We had a lovely stay here, the rooms are really nice, the breakfast is good but was usually served cold, the swimming pool and grounds are fabulous. As the other reviews have stated, the understanding of English at this hotel is very limited. Some of the staff here appear very unfriendly, we weren't too sure why. We were staying when there was power and internet outage in Pai and it was difficult with no communications. The young man on reception has little understanding of English but was very friendly and helpful. It is a bit of a walk from walking street but is set in beautiful countryside.

Hotel was in a lovely setting. Beautiful gardens. Mountain backdrop. Rooms are light, airy, with a nice terrace to chill outside your room. The staff were lovely. Very close to the Karen village, White Buddha. I'd say hire a scooter as it's a lovely area to blat around in. If you can ride a bike, get scooter lessons in town. It's a great way to get about. Pai is one of my favourite locations after 2.5months of travel through Thailand and Vietnam. And this is a great spot. Lots of lovely coffee for breakfast and options. And the swimming pool is delicious, in such a gorgeous outdoor garden. Highly recommend if you want a wee bit of luxury for great value.

The view was exceptional and better than expected from the deluxe room with views of the Big Buddah on the mountain. Room # L2. Cats were friendly and social, often walking down the road to greet you when coming back from town. The pool was really clean and welcoming. The property was clean. Oh yeah, they have an espresso machine, which is one of the reasons I booked this place vs others, lol. Check in was easy, check out was easy, and staff was available when needed. Seperated from the center but close enough to get to everything.

People talking loud at night in the common area/ front courtyard which sucked for trying to sleep two nights in a row. Wasn't terrible just mumblings and a few outbursts until 12ish at night. Wish staff regulated noise past 10pm but I might be too old for Pai so there is that. Another small issue was the breakfast was cold even at 7:30am. Really a minor fix to keep the heatpads on, but for some reason, no matter how many reviews say the breakfast is cold, it's not a priority. I would just serve a cold breakfast menu to get around this issue but hey, I'm just a nobody :)

Beautifully designed French provincial style in the common areas and modern Asian rooms. We had two different rooms as we extended our stay .. both with an awesome view of Buddha on the hill and settled right into nature and the well maintained gardens. The staff are helpful and the breakfast is great.

The property is a reasonable walk from town particularly if you have already had a substantial walk around the town through the markets. While the hotel offers a free shuttle in the back of a pick up truck to and from town until 10pm it is not able to be relied upon as the staff are not always contactable particularly in the evening after dinner. Public transport and taxis are incredibly limited and there are no tuk tuks in Pai. Travelling around Pai is best done with hired scooters or be prepared to walk approx 2km back to the hotel with last portion on a dark road through fields of rice paddy’s.

Wonderful location and charming property with lovely decorations and a very relaxing atmosphere about a 20 minute walk from downtown Pai. The views were of mountains and Buddhas and rice fields perfect for a relaxing holiday....

No place is absolutely perfect. But this place comes close. Only issue was the construction noise where a private gym was being built next to reception. Irritating. And the second issue was the problem with getting to use the TV cable network. No staff at the resort knew how to use the complex sophisticated system to access a wide selection of channels so it was a waste....

Really a great place surrounded by views of rice fields, mountains and a Buddhist temple. Quiet with a full buffet breakfast and a range of drinks available for sale. Comfortable room. Happy.

Only complaint was the television had a system where the guest needed to have a Netflix or other membership to watch anything so I couldn't. Also the front office staff in charge of bills for meals or other orders did not keep a record and had no idea what a guest had ordered..irritating. This property is a family owned business without a hospitality model.

Very nice and comfortable room. Nice balcony with pool vue and view of the mountain and the hillside white Buddha. Breakfast not the greatest tbh, limited choice but for the price of room can not really complain. Pool was nice ,always clean and some nice seating areas. Good location, two minutes from start of pai town center by bike/car The staff also went beyond the normal to help me out when I left a small personal item In the room. They packed it really well and posted it back residential address in Thailand. Thank you so much, not valuable but really important to me

This resort just outside Pai is very nice! The large swimming pool and the gym are a big bonus. Breakfast selection is small but for the money it is more than ok! We stayed here twice: the second time we stayed at a little cabin at the back of the resort and the AC wasn't working, plus we had a lot of ants in the room, they changed us to another (nicer) cabin immediately when we mentioned it so this was a perfect solution. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I absolutely loved my stay at this place! The pool is super clean and crystal clear. The landscaping around the property is beautiful and tranquil. The staff is over the top accommodating. The breakfast spread is generous and delicious! They fed me the best green curry I have ever tasted in my life at their breakfast buffet. The property has about a dozen cats that roam around and are very friendly if you welcome them. It’s close enough to town to get there easily but far enough away that you can’t hear the parties happening in downtown Pai. This was by far my favorite place that I stayed at in my entire month in Thailand. The air condition is ice cold. I stayed in two different rooms and love them both.

I really loved everything about this place!
