 13:00! The bed mattress was too soft. If you have a bad back - it might be a problem. The hot water from boiler runs out before you can fill up the japanese onsen style bathtub. A shame, it's a really nice looking bath..

boutique hotel with well built quality accommodation. great location on the beach with sunrise and sunsets. although some have complained about the beach, we felt the fishing boats and pier to the right of the beach were a great addition. we loved our stay!

as it is a wellness spa, the menu and bar were limited to healthy options. however, that depends on your outlook, it was all delicious in any case! shops just outside if you need anything more. taxis relatively easy to get from outside the resort nextdoor into the main part of lamai if you want to access the livelier side of the beach.

It was right on the beach and very clean and modern , staff were very friendly and helpful and food was amazing, bed very comfortable

Didn’t like that there was work going on when trying to relax around the pool, sanding down of wooden decking ect , didn’t like that there was no large mirror

In room was very loud from the street and humidity is very high even when air conditioner is working The hair dryer didn't work, the second one caught fire, they need to buy new ones urgently!

Peaceful and clean. Room and pool area were very quiet despite being close to a busy road. Lamai city and beach were close enough, either 15-20 min walk or a 5 min taxi ride. Great restaurants and lots of activities to do on the beach.

Staff was friendly but many of them weren't well trained and didn't speak english that well. We had one lovely receptionist who spoke better english than others and understood what we were asking - she also gave great advice on where to go and what to do.
