Perfect beach Location , literally cross the road, everything is nearby and friendly staff . The singers and waitersr in the restaurant very friendly

I didn't get the top floor room facing beach, even I booked and requested a month before my arrival date. The hotel could have done something considering I booked for 8 nights

Location was the best, super convenient with restaurants, Watsons and 7-11 less than 5mins walk. Housekeeping staff and bell boy were very friendly.

Front desk staff could be more friendly, toilet could be slightly cleaner

Difficult access in/out of pool from our (pool Access room) Invasion of privacy-rooms 102 and 103 walking across our pool Access area rather than using their front doors. Noise and swimming rules not enforced after 9pm No where to store clothing like tshirts, shorts etc....lived out of suitcase for 2 weeks. In the first week we had to ask for toilet paper, soap and face washers as these were not replenished when room cleaned. 1 teabag per day between 2 people was really disappointing.

Upgraded to verandah room, but view was looking at tin roof

The location is perfect, right in front of the beach. You can simply walk out of the resort and step directly onto the sand. Since we were on our honeymoon, they upgraded our room to an Ocean Suite, which was absolutely lovely. They even allowed us early check-in. Since we were on our honeymoon, they decorated our room in a very modern way. We loved it. The ocean suite had a bathtub inside the room. It was amazing. The view from our window was incredible, with the beach right outside. There’s also a bar downstairs where they have live music every evening. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

I found it a bit odd that anyone could walk up to the room doors. Security could definitely be improved, even though they do have cameras in place. Secondly, the pool is right out in the open near the road, which makes it harder to fully enjoy the experience.

The room and beds were big enough to fit a family of five. It was very clean and very convenient. At the heart of Patong, almost everything was within reach.

We had to wait for a while despite check-in time at at 3pm. The reception keeps on telling us it will be soon, but no. It would've been great if the staff informed us of the reason for the wait at the start.

The hotel was great, staff were nice. Easy location to be able to walk to things; however it’s noisy at night because you’re near at the heart of Patong beach and very close to Bangla RD. It didnt bother us, but might bother some people. Also if you stay here and choose to drive/order grab or taxi, be prepared for the traffic leading up to the hotel. Other than that, we had a very lovely time. We would stay here again.

We are a couple. We got the most highest facilities from this hotel the room was fancy and nice. But one of the day we decided to hit the jacuzzi and it didnt function properly the hotel members contacted us so that they can fix it. That took around 2 hours. We had to vacate the room for a while. It’s quite not worth for the money we paid. Technically it was around 15k Thai Bhat. All they did is provided us a lunch for the next day as a compliment with so much restrictions which was we can only choose chicken and porks. No steak was allowed. You ruined our moments in the hotel and this is how they made up.

The faulty stuffs.

This was our Honeymoon trip and first time in Thailand. We put our trust on Anona based on the reviews since Phuket was to be our main destination between island hopping, so we made 3 different reservations. On this particular one, we opted for the Oceanfront Suite rather than the terrace suit because we wanted a bit more privacy when using the jacuzzi. Let me tell you this, the room is as spacious as it gets, we couldn't believe our eyes when we first entered. You immediately felt like royalty because it really felt like a really expensive suite. All the amenities were there, large shower, super comfy bed and pillows and the jacuzzi was a big plus. The room faces Patong Beach and it's on the main road, but honestly you do not have to fear about the noise, the insulation was so good that we didn't even notice it. The walk to Bangla road is approximately 10 minutes but that didn't bother us at all since you could find a lot of restaurant and bars on the main road on your way towards there. The staff were also extremely kind and helpful and always with a smile on their face. We liked the suite so much that for our last 2 days, we were supposed to move to a regular room based on our previous reservation, but we decided to upgrade and stay in the suit because we wanted to end our honeymoon trip with a bang. We will definitely stay at Anona again when we visit Phuket.
