Ok but disappointed as we did not get our sea view and beach bungalow. Had to have a different room that had no views because of toilets not working Shame could have been a lot better

We had the Premium Villa 701. The comfort and space was pretty good. The cleanliness of the whole villa was outstanding. And the bed must be the most comfortable bed ever. We were delighted with the service and the kindness of the staff. We really recommend this resort if you are looking for a quiet place that is not too far from Chaweng but away from the noise. The infinity pool is not big enough to make laps, but quite comfortable.

The regulations around the pool were not met. Children from the resort next door were using the pool and playing ball in the pool. No mattress at our disposal for the lounging chairs. Some clients were "booking" their seat early morning around the pool by placing towels and not showing up before late morning , taking away the opportunity for other people to lounge. The rules should be better enforced by the staff. The space around the pool is limited, making it difficult to walk from the front to the back.

The rooms are very spacious. The bathroom even had a bath. Could use a bit more decoration though. The breakfast had many options and they prepare eggs to your liking on the spot The pool area was well maintained and very comfortable. Lots of shaded sun beds. It’s located in a quiet area but still has many restaurants and shops in walking distance. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. And the (Thai) massage was very good. The gym is small but has all the necessary equipment, it wasn’t busy and it was clean.

Although the AC was fully on, the room stayed humid so it was quite uncomfortable to sleep in. The room walls are very thin so it’s very noisy. You can hear your neighbours speak and even their tv. My room was facing the patio and you can hear everyone so that was very disturbing. Housekeeping could improve, they left a cleaning towel in my bathroom, forgot to provide new towels several days and didn’t replace the used cups even though there were stains.

Such a beautiful site kept meticulously clean. The room was huge and spotless and cleaned with new towels (including Beach towels) each day and lots of free bottled water was provided. The pool was lovely and never had any issues getting a sun bed. Breakfast was great with a huge selection of hot and cold food and drink with availability through to 10.30pm. The beach is accessible right next to the pool and there are sunbeds on the beach as well as by the pool. A lovely stay and great value in comparison to local hotels which were not nearly as nice in our opinion. Highly recommended.

Lovely room - nice bathroom, very comfy bed. Great pool area - right on the beautiful beach. Pool table / gym facilities were good. We were provided with a free one-way airport transfer, which was handy.

We arrived before check-in, dropped our bags and were told to come back at 2pm (check-in time) which we expected. We came back at 2pm and were told it would be 15 minutes but we had to chase and it ended up being 35 minutes. This was a bit disappointing as if we'd been told it would be a bit longer, we'd simply have gone and sat in a bar / restaurant. The bar / restaurant plays music all day when personally, I don't think such a beautiful setting needs noise all day long and I think lessens the "boutique" side of things.

We particularly loved its small and cozy atmosphere, which made our stay feel very intimate and welcoming, without compromising on quality. It's a truly nice and charming place, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. We stayed in room no. 402. Een echte aanrader en wat mij betreft kom ik snel weer terug.

Nothing: We had an absolutely wonderful time at Baan Haad Ngam Boutique Resort & Villas! The resort is incredibly beautiful, and it was a true pleasure to stay there. We especially loved spending time and having so much fun at the beach. It was the perfect spot for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The room was spacious, comfy bad and the hotel’s grounds are lovely. Swimming pool and access to the beach is great. Hotel Stuff was amazing and very welcoming. It’s located just minutes away from airport

The soundproofing of the room was very poor, could hear neighbors and outside. Even though the room was spacious, there was hardly any furniture for this size, couldn’t really place my clothes anywhere Location is okay, but nothing is in immediate vicinity, have to take taxi or bike all the time. Price was quite high all in all, but that could be due to season.

Excellent Stay – Exceptional Staff! I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The facilities were great, but what really made my stay exceptional was the staff. Every team member I encountered was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. It’s rare to come across such consistently kind and helpful people—thank you for making my visit so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back! -

I had a small problem with the room door, where it kept alarming . I think it's a technical problem that needs to be fixed . Otherwise, everything was perfect

I appreciated the warm welcome when I arrived in the Resort which is well located, in front of Chaweng beach and not far from the city centre. The restaurant Olivio was really good, quiet and with a very beautiful and relaxing view on the beach. The bedroom is very spacious and the bed is big. Concerning the staff, i would like to thank especially Pan who is working at the reception. She has been the most friendly and helping person with me in this Resort. She gave me really good recommandations for restaurants, places to go in Koh Samui, dishes to try, and so on. Plus, when i was leaving the Resort, she offered me a wonderful long navy blue skirt with elefants :-D Its a really nice memory of my stay at Baan Haad Ngam Resort and I recommend you to ask her for any recommandation if you stay there !

It was quite noisy, especially when your bedroom is on the ground floor, you hear everyone passing and talking during the night and some of them were talking very loud so I couldn't sleep well most of the time.

Cocktails and the two happy hours per day. View over pool to beach was incredible. Staff in bar and reception very friendly and professional. location of hotel great as close to lots of other shops, restaurants and bars but also has the feeling of privacy and relaxation as it's at the end of a busy strip of beach. Water is very shallow so you can walk out far and the sunrise is beautiful. We stated 2 nights in a Premium pool villa and then upgraded for 2 nights to duplex pool villa. Both nice but both lacked the premium feel. We enjoyed they stay though and a lot of my disappointment with the hotel rooms are personal opinions it wouldn't stop me recommending the hotel at all.

The Premium Pool villa was overlooked by balconys so had ti keep the curtains closed which unfortunately meant the villa was dark most of the time.
