The maid came by every day and took such great care of us and our children. It was honestly way more than we needed but appreciated every minute of her. She was wonderful! The space was large and clean -3 floors of living space in the 3 bedroom!! It is quite the trek up into the hills. If you are confident on a scooter or plan on using a taxi during your stay, you will have no problem.

WiFi didn’t work that well and it was up very steep hills so some taxis wouldn’t take you.

Nothing!!! Worst accommodation I have ever seen and we travelled the world and visited Thailand and Koh Samui several times staying at multiple accommodations. Also me being a hotel manager for years, I found this shocking and unacceptable! Do not book! Stay away as you will be highly disappointed like we were...

Dirty, mouldy, sooo smelly, things broken, not as advertised at all, just a disaster!!! My son woke up with rush on his face and poorly as the mould and smell were so bad. No pretty details such as rugs, cushions, bed throws, flowers anywhere in sight like online, even TV was missing. Like it was robbed! Brought me tears... On top of it owners were so rude shouting at us, made me and my 3 year old son cry. They wanted us to pay for the accommodation and threatening to call police if we don't pay cancellation fee which we did as we wanted this nightmare to be over. Then they lied to booking.com saying we left without paying so they got in touch with us as well. Just outrageous. I think it's sad that booking.com is only protecting properties and not guests in these scenarios as we work very hard all year around and paying lots of money for holiday at the other side of the world, which should be as advertised. Instead we got scammed and had to immediately look for new accommodation as soon as we got there. Rude owner kept shouting we had rain for two weeks straight so it will be everywhere like this, then he was talking to our taxi driver trying to persuade him to leave us here as we booked it, we should stay and pay. Even they were shocked and they were locals unlike the owner. Overall couldn't have been worse. Taxi drivers took us to their friends accommodation after spending only 12 hrs at this villa, getting to new place wad like a dream and we couldn't have been more happy. Everything was clean, fresh, smelled lovely and it was run by a family, the nicest people you will meet that couldn't do enough for us. Even discounted our price and gave us free breakfast. Just a true joy to stay at Chaweng Bliss Bungalows right on the beach. After 2 weeks we moved to Pattra Vill Resort which was also stunning and just perfection so just showed us again what we knew all along that Thailand is know for beautiful clean accommodation with lovely people.
