Beautiful resort, not the best location but easy to get taxis. Great for relaxing as the pools are amazing. I wouldn't recommend for families with young kids or people with mobility issues as not much to do besides swim and eat and can be difficult with getting around on the buggies as the whole property is on a steep hill but for adults who want to just rest and relax it was amazing. The staff drive the buggies (golf cart) to get you around the property and they are helpful amd friendly.. (Still steps etc which could be hard for prams)

Everything, we were really happy with our stay. Staff were incredible, pool villa was incredible and neighborhood was so peaceful.

The Rooms were very big, excellent staff who are always courteous and service is top class. You call golf carts/ buggies and they come in 2 mins to pick up. Breakfast is good but can be better. Lovely two big pools. There is a tunnel that connect the resort with the beach side restaurant and pool. We ate 4 times dinner also at both their restaurant and food taste and quality was good

The Deluxe hillside rooms didn’t have any view at all. We asked them to change to a better room and we could see there were rooms available yet they didn’t give us. The location doesn’t have any restaurants nearby. And overall a bit old resort

Beautiful resort, the pools were stunning. Built on a very steep hill but there are multiple buggies to take you to and from your room. Had an issue with the fridge, it was dealt with immediately and the staff were very polite and efficient.

View of pool and sea but also all the AC units on the building in front, a little screen would make it perfect. The free shuttle to Chaweng runs at 4pm, and returns 4.15pm, not great for going out in the evening but taxis and tik Tues were inexpensive.

The resort was phenomenal. Everything exceeded our expectations from the room to the breakfast to the service. We booked the sea facing villa which had a huge bedroom, opens to the private pool and overlooks the sea. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious (the bath had 2 standing showers and 1 bath tub) and even the private pool was pretty huge. The facility is in great condition and everything worked fine. The breakfast was very grand and had a lot of options. We were greeted with welcome drinks and since we were on our honeymoon, we got complementary cake and decor for the room. We couldn't do a dinner at the beach (needs to be booked separately) so they were kind enough to setup a table in our villa. Overall a great experience with friendly staff and amazing views.

It's a slightly remote location, if you want to roam around outside of the property there's not much to do. The night market and night life is a little farther away and you'll have to take a cab to get there.

The 17 percent mark up on the food and drink at the resort, happens however at many of these high end resorts and you are not allowed to have food or beverages from outside poolside, again not just this place. Could have a few more shuttles a day going to chewang

It was very quiet which made it relaxing.

The air conditioner in the room is very weak which makes it uncomfortable in the heat We paid good value for this hotel while checking out they asked me for the sleeping slippers which every hotel give for free, we stayed at cheaper hotel they offered a range of mini bar for free but nora buri everything should be paid and is expensive . I really did not like that i had to open my bag to return a used slipper?? All guests wear the same one??

There are no restaurants etc within walking distance of the hotel, you need to take transport everywhere which was a bit irritating. However you were between Chaweng, Melia and not too far to Fisherman's Village so that was the upside. There was no actual beach at the hotel, it's all rocks and I wouldn't say suitable for swimming, which perhaps if we had done better research we would have realised. The pools are amazing though and the swim up bars are very nice.
