Very big room that even has a little kitchen area. Good location just a short walk from the night market and Fisherman's Village. Friendly, helpful staff that are happy to help organise other things you might need such as transport to the airport or tours. Very good price for this location and room facilities.

The main road out the front is very busy but (1) you don't need to cross it to have access to Fisherman's Village, the night market or other shops and restaurants, and (2) Only one of the rooms on each floor faces the road from what I could tell, the others, including mine, are away from the road so the noise wasn't bad - just a bit of a gentle background hum.

The room was large, clean, with plenty of clothes storage, dressing table, small dining table, kitchenette and bathroom. Lovely big bed. The location was excellent for accessing Fisherman’s village and the night market. Was quiet, some traffic noise from the main road but nothing earplugs can’t fix. Felt safe and secure. It was my last night in Thailand and I’d needed a place to crash before my flight the next day. This place was perfect for that. I was able to potter around the night market for food and final gifts, and the very friendly staff organised my taxi for the following morning to Samui airport, which is about 15mins away.

Nothing I didn’t like, just to note you’re about a 10-15 minute walk from the beach and the place is on the main road.

- 10 Stars for staff especially Ms Narisawa, she was so helpful! Our tour guide did not show up for an entire hour and she helped to call all the hotline numbers, google for other tour agencies and even offered to help book a similar day tour. She will also give you cold bottled water anytime you want. :) - The hotel also offers transport to Samui airport for 400 baht, slightly cheaper than Grabcar during peak hour. - 2 bottles of water were provided every day, even if your previous bottles are still in the fridge. We ended up with a heap of bottled water lol

- Other reviews were right about the noise being heard from the main road, it's pretty loud at night but it did not affect us. - Bed and pillows were quite hard, but this is my personal preference - There were quite a lot of ants in the room, we ended up shifting the trash bin outside - Toilet door cannot close (misaligned) - Note that there is no dishwash liquid and housekeeping will not clean the utensils

Initially had an issue with some bugs on the floor - was resolved quickly with bug spray and daily cleaning. Could hear outside noise alot so would recommend earplugs if a light sleeper

The location was great- it was a more quiet area which me and partner prefer and about 12-15 mins away from the party strip.

It was quite basic and the windows and doors were not fitted properly and you could hear everything but were not sensitive too much to that. And this then also meant there were bugs/ants in the room..

decent location right by 7-11 & Fishermans Village which is a lovely night market, lots of shops, bars & restaurants along the beach. Nice beach with water spots activities. the front desk ladies were helpful and nice. spacious room with cooking facilities, made me feel at home.

my tv was really outdated and didn’t work, I asked for toilet paper a few times and it wasn’t topped up as there is a slight language barrier so they did my friends room instead of mine.

Owners of the hotel were so friendly. No problems to book an extra night without notice. Room was very big and clean, exactly like the pictures. Laundry service 50 bht per kg.
