The property has 2 best qualities - Facilities for kids, and - Location I travelled with kids, and they had a blast. The swimming pool, indoor play area and splash zone, they liked it all. It was too much fun for them and for adults, it is right next to Fisherman Village. You get a variety of cafes and restaurants when you step out of the property. It was a wonderful experience :)

Value for money, the cost seemed a bit on higher side.

Absolutely gorgeous place! I would definitely come back here with our children. Our entire team enjoyed themselves here and I have never stayed anywhere that has such good, clean, well kept, facilities for children. The staff are totally lovely, everything is nice and clean, parking is easy and safe.

There was a very strong stench of soiled nappies in our room when we checked in, despite the room being exceptionally clean, I think the guests previous to us has left their nappies in there for a long time, it took a long time of us airing out the room to be able to be inside. This is no fault of the facility though, just other guests need to be more mindful of each other, we also had some comments and negative body language from other older guests - if you don't like children, don't stay somewhere especially catering to families with young children! The only other downside was the restaurants - the wait times are ridiculous despite there being almost no one in the place, and then the food arrived was not Thai style, nor was it yummy.

We liked the location in the middle of the Fisherman’s Village. The Hotel and rooms are amazing, bed super confortable, the quality of finishes and details in the room were exceptional. The beach area was nice. I think it’s a great option for families.

For the price and quality of the premises we missed a better service. We are not native English speakers, but the level of English among the staff is really low for the nature and stars of the hotel, specially in the reception counter, where you might expect someone that fluidly speaks, at the very least, English. Something that MUST be improved. To give you an idea: i wrote in a piece of paper (literally) double glenfidich on the rocks. I got served two whiskies in two glasses.

Everything. I liked everything. The place is perfect for a family holiday with child and is just fab. Splash park is great, breakfast is stunning, grounds are lush, extra touches exceed expectations. It is the one place during our holiday where our child did not mention missing home.

Tough to find things that I didn't like, but if I had to mention something it would be the lack of floor lighting at night whilst walking around the resort. A couple of unlit steps and too many squashed snails as people can't see them. Also, I would not leave my child unattended in the kids club as it is not "room card scan entry" and therefore potentially anyone can walk in.

Brand new 5 star FAMILY resort right next to Fisherman’s Village. Amazing facilities with huge kids club, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, water park with slides in addition to the main HUGE pool. Such friendly staff! Delicious breakfast with lots of variety of choices for kids (chicken nuggets, spaghetti, pancakes at a kids height table to serve themselves). Right next to the beach with private beach access. Kids club provides childcare included with stay for ages 4-12. At night we could walk directly to the touristic beachfront shops/restaurants/bars and nightmarkets. So convenient and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Rooms and bathroom have open concept space, which makes the toilet a bit less private. Entry opens to the bathroom, toilet is not enclosed, but there is a sliding door to separate from the beds. However, if someone needs to leave the bedroom, they have to slide open the bathroom door and pass the person on the toilet. Not an issue with our family, we have small children, but might be awkward with older kids and parents?

Beautiful new resort in a great location. Very kids orientated. Our daughter loved the kids club and pool. Location was right amongst the fisherman’s area, with heaps of restaurants. We loved our stay here!

Minor complaint but the splash park was a bit too cold, even in the warm tropical weather

The hotel is well located in the heart of Bo Phut, just a short walk from the beach, night market, and a beautiful stretch of restaurants. The family room was spacious with two queen beds and a lovely balcony—perfect for enjoying the sunrise and evenings. The property is open-air and has a kids’ zone, including a dedicated waterpark and pool area. Breakfast offered a variety of global options, and the overall setting makes it a kid-friendly hotel with good value.

The main pool, while stylish in design, was small and quickly overcrowded. There was no visible policy asking guests to shower before using the pool. The kids’ waterpark, though fun, was at the far entrance of the property and had limited seating, which filled up immediately. Housekeeping was consistently poor—rooms were not cleaned properly, items were left untouched day after day, and cleanliness standards were unsatisfactory. Breakfast lacked variety over the stay and offered minimal, inauthentic Indian options despite hosting many Indian guests.

This property is ideally located a short walk from the markets and Fisherman’s Village. Having direct beach access was also fantastic. For families that stay here the kids area of the resort is truly excellent. They have a proper kids pool with water features (slides, climbing apparatus, soaking buckets etc.), a dry playground and a very big kids club. My son could not wait to go to kids club in the morning as soon as it opened. Additionally the rooms are a very generous size. We stayed in a group floor room and walked directly out the front patio door to the pool.

I didn’t have any particular issue with any aspect of the property.

Clean, well designed, modern, attention to the small details in the room, spacious rooms, staff is friendly and helpful, location is perfect right outside coco tam’s at the fisherman village with all the great restaurants and lively market. swimming pool is beautiful and big. Perfect for families with children. Nice small water park for kids and little kids swimming pool. Cool adventure park and kids club. Decent gym. Nice pool bar.

Priced too high in my opinion. Less attention to the needs of adults. For a couple this might not be as quiet but didn’t bother too much. Breakfast isn’t worth it, better eat outside at the fisherman’s village.

Just a couple of minutes walk to Fisherman’s Village and overlooking the sea. I thought the rooms were well thought out and provided everything you need at this price point.

Staying as a couple we found the hotel quite busy with no quiet areas, especially by the pool. I think it’s better suited to families with children.
