The only negative thing is a weed shop right next door that plays THE LOUDEST and most horrible music on the whole beach from ~20:00 till early morning. It was unbearable to sleep with it even with the doors closed so we had to come down to ask them to keep it quiet, the staff was very understanding and they turned it off. Though such neighboring is still not appreciated.

Very relaxing stay, after nearly 7 weeks of touring this was one of our favourites.

The negatives were far outweighed by the positives.

You can not swim on the beach it is not so clean. You have to walk a little bit.

The AC was not clean at all, there was dirt inside

The first day the room was comfortable, but the second day I changed rooms with sea views and they gave me a room that didn't even have a room number, it looked like it was for the staff to sleep in, bugs, mosquitoes, no plugs in the bed, only one plug in the room that didn't work well, no fridge, the TV didn't work. The first night everything was perfect

The toilet flush did not work. There was no staff on site for check-in. After contact via telephone check in then possible. There was a sock from previous guests under the bed. The location is extremely bad. Shopping facilities were 10 min away. No great options for dining. For a stopover (1 night) ok.

It was specially mentioned "with sea view" and it was a bedroom on the street side. With sealed windows single glass hence very noisy the whole night.

silverfish in the bed linen no staff after basic hours lockbox and get key on your own kind of scenario, dark, dingy, almost abandoned building - i hardly slept and got a 90% refund and did not stay nights 2 to 6 i luckily found something else with a pool, large 2 floor space, for same price at Meewaya hotel for similar price range there are many more to find.

The rooms were ok

We’ve confirmed our booking and completed the requested form various times. There was no response. When we’ve tried to check in, we had to wait and a friend of the host let us know that there were rooms available. They didn’t notify us or let us know. I’ve tried to contact them for an hour and none of their numbers was responsive - not even WhatsApp… I’ve never experienced anything like that and I highly recommend looking for other options.

Nothing the property was not clean we were refunded a hour after we arrived, the room was disgusting filthy and riddled with mosquitos + only got 70% of our refund but hey ho At least we got some back, I have stayed in hostels and villas all over Thailand the past month and nothing has beaten this disgrace of a room. Not to beat we booked a double bed room and received two singles staff said “push them together”
