Loved the location, great to nip in and out of the busy nightlife. Staff are exceptional and very helpful, our cleaner even made a nice touch wishing my partner a happy birthday in the room with a touching decoration. Hotel room for me and my family of 4 was awesome very clean and spacious highly recommended. Pool was very clean and ideal for my 7 year old who happened to learn to swim whilst we was away ( lovely life memory made)

There's always little things that any hotel can improve on but overall I loved my stay here perfect for me and My family. I would come back to stay here in a heart beat which is already under plans hehe.

I had such a delightful experience at this hotel! The attention to detail in the rooms truly impressed me. From separate slippers and bags for the beach to additional slippers for indoor use, everything was thoughtfully provided. I also appreciated the plates and cutlery available for any food brought in from outside — such a considerate touch. The welcome tea and fruit were a lovely gesture, making me feel right at home. What touched me the most were the special surprises — a beautiful 'Welcome' message made of flowers on my bed and, on my birthday, a heartfelt birthday greeting also spelled out in flowers. These thoughtful touches made my stay incredibly special. Above all, the staff’s warmth and kindness left a lasting impression. As someone traveling alone, I truly valued the morning chats and the genuine interest they showed. It felt like I was part of a caring community. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone seeking a stay filled with thoughtful details and heartwarming hospitality!

Honestly, there wasn't anything I disliked about my stay. Everything was well thought out and provided a fantastic experience. If I were to suggest anything, it would be to include bath bombs since there was a bathtub — that would have been a lovely addition. Also, having a few more personal hygiene items available could enhance the experience even further. One minor issue was that the toilet had a slight leak, so regular maintenance in this regard might be helpful. Overall, these are just small suggestions, and they didn't take away from the wonderful stay I had. I would absolutely recommend this place!

Great location, staff was awesome , always helpful, lovely resort with good facilities . Comfortable beds, beautiful pool side dining area , Thai message by the pool , happy hour cocktails etc all very well organised /offered.

Breakfast was a bit repetitive but all the basics was there , cereal , fruit , omlet and one or 2 Asian dish ..not bad just less variety offered when compare with other resorts we stayed at ..

A terrific location and a great pool one of the best in the area that we saw. The restaurant staff were very friendly. The beach is simply incredible and the hotel is directly on the beach. The rooms are generous size.

The rooms were not well cleaned, dirty and items left from previous guests showed it wasn’t been cleaned properly. We had three rooms for the family and so it wasn’t just a one off. The rooms feel dark and tired. Cupboard door handles repeatedly falling off, just dated and tired but a great balcony. The reception staff badly need training and the sum that they should let go. Overall, the reception staff are not friendly, not cheerful and seem to have forgotten why people are coming to Samui. The porters and restaurant staff are much friendlier.

The resort is a bit disjoint from other parts of town. It means taking taxis rather than walking the beach to depart from this hotel. The rooms are amazingly large and luxiorous. The grounds are nice. Great for our one night stay but not sure that it would make sense to stay in this part of town for much longer.

Location is just ok. Beach is not as nice here.

Staff were friendly and quick to resolve any issues. We had a blockage in the shower, the safe didnt work and an issue with the door.. all where resolved instantly from reporting. Ive been staying in 5 star resorts for the past 3 weeks and this wasn't far from some of them when it comes to service. The rooms were the most comfortable of our stay, beds were super comfy! The frogs were a bit loud throughout the night but I had earplugs and would recommend brining some! I'm not going to say it's a negative though as it's just nature doing it's thing. Highly recommend staying here!

The staff at the hotel were absolutely lovely, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The pool was a great spot to relax, and our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. While the hotel shows some signs of age, as expected with older properties, it has been well-maintained and didn’t detract from our experience. Breakfast was delicious, and enjoying the sunrise while dining added a beautiful touch to our mornings. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return

The location is a bit further from the main parts, so you’ll need to rely on taxis to get around. That said, there are two excellent Thai restaurants just to the right of the hotel as you exit, and they’re definitely worth trying. One thing to note is the number of stairs, which made it challenging to move our heavy luggage up and down. Assistance from staff during check-out would have been greatly appreciated, and it might be worth the hotel proactively offering this service to guests.

Love the Thai styled resort right on the beach, great location close to main area. The massage hut on the beach next to the pool was just the cherry on top! All food served was outstanding, the breakfast buffet has many different options between Thai and western style to choose between. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Taxis and Tuk Tuk very quick to resort and easy to order through reception. Would absolutely stay again!!

The only thing to mention here was each morning (around6am) our shower would not get hot, so we had cold showers in the mornings. This was okay for us as very hot outside from early on, but just something to note.

Gorgeous resort. Well maintained. Our room was a deluxe family room. 2 adults and 2 children however the room would also be suitable for a family with 3 children. Comfortable beds. Great buffet breakfast. Lovely pool. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Staff were wonderful and friendly. Lovely and quiet resort still in close proximity to the hustle and bustle of the main drag. We had motorbikes so proximity didn’t matter. Overall, we loved our stay here and will be back.

The resort is on the reef so beach isn’t that nice. It’s more a lagoon, but we knew this when booking. For any travellers wanting an amazing beach- Chaweng noi or central Chaweng is much better. Although, you can walk to the best part of the beach from here.
