Change of room required due to water leak. Second room very good. Could do with a little more storage for two people. Bathroom a little cramped. The breakfast options could be improved to offer more western style options. Staff were very helpful when change of room was needed.

Bar prices were nearly triple that you could pay outside include at a beach view venue we visited. We would have enjoyed a couple of drinks at the roof top bar but too costly.

1- The location is close to everything either malls or Patong beach & even the restaurants. 2- The staff is so kind & friendly.

1- The internet connection was so bad. 2- Noise of the people in the hall. 3- The pillow was not comfortable. 4- Opening the balcony after finishing cleaning which let’s the mosquitos come in & bites our body the whole time. 5- Switching the Air-condition off at late night or reduced the cooling of it so the room is so hot.

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel! This isn’t my first stay here, and it definitely won’t be my last. The location is perfect, and the hotel staff are truly outstanding — always friendly, welcoming, and smiling, which is what makes me love this place so much. I’d like to thank all the team members for their excellent service, especially Sarah at the reception, who made my check-in process smooth and easy. very near for most active life in Patong. Hotel is nice and good value of it. There is a girl in the reception who supported me to check out late due my wife’s medical case.

Night shift reception staff was not supporting when I asked for little delay in check out. I understand the room is booked for other guest after me, however he didn’t bother himself to find me a solution unlike the girl in the morning staff which permit me to stay in the second room as exceptional. Appreciate having a good staff like her who changed my mind about hotel.

The room was excellent. Big and comfortable. The jacuzzi in the washroom was working just fine. Breakfast was sufficient and the staff who was doing the egg station (tall gentleman) deserves a special mention for always smiling and being accomodative to all the requests from guest. Location was also perfect, nearby to all the activities in Patong.

I was staying in the suite and couldn't find a user guide on how to use the jacuzzi. The staff at the front desk could be a little more friendly with the guests in my opinion.

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Great shower pressure. They have a great pool and a poolside bar. But the real draw is their location! Completely accessible to the nearby nightlife, supermarket, night market and eateries within MINUTES!

My biggest gripe with this hotel has always been their WiFi service. It is terrible, to say the least. Very slow and horribly bad intermittent connections. Sometimes you are 'connected' but, not really. So if you are working remotely and require a decent WiFi service, I highly recommend purchasing a local SIM for tethering or renting a hotspot device from your Home country.

The rooms were clean, excellent air conditioning, located really close to shops, restaurants and bangla road. Really enjoyed relaxing at the rooftop swimming pool. Staff were all really friendly.

The rooms were a little small, however still really comfortable.

The hotel is clean and organized in an excellent way, the location is right in the center of things, the cleaners come to the room when you are not there, it doesn't matter what time you leave, it's simply excellent service. We really liked the room, thank you very much, I will also return to this hotel.
