Location was great. I chose the hotel because I knew there would be no traffic noise. I had a bad experience last year regarding traffic noise. Great big room. Cleaned every day. Friendly staff. Can’t believe the price I got it for during high season

Constant mechanical noise from outside. Back of hotel. Possibly the water pump on the ground floor? I had to buy earplugs from the pharmacy. Had to use every night so not ideal. That’s my only gripe. I spoke about it to lady on reception. While she was sympathetic, she couldn’t move me as the hotel was full. But for the price I paid I was willing to live with it.

Best location, few meters from the beach, night life and shopping but far from the noises. Lovely staff always smiling and wiling to help. Very big rooms. It is an old hotel and needs maintenance so don't expect something luxury but overall it was the best for me. There's a supermarket near by.

No coffee or sugar in the rooms so buy your own. No car parking but it was easy to find parking on the main road. Shower needs maintenance. Only 1 access card

I had a lovely stay in this area and this hotel. It was very convenient location close to everything and facilities were great. We really enjoyed variety of breakfast items and coffee was delicious every morning. Our room were cleaned impeccably every day and staff very helpful a pit of TLC is need it i will stay there again

The bed was superb! Perfect tor sleeping and relaxing. Also, although the place looks a bit worn out (it really needs a paint job), it is very clean. The room was spacious, with good air conditioning. Quite close to the beach, but perfectly distanced from all the bars close by, so they don't interfere with your sleep time. It is offered free water in sealed glass bottles. One of the best value for money I've found. The breakfast was delicious, filling, and nutritious! And the staff makes Thailand proud at showing a fantastic hospitality.

It does need a paint job, and in the showers there's no rack to put your shampoo of soap, which makes showering a little bit uneasy. The breakfast is very good, as I said before, but instead of finding natural juices, it is served two different artificial ones. They're not bad, but being in Thailand, a fresh juice from actual fruit would be more appropriate (everything else was delicious, including the coffee).

First of all, the bed. I slept like a rock! Super comfortable. Second of all, it was very clean (it does need a paint job, and that might make you think it's not clean, but it is). Also, I got a very spacious room, with good air conditioning. It is only around 50 meters from the beach, but it is truly quiet, considering all the craziness happening at the beach boulevard. I got free glass-bottled water, which was very nice. Excellent price! Good, tasty, nutritious breakfast with hot and cold options (the Thai food on breakfast was delicious!). Finally, the staff honors the Thai tradition of great hospitality.

It does look a bit worn out (for instance, inside the shower there's no rack to place your shampoo or soap), and that might give the impression that it's "dirty," but trust me: it is exceptionally clean. A paint job is needed, but it didn't bother me. The breakfast has artificial juices, I missed natural juice options (although fresh fruit was offered).

Located in the heart of Patong,2min walk to beach,5min walk to Bangla road,15 min walk to Jungceylon and Central department store.Surrounding by many restuarants.You can hardly find cheap rate for such a location except for this hotel.And although standing among nightlife spot,it’s not so noisy as expected.

Not so much variety type for breakfast.I stay 4nights.Food are nearly all the same everyday.The entrance and reception counter are very small like 1star hotel.(Don’t feel nightmare because actually the room inside is so wide)

Very strong shower. Within a 45 second walk to the centre of Patong beach yet generally very quite. The tv where I could access my Netflix account. Good aircon. A lift . A simple but satisfying breakfast.

The bed could have been softer. No windows in the room although we were told and offered to look at a room with a balcony but we only needed a bed for the night.

The hotel located down a side street was 2 minutes walk to the beach and very central to getting around Patong. My room was lovely and clean. Breakfast was good. All staff were lovely, friendly and always ready to help when required no matter what your request was. I had two day to day issues that were attended to immediatly. Cannot fault the service.

Nothing to dislike

I liked very much this hotel it was near everything but still quite peaceful and i slept well. It was easy to use smart bus or bolt. Room were large, very clean and balcony was a nice plus. Staff were kind and helpful and breakfast was good.

Lot of tourists in the afternoon and evening on the streets so it was quite crowded. Nothing negative from the hotel.

Location was so good. Breakfast was enough and good. Friendly. There was no so much trouble. Cleaning everyday. Airconditioning and tv was good. Hotel provide us balcony room. Thank you for that also. Actually It was very good for this price.

There was a damp smell in the elevator and rooms. But it's normal at tropical countries. Cleaning was poor.. Bed was uncomfortable. And there was only water as room service. No tea, coffee or minibar. And restaurant wasn't clean also, ants were everywhere.
