The location was lovely and the pool beautiful for early morning swims. The staff were so friendly and helpful, room gorgeous. Any issues sorted quickly. Food delicious and bar/restaurant staff Lay and Benz, and all the team in fact, were wonderful. Great selection of breakfast items.

I liked everything.

The place was beautiful and very peaceful. We were pleasantly surprised by the two saunas that were available free of charge. The infinity pool was stunning. The breakfast was basic but good, and the cleaning standards were high. Overall, we enjoyed our stay—thank you!

I was disappointed that the pool doesn’t get sunlight all day; instead, the sun only reaches it from behind the building. There were a few sun loungers by the pool where the sun did shine, but they were almost always reserved every morning. This was a letdown as we wanted to relax in the sun. The hotel room looked bigger in the pictures. The breakfast also repeated itself, and it would have been nice to see more variety.

Oh wonderful wonderful stay! The lady at the reception gave us one the best customer treatment I have ever encountered at a hotel! Clean and new rooms, big pool, quiet location and possibility to rent a scooter directly at the hotel.

Honestly nothing at all. Except the last couple of meters going uphill by the hotel entrance are a little steep but a scooter can overcome those without hesitation. Just make sure to be a little careful going by car.

Staff was World Class in accomadating my physical disabilities. They even ran to my aid with an umbrella when it rained! I never had to carry a suitcase or bags my entire stay, And I had quite a few. The view took me away in the paradise I was actually in. It was spectacular! I had a pool side room for my 8 nights, with a private balcony overlooking the ocean. The grounds were immaculate and I enjoyed watching the groundws keeper perform his duty with so much joy and pride of workmanship. The staff ALWAYS greeted me with bright shiny smiles. My room was spotless and made up for me each day on my return. The mini bar was always stocked to my bewilderment. My bed was comfy and inviting with fresh picked plumeria flowers on the spread. The breakfasts were beyond exceptional. I have never in my life seen such an exquisite morning spread as they put on in their resturant. You could literally have any and everything you can think of, and then some. I didn't want to leave it to come back home, as they made me feel like royalty. I have never been treated so well anywhere in my life as at the Code Samui. Im going back! Oh, I can't forget-when you go, you have to book a full body Thai Massage or a believe foot massage at their NUT SPA. I promise you will walk away enlightened and rejuvenated.

The staff, especially Ley, who went that extra mile to look after us, he definitely deserves keeping in your employment And most of the other staff were very good

Some reception staff were not that helpful, the last 5 days we had cold showers, we kept telling them and they said it could not be fixed, considering this to be our second stay at code, we found it disappointing, last time we were shuttled down to the beach we could be brought back any time, but now your shuttle service stops at 4 pm, we were told by one receptionist we could walk down, I’d like to point out we are both 73, and that sort of walk was well and truly over

The staff at this hotel were absolutely wonderful. When I wasn’t feeling well and even collapsed, they all took care of me with such kindness and attention. I’ve actually been staying here to focus on writing my manuscript, so I spent most of my time holed up in my room. But thanks to everyone’s incredible support, I was able to work comfortably and peacefully. I’m truly grateful. Thank you so much.

The staff are wonderful here, they are always willing to help and friendly. One of the staff was even nice enough to drive one of us down to 7 Eleven to get some supplies the night we arrived! The pool area is a fantastic area to relax and enjoy the view of the ocean and surrounding islands. The room came with a microwave, cooktop, kettle and toaster, so we didn't feel pressured to buy meals at the restaurant all the time, which was a big positive. However, the food at the restaurant is very tasty and reasonably priced. The hotel will also hire out scooters so you can explore the area, as it is located on the mountain with not a whole lot around it. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to people as a change to staying on the beach. It is family friendly, but better for couples so you can hire scooters to get around.

My only critique was the bed and pillows! If you like firm beds and really soft, fluffy pillows then this is the place for you. Unfortunately, I could not get comfortable as the bed was way too firm for me and the pillows were so soft, I felt like I was going to suffocate! Other than that, this place is a great place to stay.

Views are stunning from pool room, rooms are spacious and give you scope to set up home away from home. staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Love the 24hr gym option. They Offer a drive to the beach daily between 8am- 4pm Place is exactly as Images show

It would be good if pick up from beach can be extended till about 7/7:30 currently 4pm as it’s so far away . Transportation is limited in that area and is very far from the shops/ beach without a vehicle. Very far from main strip, not walkable

Taxi soooooo expensive more then Paris London and japan u need pay a lot for ugly taxis drivers in Samui

Everything at the hotel was fantastic. A big mention to benz and lay who worked the restaurant and bar whilst i was there. They both made my christmas. Sauna steam room and jacuzzi all functional and nice to have , view from the room was amazing and the apartment/room was absolutely stunning.

The heat setting of the shower. Was either too cold or too hot couldnt find a balance. Although the hotel offers lifts to and from the end of the road. The distance from the road was a bit much.
