Can’t fault the hotel. Great location, lovely room, food and facilities. We stayed in the family room which had a mezzanine floor for the kids….perfect.

Only annoyance. We noticed on the first day people were placing towels down on loungers around the pool before breakfast and quite often then not using the loungers for hours. Out of principle we didn’t do this, and actually always found a lounger but It was extremely annoying to see loungers in the best locations not used till the afternoon. There were signs asking people to not do so. I would suggest the staff remove towels from loungers if not used to free them up again.

We had a wonderful time and are sad to leave. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. We stayed in the garden area and liked being a little separate. The beach was nice and the sea was shallow and calm. The whole resort was very clean. It was in a good location as we could walk to the shops, markets and restaurants but then leave at night. We would definitely recommend for a family.

I didn’t realise that we were in a flight path but after a day we were used to the planes and these didn’t affect our sleep so it wasn’t really a problem.

Koh Samui is a beautiful place but even so the hotel can make or break the holiday experience, Amari Koh Samui only added to the experience, breakfast was wonderful with so many choices, 2 swimming pools to choose from, and the beachfront raked clean every morning, with any food or drinks purchased at the Amari or Prego Italian restaurant, when we gave our room number we received 10% discount, what a really nice touch. Every day we received 4 free bottles of water in our room, greatly appreciated. There was always security guards there to stop traffic to allow safe road crossing in front of the hotel, a great safety feature. Staff were very helpful and always happy to help with any questions we had or anything we needed. Mok greeted us on arrival and departure, really nice genuine person, but actually all the staff we met with were nice, kind, helpful people.

The breakfast was exceptional. So much choice. Vegetarian options were also very good plus gluten free break, pizzas etc. The sitting area has been divided up so you can sit outside but the pool, or inside in air conditioning. Lots of choice to suit different people's needs

It's a beach front hotel but the reef sec tins off the water, so there is no real sea water swimming near the hotel. There are three pools.

Great spot, beautiful resort. Initially I was a bit worried about the road between the Village part and Beach part. But the hotel had someone helping us safely crossing the road 24/7. Was quite comforting bringing kids. Mostly I liked that the staff went all out for my wife who had her birthday during our stay. I didn't say or ask anything; they were just sharp enough to notice from her passport at check-in. Well done!!

Very good location. You can walk down the street and there are markets. The hotel is excellent. Good food, helpful staff, and on the beach. I'd definitely stay again.

I booked the airport shuttle service and received a message that the service was full only two hours before we landed. I called in the morning before our flight to confirm so it annoyed me. The kids were tired and I had to find a taxi and an atm. In their defence, they gave me ice-cream vouchers, late check out, and free taxi to go back in compensation. So that was helpful. Id come back again for sure.

Found the food and drinks doubled the prices, compared to outside restaurants and bars. Also the rooms are so paper thin, that the baby in the next room who cried for hours, felt like it was in the room with us. We had to knock on the adjoining doors to ask them to be quiet. Didn’t like all the joining doors! We had two in our room .

The buffet breakfast was amazing, the pools were lovely, great location, all staff were friendly and the rooms were great. So much to love!

When it rains at night, all the outdoor cushions get wet and then can’t be used the next day lying around the pool. I wish they could take the cushions in at night and then put them out in the morning so they can be used the next day.

Perfect location situated on three beach, the rooms were spacious and very clean, the decor was beautiful, the balcony was amazing very private with stunning views. The food was delicious, the breakfast was spectacular everything was so fresh, and all the staff were extremely friendly nothing was a problem! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Kids club is presented way better on photos than it actually is. And that was one of the big reasons to book it. There’s a certain chemical smell, almost no toys and when you want to do (paid) activity it is not done with a nice energy. It feels like the girls aren’t not suited for the job (they have to, don’t want to kind or feeling). They don’t really engage with the children and sometimes turn on the TV for them (which is exactly not why we bring our kids to the kids club).
