Superb value for money. Very nice bungalows, towels included, x2 bottles of water per day, excellent air conditioning, friendly staff, and a lovely breakfast that beat many of the local restaurants in terms of quality and VFM for the initial meal of the day.

Nothing at this price point. It reminded me of travelling to Thailand in the 1990s before it became commercialised only with air conditioning and uniform cleanliness.

I really loved the layout with the beach, pool, chairs and restaurant intimately connected. You didn’t walk more than a few steps to get to anything. Massage right next to the pool. Ped and Nok were delightful and really were the highlight of my visit!❤️

The sliding door in my room stuck/was broken. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin and I could hear the tv next door.

Rooms were spotlessly clean and well serviced daily by the super-friendly staff with fresh towels, bed linen and water. Breakfast was fantastic value for money and Nok and her team were always happy to help in whatever way they could. Valerie (the owner) was fabulous and helped arrange and organise whatever I needed (day trips, scooter hire etc) Excellently maintained by Really friendly and welcoming people in a peaceful location with beautiful sea views….thoroughly reccommend to anyone!

Beautiful little resort and the staff were amazing and assisted with everything that we needed. Our rooms were directly beside the pool and we didn't feel overlooked or had issues with noises. Hearing the ocean at night was lovely. The breakfast were nice and the rest of the menu was delicious. For the price, this was a great place to stay.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable (very hard and i could feel the springs in the mattress). The staff accommodated this by supplying us with extra doonas, blankets and pillows. Everything else was great, so not too much of issue. I had a broken foot so please be aware that this hotel doesn't have any restaurants close by and is a few kilometers from central Chaweng - which is perfect if you wanted something quieter, which we did but be aware if walking is an issue. We got taxis into Chaweng everynight.

Papillon Resort saved our life!! We stayed here for 1 night when we arrived in samui and loved it. From here we went to fishermans village and didn't like it so cancelled our booking and luckily we could get back into Papillon for the rest of our time in Samui!! Such a nice spot and the best laid back vibe. The staff were so nice,.friendly and helpful. My 8 year old son loved the pool so much. We loved everything about our stay here, thank you!!

The location is great with an amazing sea view. The staff was very nice, they helped us with any requests as early breakfast. The apartment was large with a private patio, comfortable beds and two good bathrooms. The breakfast was good and well organized. The swimming pool was awesome and we had great time in the common area with free facilities, like the pool table.

at slower end of Chaweng Beach so quiet without jet skis etc. Lovely pool. Not a good swimming beach however. Lovely staff and traditional style huts with Thai accessories such as paintings, sofits. Handy to main shopping area, taxis, and markets.

Restaurant/bar closed at 7pm when the night was just starting to liven up. Road to the property very rough, not good on rental cars.

The location is amazing, especially if you can get a bungalow on the beach side of the driveway. The pool is excellent and in the mornings you can watch fisherman bring their haul in. At high tide the beach is great and you can borrow snorkel gear etc. The staff in the restaurant are lovely and the massage is amazing there. It's a short scooter ride to the hustle and bustle of Samui but lovely and quiet. The air con was also excellent.

If you like nice linen and towels and fancy soaps etc this is not the hotel for you. It's older and in need of some TLC but the location, staff etc make it a great place to stay.

The location is stunning, beautiful beaches . The staff were fabulous, friendly, attentive and very helpful. Nice and quiet location, only a short drive to the town area.

I didn't like not being able to flush toilet paper in the toilet, 😞😞😁😁. The beds are very hard in Thailand. If too hard for you just ask for a topper.

Beautiful location and very quiet resort. Exactly what we were looking for. The beach is right in front however if you walk just around the corner on the beach the sand is much nicer. Within easy reach of many restaurants and shops and a quick tuk tuk ride to the main area.

The wifi didn’t work well in the rooms but was fine around the pool.
