In the centre of Fisherman Village. Next to the beach, pool on the roof. Close to restaurants, bars and shops. Great night market.

I liked that I could wake up every morning to my dream view, which was the beach. The friendly staff every day with them greeting every morning and evening. I like that it's making changes to become more eco-friendly to the environment. My partner liked how peaceful it was and listen to sound of the waves and your house keeper is amazing she sweept every morning and asked if our room needed to be done and helped us out when we waited for a trip she gave us some orange juice and snacks she very very nice she derseve to be told every day😀 We did not get time to try the food in hotel but tried the restaurant right next door and it was beautiful and they also had lovely staff there that greeted us every day 😀. This hotel is right beside some amazing restaurants and the shops. There are markets on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Over all great place for a quiet relaxing holiday 😌

I did not like the ants that were in the room or on our balcony. We had to shake clothes before bringing them inside and anything we left outside. That the Internet wasn't very strong for us could be different for others.

For the first 2 nights we were on the top floor with incredible ocean views. The bed was so comfortable, the views were amazing and staff so friendly and helpful. The pool is small but no one else was up there any time we went up so we had it to ourselves with great sunset views. On the last night the friendly staff upgraded our room to ground level with direct beach access and that room was even better. Such a special place in a great location. Loved our stay here.

The upstairs rooms are accessible through a corridor shared by 2 other rooms, and we had a door slamming guest staying in the room next to us for the first 2 nights, which was unexpectedly loud in the wee hours. The bathroom was also made of glass so privacy was non existent, but when we were upgraded to the beach access room the bathroom had a blind.

This small hotel is superb for a stay in the fisherman’s village. It’s located at the quiet end of the village and yet only few minutes by foot to the Nightmarket, Coco Tam’s and other main attractions. I booked one of the rooms overlooking the sea and it was exactly like the pictures. My room was quiet, cleaned to perfection every day and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay with them was pleasant.

There was a strange smell in my bathroom which the staff immediately tried to get rid of once I brought it to their attention but unfortunately it came back on and off during my 5 days there. It might be from the sea, I don’t know, but it smelled quite bad.

our first three nights were in the village view room and we extended our stay by one extra night to stay in the ocean view room, we actually much preferred the village view room as this had better facilities we found. such as the air con didn’t turn off when we left the room, and the shower was warmer. overall an amazing stay but we recommend the village view room more

.The room is big, very spacious. There is also a nice terrace with an amazing view. room is clean and get cleaned everyday. Stuff is very nice and welcoming The location is great! - it is close to the Fisherman's village night market on Fridays and you can find restaurants, bars and nails/massages places near by but yet, it's located in an area that is very quiet. Room is quiet, AC is good There is a drinking water tank next to the rooms

Pool is very small, so don't count on it. There are stairs to go up the rooms so we struggled with our big languages when leaving. I would say the price was a little bit high for the accommodation. Shower wasn't so convenient - you can only control the stream in the shower and not the temperature; the water wasn't cold at any point, but it could've been great to be able to control it.

The location was fantastic with easy access to Fisherman’s Village. If you have a car there is a patch of land further up on the left hand side where you pay a local Thai guy 50 baht for the day 100 baht overnight to look after it. Very safe The view from our first floor room was disappointing. Spoilt by the flat roof in front of it. But the large balcony did allow for sitting outside in comfort. The bed was comfy. Shower very good. Small fridge. Small safe with a key you had to take with you as the code system didn’t work. Overall the room needed redecorating. Stains and marks needed painting. The staff were fantastic. Very knowledgeable and willing to help

If you want breakfast you have to order it the day before otherwise the staff direct you to outside cafes Whilst it is admirable that the hotel employs a free fresh water system with glass bottles it is impractical because said bottle does not fit in the little fridge. And the replacement water on our floor was warm. We decanted the big bottle into small plastic bottles to get cold but that defeats the save the planet principle. Not so hygienic to have all the guests use the same nozzle to refill the bottle Ear plugs supplied for the noise from bar across the road but by closing our hallway door we were not disturbed

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hacienda Hotel in Koh Samui as part of our honeymoon and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is perfectly situated in the beautiful setting of Fishermans Village in Koh Samui. The hotel offered stunning views of the ocean and is conveniently located, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, restaurants, and local markets. We stayed in beachfront accommodation with direct access to the beach wakening up to the sound of the sea every morning. The rooms are beautifully designed, with all mod cons including amazing air conditioning. Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The private balcony and terrace were a highlight, allowing us to enjoy the serene surroundings with a cup of coffee each morning. The staff at Hacienda Hotel were exceptional. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. Everyone was genuinely welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel boasts a lovely roof top pool which was just a hidden gem. The small surrounding area was perfect for a relaxing afternoon. Our stay at Hacienda Hotel was truly relaxing and enjoyable. The combination of excellent service, beautiful accommodations, and a fantastic location made it a perfect getaway. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Fishermans Village in Koh Samui.

The Hacienda was ideal for our stay , value for money and in an ideal location. It is located at the quieter end of the street . Just far enough away from the Main Street to have a quiet night sleep . The room we had faced the street rather than the sea view but the noise really wasn’t an issue . Hotel staff all brilliant even letting us check in early when we arrived . Definitely recommend for quiet location but you can be right in the middle of the street within 2 minutes walk.

Property was very clean and well maintained, quieter location

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful and well kept. We were given a free sea view upgrade which we much appreciated! The rooms are nice, modern, and clean, beds are comfortable. The AC can be kept on when you leave the room, which is a big bonus and not overly common, and the AC reaches the bathroom. The rooftop pool is an awesome addition. The location is great, easy walking distance to the market and tons of restaurants and shops. But also far enough away from the busiest parts so it feels more secluded and is quieter. The hotel also provides earplugs to help you sleep through any noise.

The wifi wasn’t reliable, but this is a common problem. It wasn’t an issue for us but it’s not the most soundproof place, and while it is a quieter area there are still bars so street noise can come through. The supplied earplugs were much appreciated, if noise is a concern for you book a sea view room (the quieter side).
