Lovely clean rooms, kettle, water every day. We had a connecting family room with little balconies and deck chairs. Linen and towels clean, and replaced. TV not useful but went out a lot. Rooms spacious and would come back. Good little fridge in room. Grab food delivery easy. Also really close to night market cafes and shops. Amazing little fruit and smoothie shop just over the road for fresh coconut and drinks very cheap. The breakfast place cafe just next door exists to provide the offering the hotel doesn't, it's simple but nothing amazing. Does the job if kids are starving first thing though. Easy to get around on foot or bikes from the hotel with a big Tesco Lotus just nearby.

Pool was nice but right next to a noisy field/burning smells. Not the prettiest poolside area, can't hang about all day as lack of café/food at the property but good enough for quick refresh at the end of the day. A small breakfast offering would be great on site or vending machine. Rather moody receptionist, couldn't even say thanks at the end of our stay or wish us well when keys dropped after being there a week.

Excellent location - can walk to food market , night market and beach easily. 7 11 and restaurants within few minutes walk from hotel. Pool was nice, easy to hire scooter through the hotel. Red elephant bar offers free loungers on lamai beach which was great , it’s so hot a lounger with umbrella on beach is definitely needed so that’s one thing to consider as this hotel is not on the beach

The aircon worked but was super noisy and made a loud crackling noise as if it was about to break! Room 104. It’s just to note it didn’t bother me too much but might for a light sleeper! It would be nice to have option of some drinks on site - there’s no bar or restaurant

Very nice hotel! We booked our 2 week stay after reading a few very good reviews. But we did not expect it to be this good! We got a very big room, with two big single beds (double room were not available). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean both inside and outside. The AC worked perfectly without too much noise. This is absolutely a hotel I would visit again and again. For us, the location was perfect, about 1 kilometer to walk to the beach/most of the restaurants. Nice and quiet area, even if it is pretty close to the road.

Very nice and clean hotel. Rooms were cleaned very fast, as soon as we left for breakfast. We loved how bright our rooms was and enjoyed the balcony with garden view. The pool area is nice and relaxing and there is also a little gym (not much equipment, but good enough for some cardio training or yoga). The hotel is well located in Lamai “town”, close to all the shops, restaurants, night markets, also beach is just few minutes walk away. Very convenient and also good value for money.

Location is wonderful, super close to beach and shopping/market/breakfast restaurant and the going out street without noise from the busy traffic. All in 3 minute walk distance. Super quality for money hotel with a pool that feels like a private pool. A good recommendation for thai boxers. Jun Muay Thai gym is with in a 200 meters walk at the back side of the hotel. The beds are high quality but pretty hard, maybe not everyone will enjoy it. For sportive persons perfect

Let me start by saying that I am a germaphobe. I am the type of person that cleans window sills with earbuds, so when I say this place was clean, it was CLEAN - and when you're in a humid country, cleaning 3 times a week is a luxury. The staff were very helpful, from helping with transport booking to malls and ferries to other islands and accommodating some requests when I was injured; as a single woman travelling solo and staying for 2 months all of the above and more was very reassuring. The room I stayed in had great natural light from the veranda, HUMUNGOUS BED that I could roll across 4 times, and great AC and wifi. The location was within walking distance to the beach, supermarket, lovely restaurants and the beach. I also RESEARCH THOROUGHLY before arriving - this includes but is not limited to reading Google reviews, Expedia, TripAdvisor, Reddit, youtube, and Instagram prior to booking anything and I was not disappointed by this place at all.

The walls are a tad bit thin, which was only a nuisance once or twice (the island is understandably a hotspot for young couples, so bring earplugs).

Location is good: walking distance to Lamai Beach and restaurants/cafes/grocery shops. You can rent a motorbike at the hotel so you can easily explore the island. Staff is friendly and helpful. The security guard even picked us up at the end of the street during heavy rain. Also the room was cleaned every day including fresh towels & bedsheets, perfect!

There is no elevator and the shower didn’t work properly sometimes

EVERYTHING. Room was big, bright & spotlessly cleaned every day, bottled water everyday was appreciated. Grounds were pristine with constant up keeping throughout the day. Staff were fantastic & so lovely. Great to have a pool, not the biggest but you can get some lengths in & separate shallow end for the kids. Location ideal, tucked away so it was very quiet yet a short walk to everything, beach 3min walk & lots of bars & restaurants round the corner. Wifi which was essential was good, it did drop out sometimes when it was busy. We booked for 1 month & extended our stay for 3 months as it was so comfortable & convenient. I will definitely be staying here again when I return.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The rooms are very spacious, the pool is nice and the hotel in general is very clean. We thought the location was perfect as a short walk from beach and restaurants but also far enough away that it was peaceful.

I liked using the gym but it would be even better if it had more equipment.
