Lamai I recently realized translates to: Sweet, Nice, Gentle etc in English Very true indeed I have over 25 years of experience working in 3-to-5-star hotels in Europe and Australia and must say that the reception and housekeeping staff at Lamai are absolutely brilliant and the best I have come across. Many thanks for your professional and highly respected hospitality skills and brilliant works.

It was very well managed, cleaning was always on the dot. The staff was soo kind and welcoming I will definitely come back and stay at this hotel again and I would recommend it to all the people that are coming to patong, Phuket for long or short stay, and it’s close to bangla rd, restaurants and many more things. There’s also a bar downstairs with a pool table and the staff can play with you if you ask, the owners were really friendly. I must say anyone that goes to lamai will definitely love it

One of the best location in patong. Staffe frindly especially lyn alaweys smile. Room have every thing you need and also have balckoney and computer. Sure I will come back.

Lift dosent work some times, the facilty need some maintance. No free water. They must change the location of tv to open the main window.

Location perfect and approachable to everything in Patong. Hotel was good specially the staff and ground floor mini bar and playstation facility. 😍 I would slightly mark down the room service as there were no cleaning service while staying but i stayed for 3 days so managed by myself, rest all was good experience.

Its near the center, we had a big room, a big bathroom, a microwave in the room, a fridge, it was more comfortable than expected. Even if its not the best accommodation, it s kinda old, it was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable.

- the balcony We had street view and we couldn’t close the door completely so it was noisy all the time.

The location was absolutely amazing and well worth it. I didnt sleep there but had a late evening flight so booked the hotel for the night. Was a great place to store the luggage whilst going out and about and be able to have a base to come back too. Was able to freshen up before the long flight home.

Very nice hotel, cozy and close to everything. Nice rooms, nice staff. And very good price.

The wifi wasn't so good, slow and sometimes discounting. But I believe it was because I was in a room far for the wifi router.

A guy they had been serving drinks to at 7 in the morning threw up in the lobby. They left it sitting there. Had a smell that will outlast religion.

The property was beautiful, with old vintage wooden furniture . The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The hotel had a classic Bar and a pool table which added to the overall experience. Plus, the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.

Everything.. The Location close to Bangla Road, Opposite Christian Massage. Property is clean and staffs are helpful. Room was spacious, AC was working great. Bathroom were clean. The property is old but well maintained.
