Very nice and family atmosphere. Flawless service, with class and culture. The cleanliness of the room was very high, the room was very cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Great location. Very nice budget accommodation un the heart of Patong. I booke it for my mom and she was totally satisfied with that! Except one thing:

The location - is crazy party part of Patong! Heavy loud bar's music from all over around until 4-5am... + fireworks all night long, just a few meters away from the hotel... even ears' plugs didn't help much. So if you prefer calm quiet nights, i recommend you another street... further from Bangla Road. But for party animals in budget I think this place is perfect!

I liked everything! It’s a very small hotel, small business so not crowded and the staff gives you a lot of attention. The room was very clean. The service was amazing. It’s a family running this hotel and they were very nice to me and my friend. The location is perfect: it’s in the middle of patong beach but not directly on the very crowded street, it’s like 50 meters inside so during night time you don’t hear any noise from outside! I highly recommend this place and if I’ll go back to patong I would book here again

Location is excellent. Its on the beach road, but set back about 100 meters, so none of the noise, but all the benefits of being close to the beach. Several good restaurants almost on your front door. Sweet was a favorite. Property is family run and are super nice people. Have stayed here before and will use it again next time in Phuket. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious, with a balcony. Non balcony rooms have a nice sitting area instead.

The property is literally 100m from the beach and a 5minute walk from Bangla road which is a huge attraction when in Phuket. This is a family run apartment that caters to all. Even more, I was sick when I first came due to food poisoning from eating street food in Phi Phi Island, the lady went above and beyond to ensure I was taken cared for an even gave suggestions for stuff I should take.

Excellent position in centre of Patong but in a quiet art decor style arcade below Patong Tower with great cafes and restaurants, yet away from the crazy traffic on the one-way beach road. Our room was on the top floor (3rd) and staff carried our cases up as no lift. Lovely room. Very comfortable bed. Quiet hotel. Very helpful staff. Great restaurants nearby. Lovely beach with plenty of space between the sunbeds.

No kettle, tea, coffee facilities. Otherwise perfect hotel. Fireworks going off all night on the beach - but that is Patong!

Nice family that runs the property. Very close to restaurants and shops.

I was returning from a work trip, and as such had equipment with me that I wanted to protect. I asked that my room not be cleaned or entered, and reminded the managers several times. Yet, every day the housekeeper entered my room, and moved around my belongings.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable and the location couldn't be better. I loved having a balcony and the facilities were clean.

I stayed in room 101 on the first night and the sink seems to be clogged. The water pressure is also a little low.

Quiet location, back from the beach road. Lots of restaurants metres from yr door step. Family run business. Very helpful. English not the best by the parents.

Door lock on the room was not the most secure. Had to remember to push the button in on leaving.
