Location easy walk to the action on Bangla rd or the otop markets, comfortable bed. Room was clean. Staff were great.

Shower, was like getting peed on by a dehydrated mouse. No pressure at all.

Nice little hotel in the center of Patong, at a 10-minute walk from the beach and Bangla Road , there are many restaurants around and a 7-Eleven at a few meters from the hotel. The Staff is incredibly , always polite,always smiling, always willing to help .. everyone from the receptionist to the people who work at the restaurant. The breakfast is simple, but it's just enough to make you start the day in a fantastic way. Swimming pool is good as well!

I didn't like the bathroom ... I think that this is the only bad thing from the entire experience.

Perfect location. 5 min walk to Jungceylon, Bangla and Otop. A leisurely 10 min stroll to Patong Beach and Banzaan. Small enough with enough comforts to be considered a basic boutique resort without the price tag. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Sleeping is surprisingly quiet, given the central location. The pool is wonderful and clean, the property layout is well considered, especially for garden view rooms. Breakfast is simple, trusted for hygiene and will fill you up for most of the day. If you’re looking for a little piece of paradise in the heart of Patong to relax during the day and sleep peacefully at night (dependant on other guests of course), the Viridian Resort is a great option.

We love this resort and don’t like to report negative things BUT the beds are very hard and have a lot of haptic feedback with partner movement. We would recommend asking staff for mattress toppers, if available.

1. Despite the various scary warnings about fines when we arrived, the staff were actually very responsive throughout our stay and we also handed over the apartment without any complications. The deposit was refunded immediately. 2. Excellent location. Although the hotel is very close to the main pedestrian street, it is actually located inside the block and the noise from the nightclubs is practically not heard. 3. Very good pool.

The not so good news is that the apartment (at least ours) was very worn out, so although the staff tried their best, the overall appearance was quite sad.

Fantastic staff and management, very friendly, helpful and informative. Beautiful pool area and under cover patio adjacent to the pool, not fully utilised yet. Rooms were great and bed very comfy with really good air con. Shower had great pressure and was really hot. Breakfast was good and the eggs and bacon were cooked fresh and were very nice, choose from omelets, scrambled or fried. I tried them all and omelet was my fave. Liked the cold Bain Marie for the fruits and butter.

Breakfast could have some more variety. Some lights were removed from our room but thats really being picky.

They now have breakfast available so this was an improvement over my stays the past several years. The location is excellent, close walk to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Water is HOT and cold, pressure good, Wifi 100 MB speed, pool is clean and comfy.

The rooms are dated but still in great condition. The Air Conditioning is hit or miss however when there are issues, the staff is attentive to the customers needs.

Pool in very good, palms give tropical atmosphere and help keep water cool on sunny days, rooms good size, clean, ac is cold and not directed at bed, WiFi good, quiet though close to activity, location excellent.

Getting a little run down though maintenance is being done. Would be nice if spa pool was working, but kids and main pool good.

Location, close to shops restaurants beach. Tuc tucs just outside for a good price to get you around the area. It’s like a hidden oasis tucked away amongst all the hustle and bustle just perfect. Good breakfast served. All staff friendly and willing to assist with any needs you may have.

Under beds could do with a clean. Other than that a really good stay 😁

I really liked the peaceful atmosphere and how beautifully maintained the resort grounds were. The views were stunning, especially around sunset, and the staff were consistently warm and attentive. The amenities, like the pool, made it easy to relax and enjoy without needing to leave the property. It felt like a true getaway.”

The actual room, pool access, was very good. The swimming pool was great.

Very run down lobby, paint flaking everywhere, extremely sterile, no colour or furnishings, if it's made of metal it's covered in rust. Considering this hotel sells itself as 5 star. It most certainly isint. At $250 per day, way over priced for this hotel, having stayed at numerous 5 star hotels, this hotel, in our opinion, is 3 and a half at best. The staff are great, the breakfast which we paid for was inedible, fine if your Chinese, but for western palate, hopeless. So we ate out every day after the first day. Will be returning to Patong in two months for a three month stay. Obviously it won't be at this hotel. To sumerise, if you call yourself 5 star, that's what a customer expects. Not, poor quality food, and a run down over priced hotel.
