Jungle feeling in a lovely secluded place with banana trees in the garden (we even got some bananas from the owner as a little snack) Fresh eggs every morning included, very good fresh roasted coffee, little kitchen with big fridge, toaster and hot plate. Super close to the beach (10 min walk or 2 min drive by motorbike) brand new motorbikes by the way. For Thai standards really really clean and great new interior- beds super comfy. My best friend stayed on the sofa bed that was comfy as well. If you like some peace and quiet from all the party areas on Samui - this is the right place!! We loved the jungle sounds in the evening (lots of cicadas in the trees)🌴 Thank you Bang Po Hut for a lovely time.

The bungalows are spacious, clean and in the middle of a peaceful, well maintained garden. The hotel owner and her staff are incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Scooters available for rent on site, laundry service and fully stocked fridge all available at very reasonable prices. Value for money is fantastic, if we are ever back in Thailand we would stay here again. The soi dogs that live on the property are all so sweet and friendly. We wish we could take them home with us. Booked for 1 night but ended up staying almost a week! The huts are spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need. Cleaning is done daily, and the staff are incredibly helpful. Located on the quieter side of the island, you’ll need a scooter to get around (they have a few available for rent that are practically new and reasonably priced). I can confidently say these are some of the best scooters you’ll find in all of Thailand and no need to leave your passport, which is always a stupid idea. There’s also a small outdoor kitchen with basic amenities, but let’s be honest, why would you cook your own meals in Thailand? The host is genuinely helpful, offering honest advice without trying to sell you anything. For example, she directed us to one of the best beaches on the island, far away from tourist traps and crowds. It was the perfect stay with the perfect host! When I return to Thailand, I’ll 100% rebook one of these huts. And yes there is a 7-eleven about 700m from the huts, across a pretty good fish restaurant.

Bathroom is small compared to the rest of the hut, but has a functioning toilet and shower. So no need to stress, especially at the prices you pay for the huts.

One of our favourite hotel from our visit of Thailand. This has to be best price/performance hotel in Thailand. The room is spatious, bed is super cosy, the AC is not directly above the bed and the electricity does not turn off automatically when you leave the room. Before the hut there is small kitchenet, with sink, stove, utensils big fridge etc. Every evening we bought some fruits in a nearby markets and enjoyed them as a desert after dinner on the porch. The hotel staff is also very friendly and nice. We rented a motorbike at the hotel, it was 200B/day, brand new, only had 50km on it. They also offer clothes cleaning, it cost about 40B/kg and also massages.

This is not really specific for this hotel but I think overall thing for whole Samui. The hotel is located about 10min walking from gorgeous beach, but if you want to go somewhere else you need a bike/car. Luckily the hotel rents them at very good rates.

We stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely enjoyed our stay. The hotel owner and her staff are very warm & welcoming and ensured that we had a comfortable stay. The room is spacious enough for 2 people. The property itself has a lot of greenery, is well maintained and the location is a big plus. The room came equipped with a sit out area and a kitchen, which was very helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and that was another big plus, this is not something most hotels do. The owner also rented out bikes at a reasonable rate and booked us cabs as and when we needed them. Her recommendations for places to visit and restaurants were spot on.

This place is a hidden gem ! I spent a lot of time checking different regions of the island trying to find the best town, and then we just ended up choosing this hotel cause it had great reviews and reasonable price. We really enjoyed it cause the surroundings are so peaceful. The road towards the beach and all the restaurants and shops is very enjoyable and only takes 10 minutes. There is everything you need, but you're not overwhelmed by too much choice. The hotel is very clean, has a nice kitchen and beautiful garden. Great value for money.

A unique place to stay in the hills and just a kilometre from a very quite and pretty beach. The staff were extremely helpful and did everything for us: provided a scooter to see the island for 200 BHT a day, booked a taxi, answered questions about where to go. The room is cosy, ample space for a couple of days and the aircon was fantastic. The room was cleaned daily and the cooking facilities came in handy when we wanted to relax.

For a longer stay we would have needed more storage space to hang things and pack away our belongings.

Fantastic and peaceful property with such lovely staff who go above and beyond. Having our own little kitchen was also really nice, well stocked and reasonably priced mini fridge. The room was lovely, most comfortable bed we have had in Thailand so far. Very clean and large with good A/C. Massages available on site which were private and very relaxing.

Slightly further out off the main road but if you can hire a scooter that’s no problem and staff very helpful with getting taxis. Staff also dropped us and our large backpacks off at the main road on the morning of checkout for free so we could get breakfast before getting a taxi to the pier

We've loved our stay. The area is super nice & quiet yet close to the beach and lovely restaurants. We've much preferred this side of the island. Check-in & check- out were super easy and they organised a taxi for us in the morning. Fridge fill of drinks you can buy for cheap. Free water and daily cleaning. The hairdryer is on another level good!! You can also rent a scooter directly at the property, completely unproblematic and great price. Bed was super comfortable, laundry service also available. There value for money is incredible. We would definitely be back!

I had a fantastic time at this bungalow in Thailand! It’s such a peaceful and quiet spot, perfect for unwinding and relaxing. The staff is super friendly and really makes you feel at home. Everything is super clean, and there’s a lovely terrace to hang out on. The little kitchen is great if you want to cook your own meals. Overall, it’s a great place to enjoy the quiet beauty of Thailand. I definitely recommend it!

It's 10 or 15 minute walk to the beach.
