Patong itself, dirty dump full of sleazy massage shops & hookers. Indian guests grabbing food from the breakfast buffet with their bare hands, disgusting & the staff should step in and control such behaviour.

Best facility at very nice location; beach, food outlets, money exchange, bangla street, 711 every thing was just nearby. Lovely stay overall. Highly recommended

House keeping staff was not good, least bother to place amenities; one has to call front desk repeatedly for this. Management need to see this

Location was very close to the town center, The room was windowless but there are other rooms available with big balconies and windows which is reflects on the prices, but there were a lot of door banging noises. The reception staff are excellent. The pool was out of use as it was getting cleaned. The rooms are very big and nice, clean with wifi, mini bar,safe, kettle, and a landline telephone. Keycard entry and the hotel is very clean throughout. Good prices, close to all local transport and shops.

Be aware some credit cards do not work, had pin blocked issues but out of Phuket it works. The credit card company stated to unlock PIN at the ATM before leaving for Phuket luckyley had cash on me. Beers are half bottles, no pints or big bottles, costing about £3 for half a pint of beer in most places.

The location is great. Although in a busy area, it was quiet at night and I slept well. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good. The pool was perfect for us and always seemed to have sunbeds available. We reserved two rooms - one for me and my husband, and one for my son and my dad. The accommodation fit everyone from 15 years old to 76 years old.

Through Booking, I requested one double room and one twin room (for my son and dad). When we got there, they had booked two doubles and no twins were available. In each room there is a sofa/seat type thing that is quite long, so we asked for extra bedding and the hotel set it up for my son to sleep on. It worked well for us.

One of the largest hotel in Pa Tong with two pools (one on the rooftop), multiple bars, restaurant, more lobbies, private parking and own security guys. Very clean hotel, close to the street but yet only few rooms get the street view and night noises from the street, 95% of the rooms don’t face the main street. Various option for breakfast, comfortable beds but what made our stay special was the staff. Staff is the most welcoming I’ve ever visited. Thank you again.

Main door to the hotel room is missing any kind of rubber sealing so you can hear every step of neighbors, sometimes people come to the hotel in loud and drunk style, happened to us twice in ten nights, but that’s Thailand.

This hotel boasts an unbeatable location—perfect for being close to all the action in Patong while still offering a peaceful, quiet night’s sleep. The staff are exceptional! Everyone greets you with a smile and is always eager to assist with any questions or requests. The breakfast is good, though it’s worth noting that the options remain the same each day. Both pools are well-maintained and clean, with the rooftop pool offering stunning views. For the price, this hotel delivers great value. While it’s not a luxury property, it provides all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

My only suggestion for improvement is to add air conditioning to the lobby, as it can get uncomfortably warm on hot days.

This is a great location if your looking for the hussle and bussle of Bangla road as it’s only 5 minute walk away. Only 5-10 minute walk from the beach also. The hotel has its own pool which is good when you want a chilled day with couple of drinks by it.

These guys charge you for a late check out regardless if your room is required. Our room wasn’t needed but said we still had to pay by the hour for late check out. These things are free at the smaller independent hotels or on the smaller islands. Overpriced drinks and mini bar. Again standard for a larger hotel and tourist hotspot the prices jump up dramatically for no reason you can get the same beer/cocktails 1min walk away for a lot less

The hotel was always very clean and facilities modern. Breakfast was included and the food was very nice. All the staff were very friendly and helpfull and I received extra complimentary water when we asked. The room was cleaned every day with clean towels and bedding. I will definitely recommend this hotel to ny friends.

The only thing that I did not like was the small space of the toilet which was placed in between the shower glass and the wall. For a small person it will work, but if you are a taller bigger person it is a tight fit, but I guess it is what could fit, because the bathroom is small.

the staff were really great, so friendly and helpful. The food was good and the beer cold.

I booked and paid in advance for a grand deluxe room which was very nice but directly above the traffic and bands playing until 2 in the morning. Reception transferred me to another room the next day but it was no where near the same standard as what i had paid for.
