Have stayed here many times, very handy location to beach, O Top & Bangla Road. They have greatly improved the breakfasts since our last visit. Large pool and plenty of lounges poolside

Excellent location. In the heart of Patong Beach but very quiet. Beautiful pool with bar. Good size cleanrooms. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff.

Shower bracket was fixed at a strange angle, which wet everything if you had it on full.

If your a smoker it was great,you could smoke anywhere & the staff were great & they were approachable for any of our requests,the pool was great & happy hrs were even better,clean rooms & central to all shops,bars & restaurants, I'm planning a trip in 2024 & I will definitely stay at the Tony again..we were very happy with our stay..Breakfasts were included & had a great variety.

Everything, it was so comfortable and accommodating. The staff are amazing and the facilities are clean and well looked after. Looking at the photos you may get the impression it’s not what you’re looking for but it’s got everything you need and more. The cocktails at amazing!!!

I like the traditional look of the resort, I loved the staff and how easy it was to access restaurants and shops. It was a perfect location not to close to hustle and bustle but still in walking distance of everything.

The location was good. The room was nice and big and the room and hotel are clean. The bathroom is a bit dated. The restaurant food is good and it is also very clean. The staff are really nice.

Well, I was not impressed at the fact that on the check-in day, I queried with the front desk the difference in the price which we paid. The lady said that the prices change all the time. Booking.com has a price match policy and when I contacted them about how much less the price was when we checked in, they said that they could not do anything about it as I did not provide a screen shot of the price at the time. I did take a screen shot but because it did not show everything about the property, they would not honor it, even though I queried this with the front desk on check-in. Also, booking.com only got back to me a few days later and by then the price for that period had disappeared off their platform. I was really not happy.

Pool was excellent! Room size good. Would recommend floor #3 with little balcony overlooking pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room cleaned every day if required. Shower in bath had good water flow. Two bottle of water each day provided. Small fridge but adequate. Glad they don't provide drinks in the fridge! Urn type kettle and 2 cups for that coffee on the balcony in morning. Towels provided for swimming pool at reception. No prebooking deck chairs at the pool, means always some available!

Lighting in bathroom needs updating, fairly dark. Especially if shaving! Care when exiting shower as it is in the bath. We didn't eat at restaurant, prefered to but outside restaurants as we are really getting tired of the prices NOT including 10% service charge nor 7% VAT. Sure, these are displayed on the menu, but why not include them in the items price as a total? EG MacDonalds include them in the price listed in the menu, so one knows exactly how much is the true cost. As outside drinks and food are not allowed in the pool area if becomes expensive to order drinks there. .

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiling faces and welcome drinks. I booked for two Deluxe Pool View rooms and we were up graded to the Pool Access Rooms. I have stayed in many hotels in Patong and i have to say this hotel is the best i have stayed in . The staff at the front desk are very helpful , polite and greet you in the morning with a smile when we walked past, in which is very pleasing to see. All the staff at the resort are friendly with smiles . The lady in the front tour desk is very polite to speak to and always smiling. My room was made up daily in which was nicely cleaned with no complaints. The bed was firm , but very comfortable to sleep in. The pool is user friendly with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas to use. Happy hour is a bonus with buy one cocktail get one free, which was great to relax with. I ordered a Club Sandwich from the pool bar which went down well with a cocktail. Breakfast was very basic but enough variety to not walk away hungry. I had no complaints with the laundry , left it at the front desk in the morning and ready in the afternoon , ironed as well. The rooms are dated but still comfortable to stay in. The location is great with about an 8 minute walk to Bangla Road and Jungceylon Shopping Centre. O Tops bars are also a short walk to them. I highly recommend Tony Resort as you are a short walk to every thing. I will be definitely staying here again next year. The management of the resort should be proud of the wonderful staff it has . There is nothing that i disliked. The only thing that could have been done a little better is at breakfast . Maybe set up a couple of tables with four settings instead of two. Every morning there was 4 of us and we had to get the cutlery for the other two to sit with us.

Had a room with pool access. Nothing to dislike. All good.

Bedside lights very poor. Too dark to read a book in the bed.

Staff are very friendly Joy,Ice and Jay Jay on the front desk are very helpful and always greet you with a smile . The pool area is always kept clean and in excellent conditon for its age . Rooms are spacious and clean . Air con works well . Location is great it is about a 10 min walk to Bangla road and the Otop bars and less than a 10 min stroll to the beach .

Maybe breakfast hot dishes need to be topped up more often if your late for breaky there is not much left . Shower curtains could be updated .But honestly these are only trivial things .
