Location was excellent, short walk to the beach, many restaurants and night market, very close to two Seven/Eleven shops. It has a decent length swimming pool deeper than other hotels so it was excellent for a morning 1-hour swim before breakfast. Breakfast itself was a very good value for money, with 2 types of toast, butter, gem, fruits, thin and crispy slices of bacon-style sausages and chicken sausages, fried and scrambled eggs, plus one tray of thai-food dish.

It is because I had a 24-nights long stay so I can say I would have liked a change from time to time of the fruits available (it was just pineaple and watermelon every day) and of the sausage/bacon styles. They rotated strawbery jam with orange marmelade (and in thailand they make more types of other fruit preserves). Fortunately, the thai dished was not the same every day. People having shorter stays would not notice this.

Great location near the beach at Fisherman's Village. Lovely service staff, all from Myanmar but with good English language skills. The room was large and comfortable with nice furnishings. Great buffet breakfast.

The lovely staff were often noisy moving furniture and cleaning and talking on their cellphones very early in the morning. The water pumps were also noisy. Guests were allowed to smoke cigarettes in the breakfast room which made it smell bad.

The location is great, out of the main drag but also close enough for a very short walk into it.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Informed of allergies beforehand and and was told they could cater to it, however that meant just not having things and no supplements. So couldn’t have cereal or toast but couldn’t have omelette and rice, could only have omelette or rice. But omelette and toast was fine.

Friendly, good location, fully equipped & new, good price. Near perfect, I cannot say more. Congratulations.

this property is incredible value for money. we had just come from a 4 star hotel in Chaweng and preferred everything about this place despite it being super affordable. it’s in a perfect location in fisherman’s village, easily walkable to everything you need but in a quiet spot. the rooms are amazing and well equipped with all toiletries, hand wash, a fridge, big comfortable bed - lovely view. honestly just book this accommodation if you are trying to decide you won’t regret it

Nice swimming pool, close to the beach (about 5 minutes of walking), understanding, pleasant and ready to help hostess. Apartments weren't crowded and it was cozy to read next to the pool in the evening.

The only thing that confused me is that there were no windows in the room. It's possible it was mentioned when we were booking but I was surprised a little bit. It was difficult to wake up in the morning as it was dark in the room until we turned lamps on.

The location was great. The breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful.

So many mosquitos on the property, both normal and dengue infected.

The location is perfect and the staff was very kind, at night is very calm and you hear no noise from the busy streets just behind the corner. Had a room just in front of the pool which was great.

The bathroom could have been cleaner.

We had a clean, comfortable room. The tile work in the bathroom and on the property was beautiful. We really enjoyed the swimming pool. The place was very quiet and within a short walking distance to shops, restaurants, and a night market. We really enjoyed Baan Thai restaurant right around the corner.

We could smell a strong septic smell from the bathroom drains. We think it's because it had been raining for weeks prior, so this probably doesn't happen when it's dry. The breakfast at the cafe is free, but there were tons of flies swarming all over the food and tables. The food was very simple- toast, fruit, cereal, eggs and drinks were juice, tea, and coffee.

Staff are wonderful. Pool is excellent, very clean refreshing. Like the pool raft. Great location for the beach and restaurants and markets of Fisherman's Village. Quiet neighborhood. Nice landscaping but needs a little grooming. Housekeeping ladies very friendly. Good breakfast. Good variety and nice fresh fruit.

Steps and walkways of the north building really need a scrubbing or power wash...Pigeon pop. Some paint needs touch up and tiles in stairs missing or loose. No lounge chairs by pool but there really isn't room. Male staff should say hello when spoken to. Walls are thin, could here neighbors talking and coughing. But after they left, very quiet.
