Beautiful boutique hotel. The staff couldn’t do enough to help. Restaurant at the beach so breakfast with a view. Our villa had 3 bedrooms and a private pool. The whole place was amazing! Very private and small. If you want a big, busy hotel this is not for you. The staff organised jet skis for us to come to the hotel beach. They also supplied breakfast boxes for our early departure. Location was great - 10 minute walk to Fisherman’s Village and 3 minutes to a 7-11 for snacks!

The approach to the hotel is a dirt track which is the only down side

Loved the pool, loved our room very tasteful and stylish decor, it was in a beautiful location and walkable to fisherman’s village which was great. It was a gorgeous honeymoon and I would recommend this hotel. The staff who worked at the place were so lovely, and very attentive they couldn’t do more for you!

Shower pressure wasn’t great. There was a slight vibe with the male boss and the rest of the staff. And at one point there seemed to be an argument we witnessed. And the staff seemed a bit intimidated by him. His friends also came and stayed at the restaurant all day one day and they were quite noisy. Our room also leaked water and we were not offered anything complimentary for the inconvenience of having to move rooms… which you would expect from a 4* hotel

The hotel is beautiful, well decorated, gorgeous pool area and wonderful staff. Everyone was super accommodating and hospitable.

The main downside for me was the food. It’s a shame that they don’t offer different Thai dishes in the specials each evening to try. We definitely would have eaten there more often if this was the case. The meals they do have are good, but the specials didn’t change much during the 8 days we were there and it’s a shame more local cuisine wasn’t in offer. The only issue for us was the AC which we found pretty loud initially, but managed to get used to it.

Really beautiful property in a tranquil area on Bophut beach. We were staying in a deluxe room with our pool which felt private enough for us although if you were getting changed/showered you needed to draw the curtains. Pool area did attract alot of bugs but we didn’t mind as just fished them out in the morning and it’s bound to happen with it being near so much greenery and it felt like a mini jungle. Pool area was beautiful and lots of sunbeds around the pool and beach. The food in the restaurant was really nice, some of the best food we had from our two week trip in Thailand and cocktails were great and had happy hour every day. It’s about a 15 minute walk into Fisherman’s village which we were happy to do when it got cooler and it’s less than 5 mins to the local 711.

I felt the reception when checking out could have been a little friendlier, we didn’t get asked how our stay was and it took a while to look up and register us as they were on their mobile phone so it felt a bit of a poor note to end on but not major. Conditioner would be a great bonus as it’s needed when using pool every day but again pretty minor.

Everything was perfect! Such a stunning resort, our room was perfect, so many complementary amenities making the price worth it, the daily free breakfast was so delicious, the free Pilates and Yoga was also such a great way to start the day! We also rented a bike through the resort so it gave us more peace of mind, they provided a brand new bike, the reception staff were multilingual which helped with communication, the staff overall are very friendly and warm, shoutout to Kat who works in the lobby who helped us out a lot! The pool is beautiful and our private plunge pool was cleaned everyday and left spotless :)

I can not recommend this hotel enough after our recent 8 day stay at the Cielo boutique. It was pure luxury and everything about it made it the perfect choice . Run by a lovely couple , Pauline and Francois , who were extremely welcoming and very friendly and helpful ! Their restaurant is definitely one of the best hotel restaurants we have eaten in , the choice of food and the quality is so on point - you can tell they are real foodies themselves . The location was fantastic, and the 2 bedroom suite we hired with a pool is definitely as the hotel is called “ Boutique “ calming , relaxing and very chic - a lot of thought and love has gone into the design. Their staff are brilliant too - Kaung on reception could not do enough for us , and Matthui who looks after the pool and private beach was so attentive with everything and always with a smile on his face :-) Sorry can’t remember all the other staff names at reception and in the restaurant, they were all just as good - service was brilliant. Was the perfect hotel choice and we would definitely return if we went back to Samui . Thanks to you all for an amazing stay at your hotel :-)

There is nothing not to like !

This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms and pool area are very well laid out to give a real feeling of tranquility, as was the outdoor path from rooms to pool / beach. Almost as if you have your own private villa with chefs included! You are right on the beach so can easily reach the beautiful sea and come back to the pool - and the sunbeds are SO comfy! The staff members were very welcoming and friendly as was the owner we spoke to. Drink happy hour(s) were great, the live music was beautiful, really relaxing and the food was fantastic. Complementary coconuts on arrival, complementary edemame beans with each drink. Little touches are very thoughtful. Putting a good quality Bluetooth speaker in each room is also a great touch! We left the hotel just once to get food one night but quickly returned as it is clearly the most peaceful & relaxing place on the island :)

There really isn’t much more to ask for.

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are large and spacious, very clean and quiet. Great if you want to experience a luxurious style for a fair price. The location is pretty decent, just a short walk to Fisherman's Village. The staff were all very nice and welcoming, the pool area and the private beach are both amazing. Breakfast is just ok.

- No room service unless you book a Villa - Front desk is not available after 11 PM - Low water pressure in the shower, faucets were leaking in the sinks. - The mini fridge didn't cool well at all, they replaced it for us but it was still the same. - We were disappointed with the resort allowing children, such a boutique hotel which is mainly targeting couples should be adults only. - We were asked to pay Corkage for wanting to drink our own alcohol in the pool.

Our stay at the Cielo has been absolutely amazing in all regards. Rooms are spacious, very clean and have a beautiful interior design. These aspects also apply to the entire hotel area - you can see the attention to detail no matter where you look at. One thing that needs to be highlighted especially is the staff with Mark and his team - they have taken very good care of us and made our trip to Cielo a really special memory. Also the restaurant by the pool is absolutely amazing - prices are a little higher than other restaurants in the area but the quality of food and taste is simply outstanding - so good, that we have actually never eaten outside of the hotel during our 1 week stay. Also the electronic lounge music in the background gives the whole location an even more relaxing and enjoyable vibe. Overall highest recommendation - thanks a lot and looking forward to our next stay already!

The hotel is a small hotel with around 16 to 20 rooms that vary in size. The rooms are very large and the property is very clean. The pool, bar and restaurant overlook the beach and it is like a small paradise. Staff are very polite and attentive. I had lunch at the property once and it was tasty along with their delicious smoothies. It is close to cash points, a 7/11, other cafes and is about 300 bhat in a taxi to fisherman’s village.

No reception area to sit. Shower room when checked out was very hot with no toilet or sink.
