Beautiful resort, not the best location but easy to get taxis. Great for relaxing as the pools are amazing. I wouldn't recommend for families with young kids or people with mobility issues as not much to do besides swim and eat and can be difficult with getting around on the buggies as the whole property is on a steep hill but for adults who want to just rest and relax it was amazing. The staff drive the buggies (golf cart) to get you around the property and they are helpful amd friendly.. (Still steps etc which could be hard for prams)

Everything, we were really happy with our stay. Staff were incredible, pool villa was incredible and neighborhood was so peaceful.

The resort was phenomenal. Everything exceeded our expectations from the room to the breakfast to the service. We booked the sea facing villa which had a huge bedroom, opens to the private pool and overlooks the sea. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious (the bath had 2 standing showers and 1 bath tub) and even the private pool was pretty huge. The facility is in great condition and everything worked fine. The breakfast was very grand and had a lot of options. We were greeted with welcome drinks and since we were on our honeymoon, we got complementary cake and decor for the room. We couldn't do a dinner at the beach (needs to be booked separately) so they were kind enough to setup a table in our villa. Overall a great experience with friendly staff and amazing views.

It's a slightly remote location, if you want to roam around outside of the property there's not much to do. The night market and night life is a little farther away and you'll have to take a cab to get there.

It was very quiet which made it relaxing.

The air conditioner in the room is very weak which makes it uncomfortable in the heat We paid good value for this hotel while checking out they asked me for the sleeping slippers which every hotel give for free, we stayed at cheaper hotel they offered a range of mini bar for free but nora buri everything should be paid and is expensive . I really did not like that i had to open my bag to return a used slipper?? All guests wear the same one??

Breakfast was ok, not the best ever, but nice enough. coffee was decent and staff were friendly

There are no restaurants etc within walking distance of the hotel, you need to take transport everywhere which was a bit irritating. However you were between Chaweng, Melia and not too far to Fisherman's Village so that was the upside. There was no actual beach at the hotel, it's all rocks and I wouldn't say suitable for swimming, which perhaps if we had done better research we would have realised. The pools are amazing though and the swim up bars are very nice.

Loved the nature , the location. A very lovely place, close to the beach and very close to their Airport.. Their villas are nice, and their restaurants are really good specially the seabass dish was so tasty..

The bathroom was not very clean, there was some spots on the wall , when I have wiped them with some tissue and water they were gone.. Mosquitoes, ants and cockroach.. Make sure you ask them to use an insecticide in the room before receiving it from them. The villas need maintenance because you can see the ants under the wood of the room from the outside when we were in the swimming pool, and they were all over the room, especially if food crumbs fell on the floor or you decided to eat on the floor, the ants were on the bed and everywhere..

first of all i would thanks Mr. Don who help me a lot and upgraded my room for free, and thanks for all the staff as they are really helpful and lovely people, the facility of the hotel is very nice plus the breakfast which is diverse and delicious. the restaurant of the hotel has very good view. thanks for all staff who are working in the hotel.

Really could not fault this hotel. We stayed in a hillside villa with private pool and oh my god I could not believe the view, it was gorgeous! The pool is a very generous size for private use. The room was exceptionally clean and a gorgeous design. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They really couldn’t do more to help you. They have gold buggy’s that transport you around the resort and appear within a minute of your call. The food at the hotel was excellent with one restaurant setting being on the beach. We had a fantastic stay and would highly highly recommend to anyone visiting Koh Samui!
