The hotel is green and beautiful and the staff is wonderful. The breakfast is great and the beds very comfortable.

The pool is crazy crowded and everyone leaves their towels on the sunbeds all day so it’s hard to find a place to sit. The beach area is very small and there are hotels with better beach facility. I think the hotel needs to improve the pool sitting area situation. Apart from this, there is no lift, so please note this for families but you need to go up 2 floors max !

The resort has beautiful gardens and grounds. The facilities like gym, pool and restaurants are all of the quality I’d expect. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable we experienced on our trip. However the staff are the highlight, just beautiful people.

The bathrooms are not practical or comfortable for a shared room. Firstly they’re all frosted glass with a toilet door that doesn’t close properly giving zero privacy. Because it’s all glass any lighting turned on in the bathroom, if you rise early to use the bathroom and turn on the light you wake up the room. Would recommend changing out the glass to solid walls because this is a downside to booking this room The prices at the pool bar were the highest paid in Samui as it also adds on service and VAT to published prices. Happy hour doesn’t start till 5pm whereas other resorts start earlier

This hotel is truly stunning, with beautifully landscaped gardens, mature grounds, and breathtaking architecture that exudes timeless elegance. The service was exceptional, with great attention to detail. Many members of the staff were genuinely kind and warm-hearted, making me feel truly welcomed and well cared for.

There were too many children around, which took away from the peaceful atmosphere by the pool. The hotel would greatly benefit from having a dedicated adults-only pool area, offering guests a true sense of tranquility and relaxation

Our experience was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in the beauty of this tropical haven. The lush garden surroundings made it feel like a secluded resort, all just steps from the beach. The pool and wide range of water activities added the perfect touch of fun and relaxation. The hospitality was truly exceptional—warm, thoughtful, and attentive. We stayed in a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the garden, and every detail was cared for. Each morning, housekeeping refreshed our space, and every evening, they returned to prepare the room for a restful night, complete with a sweet treat on the pillow. It’s those small touches that made the experience feel so luxurious. I genuinely wish we could have stayed longer. This place is a dream, and we can’t wait to come back!

The gardens are just as beautiful as the photos. The resort does an excellent job of embracing the Thai spirit, which is absent from other hotels around the island. Staff are excellent, responsive, and I have no fault. Rooms are comfortable as are the beds and they feature nice new modern TVs. The pool is beautiful and its location right on the beach provides excellent views. Its location is perfect for exploring Bophut which is nice for a night or two.

The hotel bathrooms have a very odd layout with a glass door that doubles as both the shower and toilet door. Which isn't great for privacy. The hotel feels too compact for the number of guests which often meant it was difficult to get a sun lounger. There seemed to be a lot Brits who love to stake out "their" chairs in the morning even though the hotel has a policy stating not to do so. Breakfast was very okay and the restaurant's location is tucked away near the lobby and feels very crowded in an unappealing way during peak times. The hotel just feels too small for the amount of rooms and price point. If it was larger it would disperse people better.

We loved our stay here. Loved the Thai influence of the hotel and the gardens and staff were wonderful and very accommodating. Location perfect with easy stroll to Fisherman’s Village. Entertainment options great throughout the week.

It is a very busy hotel which really does cater for families and kids. We stayed during a very busy time and for a smallish hotel layout there were just too many kids around the pool and some being left in rooms unsupervised causing a lot of noise. We’d try for another time of year next time.

The hotel is stunning, located on a beautiful beach which is sectioned off with a private area for hotel guests. The hotel is 5 minutes from the fisherman’s village which is great for bars and restaurants. The hotel puts on evening dining events throughout the week and puts a lot of effort into them, they are worth doing. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is excellent and the food at the pool bar for lunch time is great too. We couldn’t fault the hotel and staff and would definitely go back!

We loved the hotel and the location, the staff were so professional and friendly, we took Thay boxing class and the teacher was very good! You can’t beat the location, walking distance to the Fisherman Village! Plus the hotel has many restaurant options with good food! The spa is beautiful! The attention to detail thought out the hotel is impressive. We had a great time!

The only comment would be the stairs to our room, which was on the 3rd floor. But it was minor.

The view from our room. Although it was sold as a garden view we could not see the garden, just a massive tree right by our balcony. Service at breakfast was very slow for tea & coffee, and on occasions for clearing the tables. Housekeeping timings - cleaning room at 1645 when returning from beach and turn down service around 1830/1845 when still getting ready to go out (this only happened on last couple of days - maybe hotel busier?)
